Steven was super helpful! Give this man a raise for real. I went in on Friday to switch from T-Mobile and I wanted to keep my number. Long story short, the network god’s weren’t on our side and the request to transfer my line kept getting denied or not going through at all. Steven gave me a temporary number, gave us his number and said he would be working on this until it went through successfully. This whole mess lasted 2 days! But Steven followed through and called daily and waited on hold for hours until someone finally gave us answers and solved the issue. After all was done, he gave me an extra gift just for all the trouble! That’s customer retention right there! It was a rough process for some reason, but I left happy. I’m looking forward to sticking with Verizon for years to come.
If no stars were available this would be the time! Waited out side this store for 30 minutes and it has yet to open!!!!Called the store and literally no one was home but the lights were on! Rang & rang then went to hold music! Go to Best Buy.... They know more anyway... And they are kinder. SMH!UPDATE: I emailed as requested with all info they asked of me...A detailed explanation of what happened. They replied that they had opened a case for me concerning this issue and asking for a phone number and best time to call. I did that a week ago and they have never even opened that email (I have email tracking to know when an email is opened) much less called. So much for my case. SMH!
Go anywhere but here for your phone needs...I recently had a really horrible experience at this store getting myself a new phone and adding my boyfriends phone to my plan. The guy helping me, (Daniel I think) didnt know what he was talking about. I asked him repeatedly about price differences, how my bill will change, etc. and with each questions I got a confusing answer. With every answer he gave I had 3 more questions. I asked how much device payment will be per month after switching to a new one and he said about $11...yeah okay. He was just making stuff up on the fly. Not only was he confusing/making things up, he also changed my phone plan on both me and my boyfriends phone to be a $20 more per month plan without ever telling us about it. I now understand that the plan is automatically updated when the iPhone 12 is added to the plan because of 5G but I should have at the very least, been notified of this change. He said nothing about it.Another thing he did for us was enroll my boyfriend in Verizons insurance plan for his phone....which is paid off, bought from the apple store, and has apple care....why would we need Verizon insurance on it???? oh and yeah he never told me he was doing this either, because I obviously would have said NO!I found out everything I know now because after I left the store, both of our phones had no service, I had to use my computer and my roommates phone and spent almost 4 hours chatting and calling with Verizon customer service so they could help me after how badly he messed my plan and our phones up. I was looking over the charges from the visit and theres a $20 charge for the activation etc. I paid $20 for this guy to royally F my ish up!!!! Wonderful. Dont go here.Just an update I spoke to Steven on the phone, who says he is the manager and he was very nice. He told me the guy who helped me was new and he was sorry. I just have to say, as a training coordinator and manager myself, why was this man ever signed off to work if he does not know how to properly complete his responsibilities? He did more harm than good. Training should be better. If hes truly new its not his fault entirely, he should not have been signed off to work yet.Another update, as of today, 4 days after visiting I am still encountering issues from this visit. I found out today that the credit from my trade in credited my monthly bill this month instead of crediting the amount due on my new device (what I was told would happen.)Save yourself the headache!!!

This is not a true Verizon store. It’s an “authorized retailer.” I upgraded an old phone here. The box for my old (trade in) phone was never sent to my address, so I came back asking for help. This store said they cannot provide me with a box, nor a shipping label, & I can only do it via the myverizon app. I went to the actual Verizon store down the street & they said if I would have done my upgrade w them instead, they would have helped me in their store, & they sent me on the road a shipping box. However, the actual Verizon store said they couldn’t handle the return because they might send the old (trade in) phone to the wrong address. I went back into the authorized retailer and it took over an hour to print me a shipping label. From now on, I’ll only go to real Verizon stores instead of authorized retailers.
Do not use this store it is just an authorized dealer for Verizon went in and was promised a deal and a date to pick up my order I was never called or anything when I looked into y my order hadn’t arrived turns out it was never ordered except one phone when I tried to reach there costumer service they gave me the run around and transferred me to a corporate Verizon line that has nothing to do with them witch is shady on there part I know everyone has different experiences but just the fact that they transferred me 3 times with in 5 to 10 min just saying hold hold on and didn’t even let me know I would be transferred that’s bad business and I won’t ever come here again would not recommend this store at all instead of resolving an issue they blame each other and don’t resolve the problem STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I would give ZERO stars but had to give at least 1 to give this review. When i asked direct questions regarding promotions offered they LIED, said none. They in fact did have a $150 rebate finally got that after someone called me and told me about. . Refused to give me a receipt upon leaving. Said they couldnt print and give to me,, had to send to my email due to Covid19, yet they could touch my phone and hand it back and forth and they could take my credit card and have me sign their charge pads? Found out why, when I printed my receipt at home, found many overcharges, purchases that were never mentioned or agreed upon, they just added them to my invoice/receipt and figured I wouldnt read when I got home, but i did. Then Had to return to store the next day to get my card credited and they argued about my rightful refund. Finally credited my card for over $50 for their wrongful charges/mistakes to my card. Also, both times i went to the store i was waited on by managers not just some new salesperson. So they should certainly know better. They are not a corporate store, dont go there. Save yourself money, stress and headaches. Either go to corporate store in i think Eastvale or go online. BE SURE They give you a receipt before you leave no matter which store you go to.
This has been my home store for the past 10 years. In the beginning I was always happy with the service I received. In the past couple of years there have been changes with staff, who seem to not really know a lot about their product, and most times I end up calling customer service for quicker results.Today, on my way to another stop, I decided to make a quick run in to see if I qualified for an upgrade and/or my options as I have had problems with my phone since day 1. Jerry greeted me right away and explained to me my options and what phones may fit my criteria. We walked over to see the demo phones and at that time, a manager came over and asked Jerry if everything was o.k. (I believe Jerry may be new, but there was not problem, so not sure why the manager felt he needed to micro manage.)We went back to the desk as I wanted the names of the phones written down so I could do a bit of research as I was not quite ready to purchase.The other worker puts his two cents in and tells me why I should get this particular phone, etc., etc.A few minutes later, the manager comes over again, says he wants to ask me a question, quickly introduces himself (I dont remember his name) and then asks me what is stopping me from buying today.BOOM. I feel like I am at a car dealership surrounded by vultures! I am in sales, and understand the need to close, and told him as much. I had already told Jerry I was not ready today as I wanted to research the phones he showed me, decide which direction I wanted to go as far as keep my phone or upgrade, and bottom line, I did not even bring my credit card to pay.I told Jerry I would be back within the week and let him know my decision. He was nice, informative and not pushy unlike his co-workers. Props to him; the others.........
Manager wouldnt waive restocking fees when her salesman misinformed me and when I came to return phones 4 days from original purchase. Wanted me to wait two hours when she could have easily given her codes to her salesperson...sorry I already wasted enough time in your store. Dont waste your time and go somewhere else.

I would like to give Eric the assistant manager at this location 5+ stars. There was several incidents that went wrong with another employee and Eric stepped in and made all the corrections that needed to be fixed. He did everything he could to make his customers satisfied, he also apologized on the other persons behalf for all the errors that were made. For any of my future purchases with Verizon I will make sure to ask for Eric and recommend anyone whos wanting to purchase a phone ask for him as well. Great customer service.

Went into 15 minutes until closing time and Robert and Tomas were extremely helpful in setting up my new line. The customer service was outstanding. They walked me through the entire bill and helped me chose accessories. Absolutely satisfied!!!!
I have been to this store several times whenever I have had some minor issues with my Apple I Phone. These gentlemen never try to push me into buying something I dont want or need. They fix my problems quickly and efficiently. Today I had to go in because I was having trouble with the battery. The young man at the repair desk knew exactly what the problem was and offered me an amazing price to repair it. It was done in less time than what he quoted me (one hour) and it works great! He even gave me a warranty on his work and the parts. I have driven over to this store in Norco from my home in Moreno Valley because of the excellent service. Now that I have moved to the High Desert, it is well worth the drive down to do business with a store I trust!!
I came at 11:45, for two phones at the same time. Had to be to a Christmas party by 2:00 with these two phones as gifts. These guys absolutely got this done for me by 12:30! Additionally, I asked them to find hidden discounts for me. Their attitudes were so positive the whole time they were working on this, and they saved me a ton of money! I could not be more satisfied with the service i received from Marco and Jason!!

In the past I dreaded coming to this Verizon. But I had some issues with my phone so I went to this Verizon again because it was the closest to me. My experience was 1000 times better. When I first walked in I noticed all new staff. Immediately I was welcomed by a nice young lady. She was extremely helpful. She listened to my issues with my phone and was working on informing me of my options and making my options very clear. As she was looking my information up the manager (Jason) approached us and started helping as well. Long story short, he went above and beyond to fix my situation. While he was working with my cell phone issues he was talking to my daughter about her cell phone ( which we didnt intensionally go in for) and he ended up helping her too since hers was not working well either and got her a replacement phone through the warranty company that prior we were told couldnt be done. It didnt matter how long it took he stayed helping us until everything was done. (No other cumstomer had to wait, the other staff addressed everyone immediately). He was very personable, knowledgeable, and a top notch manager. I was so happy with my experience. He is running a very good store there now. I will be returning with all my cell phone and/or technology needs.

I dont think Ive had a better experience at any other phone retailer than this one. The entire staff was super nice, and knowledgeable. I was super bummed about losing my phone a couple days prior, they hooked me up with a new one on the spot to get me by for the next couple days until my next one arrives. I also picked up the wireless headphones and a new tablet.
Do not buy samsug wireless charger, does not work properly. And careful with returns at store, you only have 14 days. So now im stuck with 2 wirelsss chargers.
Rudy was so awesome listened to my needs and got Ryan jumped in on his way out of the store and helped me with my new phone which I needed for my business the next day. They give me exactly what I needed nd a few extras and saved me money on my bill. Thanks so much to both of them. After an ex-employee nightmare, stealing the phone among other things the Federal folk are going to have to deal with, Dan at this store helped me out incredibly getting another phone going after the said employee removed the insurance on the COMPANY PHONE. Got me up and running for my foremans phone in just a couple minutes without me paying anything extra.This was a perfect example why Ive switched from the other company BACK to Verizon.....Thank you Dan
Where do I begin? I called to check on my EDGE program last night to get some information on it since we have never used it and have been paying into it for over a year, the lady said no problem go to the store and you will be able to take advantage of the program, to our surprise the lady lied and apparently our program is on hold due to a cash only status since one of our payments didnt go through last year. The insensitive idiot who assisted my daughter today didnt have any common sense or tact to relay the information in a friendly and professional matter. Instead he made her feel embarrassed, obviously he is not a father and lacks any kind of customer service skills. I have had nothing but the best experiences at my local Verizon store located at the Crossings,where the manager even calls to make sure my experience was great. Not the case with the Norco location.

I walked into my local Verizon store in Norco and was cheerfully greeted by Rudy, who asked what he could do to help me. I asked him to wipe off a tablet and set to factory condition. My son had used the tablet and loaded many apps. He did that and then put on a Nook app and proceeded to set up everything for me through gmail, all of these things I had no idea how to do. I appreciated his help and patience and kindness. I know most people know how to do these things, but I dont. Good employee!!

Unethical and liesMy IPhone 7 has not been receiving any cellular coverage the last 3 days. Both Brett and the manager told me it had to do with apple itself and that they are phasing out the iPhone 7. I was told I needed to get a new phone. So they set me up with the new IPhone Xr, case, and screen protector. After I did some research online and found out tthere are possibly simple was to fixe the issue.So I took it to the closest Verizon location to my house (Eastvale). I explained the situation to the associate and he quickly attempted to fix it by changing the SIM card. It still did not work, bummer. But, the sales associate let me know that my phone was still covered on my purchased warranty and that they will send me a new one within a couple days. I wanted to turn my phone, case, and screen protectors but I was told I had to return it to the original location.So I arrived back at the Norco location. Brett was still there but the manager was not. The Assistant manager Eric was there, however. I told Brett what had happened regarding the replacement on the way. I told him I was not sure why they told me I needed a new phone when mine was still clearly under warranty. So, I was here to return the phone. So he began the process but said that I would have to still pay for the purchased screen protectors. I said that was unacceptable because I only purchased the screen protectors for my new phone. I actually didnt even need the new phone. that was sold to me to based upon a lie. At that point, Brett called the manager on his cell phone and walked out side of the store and around the corner to talk to the manager on four different occasions. Even the assistant manager went outside as well (I don’t know why they couldn’t talk to the manager in front of me). So after much talking they ended up willing to refund me for the screen protectors as well (as they should). They did, however, charge me a restocking fee, which was unacceptable. Again, the phone was sold to me based on a lie. They clearly withheld that information from me in order to secure a purchase. I asked both Brett and Eric if they just wouldn’t refund the restocking fee or if they actually do not have the authority. The assistant manager said he did not. I asked Eric if the manager had the authority and he said no, it is likely the district manager that has the authority. I found it suspicious that both the assistant manager and manager of the store do not have the basic authority to refund a bogus charge. Furthermore, when questioning the assistant manager as to why the Eastvale location saw within minutes of me arriving that I had insurance that would replace my phone and they did not. He did not have a clear answer but said he’s unable to see that information. Even though I purchased the extended warranty through Verizon. Why do they sell a warranty if they do not have any way to verify it?I went back to the Eastavle location because what he said didn’t seem right. The same associate who was able to replacement my phone informed me that they do, in fact, have access to that information (that’s how he knew in the first place). He also informed me that the assistant manager and manager do, in fact, have the authority to reverse the stocking fee. He was very helpful and truthful.So, Not only was the information regarding my insurance coverage withheld, but also the assistant manager Eric lied to my face about not being able to reverse the restocking fee. This is extremely unethical behavior. As a consumer, were there for help and we must trust these representatives in this whole process. It is a complete shame to know that they will tell you straight lies to your face to make a sale. What is even worse is that they refuse to admit they’re wrong and take accountability.I will be coming back to talk to the manager regarding this issue and hope that he will do the right thing. If necessary, I will reach out to cooperate to share my experience regarding how unethical its store and team members acted.

Rating should be a 0. I was lied to by previous assistant manager Eric. Got two phones with what I was told was a BOGO promotion. Five months later, Im still getting billed for the secong phone, when I went in to fix the issue, im being told that there was never a promotion during the time of my purchase. Back in April, I spoke with all employees about the phones before I made my decision to go with the promo phones. Apparently I was lied to by sales associates and management as well. Do not go to this Verizon store.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Worst place ever take the time and goto an actual veriron store. They are a bunch of liars and lie to you to sell you phones to make commission. First of all, my fiance went in there to get her phone fixed because it was broken. The sales person Will told her she should just upgrade and turn the phone in instead of going through insurance and paying the deductible to get a new phone. So we upgraded her phone and got a new one and sent her old one back to Verizon. A couple days later we got the phone back in the mail saying it had to be in good condition which Will did not tell us that and we are getting charged the remaining balance on the phone. So long story short now it was to late to return her upgraded phone and her old phone wasnt on the insurance anymore. Then I was dealong with Dan for the past month and said he was going to cover half of the phone that was owed which never happened this was a month ago and Im out the remainingredients Balance on the phone this store is a joke and just wants to steal your money and the manager Dan has no customer service skills says he is going to call you back and never does or returns your messages the worst employee ever. So moral of the story goto an actual Verizon store not some shady place that will tell you anything to make a buck and not handle the problem

He is amazing and knowledgable with any phone device, equipments, phone plans, etc. Its THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER that i recieved from Verizon. Ive been with Verizon for almost 10 years and went to several locations and almost left Verizon due to the poor customer service i recieved. Bernard just made things simplier to understand and he is always smiling and just has this blessed heart.. i am so thankful for the work he has done for my entire family. I bought a case and a screen protector and paid a lot of money for the items because they told me that the warranty was for a lifetime ... the case broke down and I took it to the store and as they told me they didnt have it in stock I went to order I went 6 times more and they told me the same thing ... that without mentioning that when we bought iphones one of them gave it to me of different color and they did not want to change it to me. ..
