My husband and I decided to check this place out for our family swimming pool. We are so pleased with our experience. John was amazing answering all of our questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. From start to finish we felt we were getting everything we were looking for and more. I would highly recommend getting in touch with John for your pool needs... they also have hot tubs, and gaming room pool tables etc. This business has a military discount.

I visited Basements and Backyards (Norcross location) in November 2020 to look at pool tables. I had the chance to talk to Mike, who provided a lot of very good and detailed information about the different models in the store. He even made me a tour of the warehouse. Instead of recommending the most expensive equipment, he focused on the tables that would likely meet my needs. Following my first visit, I continued to communicate with Mike by email to address additional questions. Regardless of the time and day, he always replied within 15 minutes (and even included pictures when needed)! I went back to the store in December 2020 to purchase the table that Mike had recommended (8 Imperial Lincoln Walnut). While Mike was not in the store at that time, he had left some instructions to the sale person on site (Derek), which was extremely helpful since Derek knew everything about the different conversations I had had with Mike, and which package I really wanted to get. Mike and Derek really made the purchase an enjoyable experience. Delivery and installation were scheduled a couple of weeks later. The installation took 2 hours and went smoothly. The team showed up on time and cleaned the room after they were done.Overall, I would highly recommend this location. The store is very well managed and the people care for their customers. The prices are competitive and the quality of the products is excellent.

Went in to B&B looking to purchase a sauna and couldnt have asked for better customer service! John B greeted us the second we walked in the door and was super knowledgeable. He was patient and explained all the nitty gritty details anyone would want to know before making a big purchase. He was even able to get us on the schedule for NEXT DAY delivery which is unheard of. The guys who dropped off and set up the sauna were friendly and super efficient. Overall we are happy with our purchase and would absolutely do business with them again. Thank you!

The new name of business, “Basements & Backyards” was a little confusing. Thought they stopped selling hot tubs, because there s no sign that says “Hot Tubs”. Decided to walk inside, still have hot tubs. Lucky for me. I could have drive away. The employee, John, is very helpful to explain different options of hot tubs. It gave me the confidence to buy one.

I visited basements and backyards yesterday. John was my salesmen. He was professional friendly very knowledgeable and helped me to compare spas so that I could get exactly what I was looking for. I had the opportunity to actually sit in my spa to see what it felt like. This experience is very different than purchasing online. In fact, I purchased a spa online and had to return it because it wasnt what I wanted I didnt get the support I needed and the spa just wasnt right for me. A great store (seriously one of my favorites in Atlanta) with knowledgeable staff who arent pushy. I highly recommend Maurice who works there.
