The owner was soo rude on the phone. After i was goin to buy my nieces dresses here for their 3anos presentation. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Walked into this place and felt so unwanted and unwelcomed. Felt discriminated. Felt like I walked into someones home unwelcomed. Ive never been this mistreated. When I got in there, there were some other customers and probably the people that worked there speaking Spanish. Even when I got closer trying to see more dresses they kept talking like I wasnt there. To make it worse, there was someone standing in the way so I couldnt even go past them and they gave no care to even move. Even as I got closer. They just continued their conversation in Spanish. I felt as if I was a fly in the room. Not even a hello or how can I help you? Nothing! I have never been treated this way anywhere. Most places you walk in and you get some kind of interaction with the people working there. I felt it was because I wasnt Hispanic or whatever the case may be but someone like me isnt welcomed here. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Especially if you dont look like them. I never leave bad reviews, Id rather let the place be but this one I had to leave a review. Hopefully the owner or whoever runs this place reads this. Teach people to respect and treat everyone equal regardless of how they look or where they come from. This world is already so cruel at least try spreading positivity. You dont know what someone could be going through. Even if this place is specifically for certain people or certain events at least greet people with some kind of decency. Treat others as youd want to be treated. I pray the owner and people responsible for this place gets this message.

No variety

Very bad customer service. They offer you that they will design the dress you want and when you show them what you want they tell you that the designer will take care of it. The prices are exaggerated, because they offer you a highly recognized Mexican designer, and when you ask the name they dont know what to tell you. You cant try anything on because they say they dont have dresses in your size. I do not recommend the place.

Very grateful to Guadalajara boutique for the great job they did in my sisters graduation party. Everything is very beautiful more than what I imagined. We take 2 quinceaneras with them too and they always do a great job. I recommend them 100%. thanks guys!

25 dlls for gloves ??? In other places they are at 5 dlls, too expensive ... I felt like I was being mugged.
