I shopped at 9:30 p.m. and the store was not crowded. I found what I was looking for. Shelves were well stocked and the store looked and felt clean. There was a line at checkout with 4 people and only one register was open.

Pretty cool shopping place! Are you riding your horse to shop? No problem! They have a place to harness your horsey!!! Its like going back to the wild west era here!!! The State Bros us a brand new store! Very clean, organized & hip like the high-end grocery stores. It has a fresh sushi bar, sandwich shop, & fresh bakery. You can also get coffee and sit inside the seating area to take it easy after doing your shopping. Youll love this unique place in Norco, CA. Just so you know, Norco is the Horsetown USA!!!

This store is clean and has fresh vegetables, I really enjoy going here to get my groceries. It’s also close to my house so it’s very convenient. However, I have to leave a 2 stars review because the past 2 weeks I went, I saw some other customers not wearing masks inside the store and none of their employees asked those customers to wear a mask or leave the store. Why?

Always clean, staff is always polite and professional. They also have the car carts so you can fit up to 4, maybe 5 kids on your trip with you which is nice .

Love the new store8/13/18 Have to update my review. This is the worst run store in the chain. Every time I go in they are out of something. Common things like Diet Coke, Johnsonville Brats, biscuts, etc. It is a nice new store with the same poor management as the old one. Ill be going back to the one on Hidden Valley.

Normal stater bros grocery store filled with helpfuk! employees are Cashiers are extremely efficient and quick. The cashiers do a great job getting customers thru the check out line without making the customers feel rushed. Store is clean, organized and has excellent variety. Prices are clearly marked, isles are wide enough for customers to walk passed each other without bumping their carts into each other.

Always super friendly and helpful staff. Store is neat and clean. I try to go early in the morning to avoid crowds and in some stores there will be boxes and carts strewn about for stocking and I havent encountered that here. Its nice!

Newly built and very clean and super convenient location. Near many places to eat. The customer service is great and quick. Never had a problem getting in and out. I have many option and items are always in stock. The bakery and like ready to meals are great for a last minute dinner mishap or even a quick grab for a hot meal to take home. The fruit is good and the lighting is great. The little eating center to enjoy food is very nice to have. This is a much needed store for this area. Very happy customer

This stater bros is awesome! My favorite location. Also the Cleo and Leos fried chicken is the best around! Dana makes delicious fried chicken! I HIGHLY recommend checking out this stater bros! 👍👍

Easy shopping and friendly staff...

Something has happened with staters meat or maybe its the new way of cutting. They advertise these nice porter house steaks with meat on both sides of the bone...good porterhouse cut, BUT thats not what this store is selling. Looks like a typical T bone to me.....very sad. Not that way six months ago.Atmosphere still great and always friendly but its a set back to us meat eaters....

Usually I have a great experience at this stater bros, where I shop twice a week for ninety nine percent of the items I need. Unfortunately on occasion (both times the same two people) I get into a line where the cashier and courtesy clerk are more focused on their conversation than checking me out in a timely and efficient manner. First experience they were talking about the cashiers weight loss or lack of and I mentioned to her that I had items under my cart since they prefer you to not put bulky items on the belt and she forgot to scan them and I had to pay two separate times. Even the courtesy clerk told me she heard me tell her so that was a nuisance because I was in a hurry...second time was today, same two girls. Today they were talking about their families and such and the cashier was just taking her time ringing my groceries...again, I’m in a hurry and work just wasn’t the priority. Truthfully though, one time I let it go but twice in a row with the same two people? Come on guys...I just want to spend my money to buy my items and want to be rung up properly...honestly I just won’t be getting into that checkers line from now on.On a separate note, I wish I knew their names but the woman with the short grey hair always stocking items in the cheese and deli meat section of the store is always so friendly and helpful and truthfully just pleasant to see around. Also the tall young gentleman with light colored hair and I believe blue eyes in the meat department is also always very helpful and seems happy to be at work. Thanks for making my visits pleasant!!

Always good at the Stater brothers market

Beautiful store! They did a very nice job. Love the western theme to the shopping center. Store has a wide selection of floral, bakery and deli. GREAT sandwiches and they even have sushi being made right there by sushi chefs. The seafood department is very nice too. They will steam your fish and veggies for you...all you have to do is eat it! The meat counter is HUGE! I live around the corner and will be here frequently.

Have you noticed teenage employees walking up and down the aisles to see if you are stealing? I have seen them hiding at the end of endcaps peeking around corners at other customers.Becareful at the check out with a clearance item, watch the clerk scrutinize the item. If an employee marks down the item too low the Check Out Clerk will act like you brought a sharpie to change prices...Hello Staters!! Get a new system for clearance items, how about investing in stickers!! Cashier Matthew B. Pulled that on me today! He got on the phone 3 times to question if plant that I wanted to buy was the right price. Making me wait at the checkout with people waiting behind me, I was made to feel like I did something wrong. I told him to forget trying to check a price that was clearly written on the plant container. I told him if he didnt believe me to forget the plant. (I just wanted to buy 1 of 4 plants that were in the clearance)And if youre the lucky customer at checkout, listen to the cashier ask the Bagger if there is BOB, if the Bagger did his/her job correctly they shouldnt have to ask if there is items under the basket. Staters need to stop making customers feel uncomfortable, especially when customers pay high prices to shop there.Invest in cameras, clearance stickers and real security that can watch from the loft.

I dont like this new staters is a block away from the old one and may have a place to tie horses in front but it doesnt have that ol time store feeling...all the new employees are always talking to each other... And yes they are help ful if you say excuse me and inturupt their pow wow...i loved all the staff at the 2nd and river store that they just close d...i was always calling crorporaye to tell them how one or other staff member went above and beyond... alot quit bc they wouldnt get promoted to cashier..knowing there codes and always putting the customer first and knowing the customer by name ... This store staff looks like a high school campus on break.... hopefully well get a friendly store at the old stater brother site...
