Amazing job bringing my rugs back to life. I thought they were destined to the trash bin, I had little hope in the outcome. But Max and his crew came and picked up the carpets. Said they would be like new, and WOW they performed a miracle. Max recommended a tinting after washing and was I ok you are the pro, let’s do it. This was my first experience with Dior Oriental Rug LLC. It wont be my last! Max was so easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. With 40+ years experience, Max and his team work their best to satisfy the customer.I took Max my Sumak wool rug for repair. The fringe was coming off and I wanted the fringe removed and the ends bound like the long sides of the rug. Max explained the best way to bind the rug and gave me a great price! He was able to match the color of the wool exactly as the long side binding. The rug was finished on time too. We used Dior Rug Cleaning a second time this year. This time for two large antique Bukhara rugs and a wool rug that had massive red wine and coffee stains on them. Max and his team did a simply astounding job cleaning all three rugs. The Bukharas came back beautifully clean almost glowing and the wool rug had all stains completely removed - but retained the original color. I highly recommend Dior Rug Cleaning LLC!

Looked up for a company to clean the rugs in our home. Found a few videos on youtube showing cleaning and gave max a call. He came over and picked up both our rugs which were very dirty from years of use, and animals, the reason I called in the first place is I noticed a smell when I would sit on the rug and it was driving me crazy. Max told me the time table and when he would he back delivered the rugs back to my home and helped put them back in place and made sure they lined up straight. The first thing I noticed the smell coming from the rug was gone, I could not be happier. Thank you. I would recommend for anyone that wants to get rug cleaned! Great price also!

Max was very professional and did a wonderful job. We have a very valuable Persian wool rug which had gotten a nasty pet stain on it. Max came out, picked up the rug, cleaned it and then delivered and installed it back. The stain is gone, rug looks great and we did not have to do anything. I was coming up short when trying to schedule a steam cleaning for my wool area rug- no one would clean it! I found Dior and their wonderful website and once they said they pick up and deliver my rug included in the price of service I was extatic! I checked around before getting our 6 rugs cleaned. The rugs are fairly expensive and ranged in sizes from 4X6 to 10x13. While doing my research I contacted 4 local companies. I was rather surprised when I found that Dior was so much less expensive than the other companies and quite frankly a little wary. I even contacted one of the companies a second time just to give them a chance at explaining why they were so much more expensive. Needless to say they didnt have much of an answer.We ended up going with Dior and from the very beginning we were extremely pleased and satisfied. We have a very large and very heavy dining table and were concerned they would have an issue removing the rug. I recommended Max bring 4-5 guys with them. Don;t worry he said. We have done this once or twice before. I have to tell you, the guy knows his business!! I dont typically write reviews that often but felt I owed it to Max and his company and we were so happy with there customer service and the work they performed for us on our rugs. I had a 22 year old 9 X 12 Pakistan Rug cleaned and it came back looking new! But as good as the work is Maxs service is as good. Dior did a terrific job on my oriental rugs. Our new puppy, unfortunately, decided to use a large corner of the rug as a chew toy. Max came out and assured me the rug could be saved. He took it back to his shop where they carefully reconstructed and cleaned the rug. When he returned it to us I was amazed at what they were able to recreate. Dior also cleaned another one our larger orientals and provided us with a special pad to hold the carpet in place. Its never looked better. Plus, they provided me with complimentary pick up and delivery. Max is a very kind person, who cares about making his customers happy. If you have expensive or handmade oriental or Persian rugs I highly recommend you call Dior.

After my mom died, I wanted to bring some of her incredible furniture down from her NY apartment, which included custom, expensive rugs from the 70s. I found Dior on the web, and after talking to the owner at length, was comfortable that he was the one who could restore these family heirlooms to their beauty, so we could build the rest of our living room around them.Their service was incredible... picked up and dropped off as promised. The rugs look brand new. They helped lift and rearrange the furniture to place the rugs where they belong. I could not be happier. These are Stark Brand rugs, and require a high level of expertise. We could not be happier, and would recommend Dior to anyone with nothing but 5 star praise!!!

Our family has been doing business with Max at Dior for over 10 years now. We choose Max over others because we have built trust over these years and he has proven himself to us. Dior has always been our one stop shop when it comes to rugs and flooring. He is a very talented man who can actually weave rugs from scratch. I dont know of too many people in the rug business in this city that can do that and have as much knowledge about rugs as he does. We have purchased rugs from Max in the past which we are still enjoying them today. As a matter of fact, our Tabriz fish and Kerman are worth more today than when we first bought them from Max and no...they are not for sale:-) The service is always courteous and professional. They pick the rug up and bring it back at no charge. It is a great feeling not having to worry about what if we get a stain on our expensive rugs or if the dog chews part of it up. I am so pleased with the service that I received from Max at Dior, LLC. He came to my house, picked up my Oriental rugs as well as the pads. He cleaned the rugs, and pads, made some needed repairs and brought them back looking GREAT! He not only put the rugs back in their proper place but he even moved some other furniture for me. My dog made a mess of my very large Persian rug, leaving many urine stains and a telltale odor. I thought it was ruined, but Max not only got all the stains out of the cream colored background, but removed all traces of the odor. Buyer Beware! Our carpet cleaning business took a chance on Max to do a great job cleaning some of our customers rugs that were beyond steam cleaning and needed to be put in a rug pit for extreme cleaning.The first rug came back very stinky. I had to bring it back twice and waste a ton of gas and time. He could not remove the stink he made so I found another service that did remove most of it but it costed me.Even though he did not refund one penny to me I tried him again on about five more rugsand wish I never did.Later I brought the rug to an industry expert and they explained the slow inadequate drying performed causes a bacteria to form in the natural wool and cannot be fully removed. Basically ruining the rug.So his second chance was my biggest mistake.Like a trusting fool I paid in advance for several more rugs and he had the nerve to collect twice when he dropped off from my customer.So now he’s paid twice, once in advance and once by my customer.After not returning my calls or text messages for about three weeks he finally called back and said I will not pay you anything because it’s all the fault of my customer as he had to keep re doing it because of the mal odor. I was also yelled at by a woman at his shop every time I called so that was also not pleasant to deal with.It’s beyond me how any business that operates in this fashion can even stay business at all.

We recently bought a rug from an estate sale and it was really dirty. We brought it to Dior rug cleaner in Norcross, Ga. I thought it was somewhat yellow in color. When we picked it back up I was amazed at how beautiful it actually is. And the yellow fringe was actually white. Fantastic work by this Co.

VERY SATISFIED! Yes, I would definitely recommend Dior LLCs rug cleaning services based on my personal experience with them as a customer. After researching a number of rug cleaning companies in the Atlanta area, I found that they are the most reasonably priced vendor in town. The price that I was quoted by Dior LLC included pickup/delivery & total cleaning of the rug... unlike other companies that I had called, who charged additional fees for delivery & add-on services such as submersion & pet deodorizing treatments. The owner of Dior LLC (who communicated with me directly throughout the process) was very professional, quick-to-respond & easy to reach via phone/email -- but most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I was worried that my expensive wool Karastan rug would be a lost cause even with a professional cleaning (given that it was embarassingly stinky & pet urine-saturated, then further abused by my own disastrous attempt to clean it with a rental Rug Doctor machine, which left it soaking wet & even smellier than before!!!). However, after a thorough cleaning by Dior LLC, the rug was returned to me in fantastic condition... it looked (and smelled) like new again! If you are looking for a professional, high-quality, yet reasonably-priced rug cleaning service in the metro Atlanta area, I am confident that you could not do better than Dior LLC! I would highly recommend them to anyone, & I will definitely use their service again in the future.
