I went in to get my warranty for my controller since I had warn it down and my warranty was still active, the exchange was quick and the cashier was knowledgeable, polite and friendly, definitely a good store

Awful, bad customer service. I came in, picked out a game, I waited twenty minutes in line to be told the game was out of stock. Also, the cashier Cythnia is the most unprofessional person, she had a customer in front of her but chose to help a customer not in line find a Zelda shirt. Im going to purchase online from now on, Gamestop doesnt seem to have a decent hiring process

What a rip off! My Xbox one stopped working I tried to exchange it but joe said they only have the Xbox one x in stock. So I decided to buy that one because it was the only one they had. After I paid he said it will be delivered in 5-7 days. Blatantly lied! I had an extended warranty, but they wouldn’t refund my money, or put it towards a new one. To top it off I bought the Xbox live and he forgot to give me the card with the code on the back. Avoid this store! I’m still angry, the owner should be ashamed.Here’s an update 2 weeks later I received the Xbox one x and guess what it didn’t work! I returned, this time getting a refund. Now they are discontinued. So a heart broken child and no games during quarantine! Lovely

They have a good selection in stock but the staff is rude and when I put in that my friend was going to pick up a game and to hold it for them it was still held under my name and since I wasn’t picking it up they lied and said “looks like he wanted a warranty for it” even though I didn’t ask for one so they added it on knowing that my friend was unaware I didn’t want one. Just be aware of the staff and you should be good.

Spoke with Erick from GameStop Norco, very very helpful, and kind. Answered all of my questions and advised me on what to do during this time. Unlike customer service at Eastvale GameStop, where the manger was very rude and did not want to answer any of my questions, felt rushed and forced to consult my needs. Eric here did an amazing job, very helpful. Thank you, will be shopping at GameStop Norco from now on.

I like the store but not the staff. Seems they lack good customer service. My & my kid decoded it was time to purchase the xbox one. With that we bought a $50 game and a additional remote spent almost $400 got home was looking everything over and noticed on my reciept it said client declined warranty on the system . Funny i got the warranty on the game like always and the controller. I was never offered a warranty on my system . I think its messed up . Dont trust staff.

First of all I hate video games and went in for my husbands Christmas gift. I asked a question and got a long winded answer im sure a gamer would of loved. I go once a year to buy a game for my husband and always have to stand in line for a while. Store always seems stocked but i dont know if a person who was into that stuff would think so

Went in to trade an appleTV and was offered $50, however, was refused after 30 mins by the manager on duty. She didnt seem willing to take the device from the beginning and went to the trouble of call 2 different stores and her store manager (who was off that night) to check proper procedure of processing the trade-in. She continued to run the device through her system which passed each required test. However, she claimed she was unable to process the trade in correctly due to it not passing all the criteria. The computer/program she used passed all necessary steps however it left certain categories such Volume Button Home Button Digitizer blank (no category listed as failed). The computer screen clear instructed to the manager to test these components manually if this happens. I asked her why shed even be concern about these not passing as some of the categories werent even relevant such as a digitizer on an appleTV. The relevant categories such as imei passed just fine. She then told us that it was not running through her system properly and offered to take it in the old fashion way and could only pay $9 for the device because of this issue with running the device through the system. I asked her to just check the component manually as these could be easily tested by plugging the device in and operating it manually. She refused and then claimed she could get fired if she took it in. We took our device and left. We were not happy with our visit to this GameStop location for several reasons. First she wasted a lot of our time by calling around unnecessarily to check for the correct procedure, which is either her just not trusting us or her just being bad at her job. After all that she ran it correctly as instructed by her manager and still refused to take it in. I guess it is fine if she didnt want to take it in at her discretion, but why then offer us $9 and try to rip us off. Second, she refused to use common sense and attempt to test the device manually and then just made up excuse after excuse until we pressed her about the situation and then she just said she should get fired. Seemed unlikely she would get fired after checking through multiple sources how do this properly and then not following what the program when asked her to test those categories manually. Third, She was not very up front and honest with her true intentions, to me it seemed she never had the intention to help us with this trade in as she unnecessarily ran us through ringer and wasted our time. Will be still going to GameStop but not this location.

Good games store for Playstation (3/4), XBox 1(1-X), and Nintendo (Wii/Switch). They sell new/used video games at good prices and games are in stock - instant joy, no waiting. Also - game console accessories like headsets and controllers. Located in corner between Hamner and Hiden Valley next to Papa Johns Pizza.

Well they are knowledgeable, most of the people there are super rude on the phone. I asked about a used game she told me it was 19.99 and the pro price was 17.99, I mentioned to her that the same game used is 14.99 at RedBox ...I asked if they would price match or something. I mean I pay a membership to get discounts on use games, it shouldn’t be cheaper at Redbox! She was very condescending and rude and said “okey dooky, well I don’t know what to tell you.” You know what you could tell me....something helpful and polite!

This place has the worst customer service ever. I only gave it one star because its impossible to give it zero stars but thats exactly what it deserves. My fiancé and I went in to look for a game for our son and we just asked the girl there if by any chance they had ps2 games which we know are outdated but hey why not just ask ? And she was super rude and looked at us like we were idiots and just kind of laughed and saiduh youre like 15 years late, of course we dont.We just put the games back and walked out if you cant answer a customers question politely then why even show up to work ? Never coming back here again. They should think about hiring people who actually want to work .

Always such a big helpWhenever I have money to spare Im always in there to buy video games.Prefer it to other game stop locations.The staff there has treated me with nothing but kindness and we usually get into interesting convos.I will be there when the new Final Fantasy comes out!P.s. sorry girly part haha but there is such a cool guy tht works there and he always remembers my name!
