The Owner Andy is the only person in the Inland Empire that orders my Skoal product and has it ready weekly, I drive from Beaumont to Norco each week and No, there isnt another Owner or shop in between that is willing to offer me this first class service.

They carry Klarity Kratom...in my opinion the most effective brand.

I just bought a vape pin one week ago and it quit working. I was told I could not return in because it had been a week..though I cant find the receipt I do have the deducted amount on my Phone and just wanted a replacement as I also bought juice and extra filters. I would definitely not recommenced this place as I think that this is just bad business.Its not like I want a refund just a working product ...definitely will not come back to this place.

Wow! This place is simply AMAZING!! People here are so friendly and respectful! My opinion, this is probably the best smoke shop in the Inland Empire area. I have never seen such a clean and organized smoke shop in my life! There prices are so reasonable, and really know how to take care of each and every customer well. They have big selection of cigars, vape hardware and e-juice!

This my local go to tobacco shop for the last five years. I go in all the time. Good deals, and the guy who owns, and operates it is very friendly. They value their return customers. Its a great place to come and chat with the people working there. Theres the owner who works there, his son, another man, and a young woman, all of whom are very friendly.Its one of those places where I actually feel nice going into. After five years, and the way ive been treated as a customer I value taking my business there. Nice staff, and cheaper stuff.

Ive lived in horse town norco California for 29 years and shopped at USA tobacco for 6years and will never go back because of the owner and workers said that they cant stand the people in norco but its OK to take are money there was a man that worked there with a piercing on his face that was very nice that quit for the same reasons but I just found out that he works next door at Cheers liquor and sells tobacco as well thanks for ordering my cigarettes and my wifes vape USA tobacco been selling to minors not good we take care of our neighbors thanks to Cheers liquor the prices are so much better Im saving more money

Im guessing this place changes attitude when the owner goes home. The guy with the face pericing thinks that he owns the place I went in just to get cigars and first thing he says to me is you again then rushes me telling me to get the hell out of his store. I know the owner. You are a employee. The way I was treated was not with respect or anything with kindness. I called to squash it and he starts yelling this and that I couldnt get a word in. Ill never step foot in that shop ever again I hope everyone reads this and goes there to see what Im talking about.
