We loved there! My mom and I went there at least once a week for Cappuccino Blast that my mom loves!!

Clean place, friendly staff. good portions. A little expensive but good variety. No seating there right now (inside or out) which was a little disappointing since we are in Orange tier for pandemic but other then that the ice cream was very tasty.

I love this place! It has the best workers especially the shift lead, Alexxa, she deserves a raise for reals.

2 nights back to back. Closed or 90% of flavors put away as early as 9pm. Just xhange your business hrs or dont make me feel like a hassle to pay my money. Sheesh

Friendly atmosphere, very clean

I go to baskin robins 1x a week. Well, I went yesterday, the girls were rude as soon as i walked in they gave me a weird look, i paid almost 6 dollars for a double scoop which they were so stingy with the serving portion that she only literally gave me half scoops. I asked for vanilla ice cream bars and i didnt notice but she had gave me chocolate ice cream bars. Every time i go, there i spend more than 25$ for ice cream and i go there to simply support my local businesses and because my kids and my self love ice cream, but i will no longer go to baskin robins, they have horrible customer service, they really do not go above and beyond for their customers. They are terrible. This is not the first time this happens to me, in previous situations i had contacted the owners directly and they simply said sorry we will try our best, but nothing has changed. I would rather go to rite aid thrifty ice cream !!!!

I think Jas Loves real name is karen, I will say the service isnt the best but they get the job done and every time I have been the employees are not rude at all and definitely dont need to call the owner on them
