I have had the absolute pleasure of working with FastSigns for various printing/sign needs. Their communication is clear and concise and Customer Service is unbeatable, and the product will always speak for itself.

Be aware of broken promises and not the best work! The owner Ive never met but its clear she is inflexible, greedy, and doesnt know the meaning of customer service, and I completely regret getting all my signage from this company. I spent close to $10,000 for signs for my new small business. I almost went with another competitor but there were 2 reasons I had initially decided to go with Fastsigns. They said they would delivery my business signage by a certain time frame (which was sooner than the competitor) and I needed it quick. Second, they were slightly cheaper and promised to deliver the same results. And I stated the competitor was going to give me a grand opening type banner and I asked if they could provide the same thing. Justin, my point of contact said yes definitely. I even have it in writing in an email. The signs were delivered weeks later than promised (much later than the competitor). And Justin said multiple times he prides himself in overdelivering on timeline. Well he was wrong and even if COVID caused delays they did nothing to apologize. Their word meant nothing to them and they made no attempt to fix their broken promise. Most business owners offer a discount or some other service as an apology or at minimum a genuine apology but all I got from them was excuses. And I reminded Justin that I am supposed to get a banner and he said yes I would get one. But I waited and waited and it never came. I kept asking and finally Justin tells me the owner wont approve it. It freaking costs them probably less than $30 and the owner was so greedy she wouldnt allow a customer paying close to $10k to get a banner even though it was promised. So not only did I find out I wasnt getting a banner when I already opened, but if I wanted one it would take a couple weeks and I would have to pay for it. On top of that I ended up spending $200 more because the color of the signs they put on the monument were not visible. You would think they would have the expertise and experience to not recommend yellow letters on white. I didnt complain about having to change the letters to darker colors because ultimately I approved the yellow letters the first time around. And I paid extra for it without complaint but it appears they are just interested in just getting the job done and getting paid and not necessarily doing their work with excellence. They didnt even discount the redo and charged me full price for installation. Its the principle and lack of professionalism and customer service that is unacceptable to me. The competitor I ended up not going with warned me and said I would get what I paid for and he was right. I thought I was saving money and I actually ended up paying more in the end. Clearly the owner does not understand what customer service is. I will no longer be using my future signage needs from Fastsigns in Norcross. If you have a small signage need that doesnt require a fast turnaround maybe Fastsigns is for you but I would be weary of using Fastsigns for any big signage needs.

One of my worst experiences ever! I went yesterday with my husband to make a restaurant sign. We go inside, we can see 2 ladies wach in a room. None of them even greeted us. We waited although i wish we didnt . A gentleman came out of a 3rd room, still not a word to us. He went and talked to one of the ladies for sometime. A man walks in . Only then, the gentleman come out greets him and talks to him, turns out he is talking about a broken sign he found outside. They finish talking and the gentleman still doesnt talk to us, but goes to the lady to chat about what the guy who walked in was saying!! We decided to leave only then he came to ask us if we needed anything! That was around 2:30 incase the owner would like to check the cameras.

I along with the church congregation are very pleased with the finished lettering that was put on the church van. But more personally, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism of the initial call. Once I went in to deliver the van all of the employees were very friendly and they are really knowledgeable about there work. They even offered to glue a logo back on our old van that was coming off. As a busy business owner its nice to know that Fast Signs can handle all our printing needs, from postcards to outdoor banners. We make one quick phone call and everything is handled instantly and professionally.

This is the second time I had an undesireable experience with this store. I gave them a second try and it was worse than the first. I gave them a previous order and pictures of that completed project to mimic and the received layout was entirely different. When I rejected the first proof and asked for it to change they didnt give anything different on the next proof. I ended up sending the photos again and asked a clarifying question and said by signing this proof please confirm you are matching our previous order. I also talked with my representative and explained the desired changes. Supposedly he understood. They then delivered a day late (after my questioning) and it was still incorrect. When I told them they said they would have to charge me 50% of my order to fix it! I then asked repeatedly to speak with a manager and gave her my number. She failed to call the correct number and then wrote an email basically saying I was at fault because I signed the proof. I guess the multiple photos, previous order references and discussions with their representative about what I needed was not applicable at all. She said if we want to take business elsewhere that is our choice. I hope they learn what a customer is and they also review their hiring practice for competent people. I could not have made this order any easier by providing previous invoices and photos and they still didnt understand or make it right. They lost a significant business and will not have any recommendations from me. Good luck to them and may they learn that the customer should always be right... especially when there was proof we were.

Bad business and not professional!My husband and I received our store front sign that we paid almost three grand for and it was ridiculously too small. We spoke with the owner about our dissatisfaction and asked for the original measurements to see what could be done. There were no measurements! Without seeing or measuring the sign, knowing it was their mishap, immediately we were told there was nothing that they could do about it. We have had numerous signs for all of our locations done and this is by far the worst one. Too bad we already paid our money. A lot of money to not have the product correct! Customer service sucks and I will not be recommending to anyone!
