My phone died so I needed a new phone. There was only one employee and he was busy but got to me as soon as he could. His name was Steve. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I was pleased with the service.

I buy the iPhone on contract there is lady her name Anna she told me about monthly bill 320$ around but bill comes more and more even she write on my contract paper . On contract they don’t mention 2 years contract now two year pass they still charge me more bill and now when them about proof of contract they don’t provide me and they say you have 30 months contract when I ask them to give copy of proof . They don’t provide me .when the customer by the iPhone from them be careful they r lieying so get from them everything in written as well as there id no and sign and take picture . Bcoz after they don’t listen . Staff behaviour is not good .

The gal was no help what so ever, she wanted us to add a cheap phone to the line or pay to change our numbers or pay for a new SIM card when we get absolutely no phone coverage. Of course she wasn’t wearing a name badge, but useless, can’t wait to switch providers

I visited this store on a Thursday afternoon and they were extremely busy and the girl that helped me, Vanessa was very helpful. This was a very bad experience for me at that at&t store in Norco awful. You need to that how to talk with people. Her was covering name tag so i couldnt see it but had long black hair, Spanish and talk us rude. She said she couldnt do anything, what i you kidding me. Lord and be hold she was able transfer things. Them ask if she could the screen on and said couldnt it was a cheap product. Excuse me I said. I have a AT&T for 20 years and I should take that. This is not the end for this conversation .

I recently went into the at&t norco store because I was having a hard time getting into my phone, I got locked out somehow. Im sure it was by my own fault but I was helped by a young woman by the name of Anna. Anna was able to help me get in and out even though she appeared to have her hands full. Some of the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time

Ive gone twice to make a payment and both times I wasnt able to. The representative couldnt give me a valid reason why I couldnt pay my bill . They said something was wrong with my account however when I called customer service they advised me nothing was wrong with my account and I shouldve been able to make my payment. Neither time that Ive been too the store have I left as a satisfied customer .

Had a really good expirience at this store, soon as I walked In I was Greeted and approached by Vanessa one of the workers. She was friendly and attentive to my needs and wants regarding phone service. She was able to explain all the plans and phones available. It was a very comfortable shopping expirience.
