This is over due but I stopped a few months ago to purchase some braiding hair and I loved the service! The lady who assisted me was both friendly and patient with me as I am new to braids. She helped me select the hair I was looking for and even introduced me to a detangler that works perfectly for my hair. I will definitely me be stopping by soon ♥️

Men pay attention,mane! They got great oils for you beard. For instance, like beard butter and more ! To keep it a band, their products truly grew my beard fast and healthy. In addition, the protective style growth oil really work for my beard.

I have been a loyal customer since this store opened and if I could give this store 10 stars I would. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. I appreciate the product knowledge and personal experience. It’s is great to have a beauty supply that provides excellent customer service and is always fully stocked. This store could easily run the two beauty supplies in riverside and Corona out of business solely for being black-owned. But I walked in there today and they were watching something and when I asked if they carried the items I needed they told me to look around!!what?! Thats 5/25/2021 around midday. They could do so much better than this!!!!! You can do better

Ive been doing business with this store from day one of opening and the owner and family are nothing short of wonderful citizens of the community, good business people and will go the extra mile to satisfy the customers. I was looking for a product they didnt have and she ordered it and keeps it on the shelf. Ive never witnessed any of the negative comments. I wouldnt be surprised if the bad reviews had a different agenda having nothing to do with the products, pricing or otherwise, thats life as we know it Of course some items are priced higher than a different store, no big deal, buy it or travel further. No different than Sallys pricey items or any of the other stores further south or north on Hamner Ave. Thank you Infinity!

We happened to be in Norco and just googled the closest beauty supply store to us at the moment and we hit the jackpot. We came in looking for products for my daughters hair and Keisha was so helpful, I love the way she spoke to my daughter about her hair and took the time out to teach us about her hair and the products. I will be coming here from now on, this is our go to beauty supply store.

I was very disappointed with my experience, or should I say the lack thereof. After reading the reviews on this beauty supply I was very excited to pay them a visit. Especially considering they dont have a lot of beauty supplies such as this in the area. I arrived yesterday around 2:00 p.m. and upon arrival, I noticed too many cars in the parking lot. I proceeded to walk towards the door and one of the ladies who worked there closed and locked the door... as I was walking up. I wasnt sure if she was closing the door to keep flies out or cold air in, so I continue to walk up and pulled on the door handle which was in fact locked. The lady then came to the door and asked me if I was there to get my hair done. When I told her that I was not she proceeded to close and lock the door again; not explaining why they were closed at 2:00 in the afternoon... Not asking me what I was there for or how she could be of service. Its very unfortunate when you try and support businesses and this is the type of customer service that you receive. If they were closing the door in the middle of the afternoon for lunch then that should have been stated. If they were closing the door because she was the only one working and needed to use the restroom that should have been stated. If they were closing the door because they were going to close early for the day due to lack of customers that should have been stated. But simply closing the door without asking me how she could be of service was a very lackluster and unfortunate first experience. I will not be back nor will I recommend this place to any other individuals seeking a beauty supply in the area. Such a shame.

Keisha was amazing and went above and beyond any customer service experience I’ve had. Not only did she guide me with recommendations of products for my desired style but gave my husband and children samples for them to try out as well! She was so sweet and welcoming as well as very knowledgeable of diverse hair textures. Not to mention this gem is black owned! Highly recommend for all hair and beauty needs.

I love this place. I moved from Los Angeles to Riverside in search for a beauty supply to suit all my needs. Found this jewel on Google maps. From the first time I went they made me feel like family. Customer Service is great. The owner is teaching her kids to run the place, when I tell you they are so professional and attentive. Like I said I love this place

I went to purchase some products because I am trying to learn how to care for my natural hair. I am new to this but when I went here, the lady working (I didn’t catch her name) was VERY knowledgeable and helpful to me and my boyfriend. She also gave us free samples for stuff that we weren’t too sure about. Also offered to order whatever we wanted that she didn’t have. I will not be shopping anywhere else for my hair needs but here!

The fact that they are trying to cover the expiration date with a price !!!!WOW!!!!!!I knew it was 12/2016 but needed to see for sure .....so I removed it with alcohol.This is a medicated product and this fraud is not acceptable I could be having a reaction !!!!!! I guess my health is worth $6.99 plus tax.I bought it this week 6/2020

The customer service is AMAZING!!!! I found this place luckily during the pandemic when everything is closed. I am so glad I did because the staff is extremely helpful. I told her about a negative experience I had with a braider and she even went out of her way to find me a new braider to do my hair and gave me excellent hair selections. They take the time to get to know their customers and won’t try to sell you stuff they do not believe in. I can say I will be going back and I will now be a loyal customer.

They font have prices on there product and I feel that depending what you look like thats how they are pricing the product and if they had any business for that day. Bought two types of gel cost me 20.00. Saw at another beauty supply much much cheaper. Same product. Wont be going again.
