This guy is a scam! He is not an authorized phone dealer and he uses someone else’s log in to sing you up. He kept my money and didn’t refund it when he could not help me out. Do not trust! He is false advertising!

This place is horrible. The owner Carlos stole money from our accounts and never paid our phone bill. He will pocket your money like he did ours. Do NOT use this place!

So the man I talked to was Carlos, He said he was a provider for ATT, said he would give me a hook up and basically ripped me off for a phone and money I would never recommend him to anyone!!!

Repaired my phone a couple months ago after another shop it was unrepairable, did a great job. I hope they come back after Covid

Carlos is a great phone technician. The process he was doing on my phone took longer then anticipated but, Carlos kept me informed of the reason for the delay. He fixed My phone correctly. Thats much appreciated.

Bough an iPhone from offer up the iPhone was Locked With iCloud Came To Easy Wireless Carlos Helped me and said it would take 3 days to get removed came back 3 days later and my iPhone was unlocked Great Service Will Recommend

I took my phone in for repair over 4 months ago and still have not received it back after several phone calls and visits (to find they weren’t even open during regular business hours). Communication has been horrible and several empty promises have been made and never followed through on. I even gave a second phone as trade in for the repairs that never took place, so I’m out 2 phones. There is a new story or excuse every time and it cannot be trusted. I have given every chance to make things right yet Carlos has failed to follow through. I’m extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this dishonest business to anyone.

Theyre supposed to be a square trade partner but are closed. Wont return phone calls and they have a bad email link.

I broke my phone screen shortly after I got it and had been using it over a year before taking it in. Carlos took the time to make sure the parts he got in were exactly the right ones to get my phone back to factory condition. The new screen works flawlessly. After having it broken for so long it feels almost like getting a new phone.

I cracked my iPhone 7 and explained that it’s a lease so I was concerned that t-mobile would have noticed the screen was replaced. They said they use high quality screens and so it’s no problem and they won’t know the difference. It costed $80.80 and was ready in 45 minutes. Very friendly lady behind the counter!

I came here after getting ripped off by T-Mobile. At Easywireless, I bought a 30-day Essentials Plan and SIM from Red Pocket Mobile - total cost $15 even. The owner was super-nice. They also buy and sell smartphones and I will definitely come back to buy my next phone.

0 STARS, Turned my computer in for a simple port swap. 2 months later and after multiple excuses still not fixed. They broke a part that held the port but didnt explain the issue. Lied to me that my wife approved the additional part to fix what they broke. Never answers their phone, never call to update on status. Dont recommend
