My wife just left this car wash and paid $30 for their diamond wash and they didn’t even vacuum the interior of the car out. She specifically stated she wanted the dog hair vacuumed and they said to do the diamond package.

This place had great communication, but the quality was NOT there. I asked for a full interior clean and a simple wash. Paid almost $90 and it took over and hour (what I expected). Fell short on delivery. Floor looks fine, but the wipedown on many simple surfaces is what i have an issue with. Did not fold down usb port cover to wipe. No attempt made on the head unit or surrounding areas. Dash had spots missing. Window looks like it was not cleaned. Cloth area on driver door rest looked like it had not been cleaned. Steering column was not touched. Lastly, plastic behind rear seating under the window was not touched at all. Not quite 1 out of 5 but for $90 I expect more than this.

I was just there, about 30 minutes ago....thinking they would do a good job I purchased the platinum package $38.99. Got done, as I drove onto the freeway I looked around inside the car...dust everywhere. Doesnt look like they wiped anything down. Im a first time customer, is that why my car was not cleaned properly?

Nice staff, poor quality. I paid for the platinum and I still got the car dirty in the inside with no strawberry aroma :(I am so disappointed this is the third time I go there and they never clean the car for what I paid. They only vacuum the inside and its not even done well. I got my car back still dirty on windows and every where. I called and they never answer. And they never add the strawberry aroma the promise 😒 :(

For the amount of money you pay, you would think the quality would be better. Ive come several times and noticed after the fact that the detailers missed this spot and that spot... But for me, the biggest frustration is how otherworldly SLOW they are. You would think if they were taking that much time, they wouldnt miss a thing. Consistently slow: ✅. Consistently poor quality: ✅. Not coming again: ✅. Telling others to avoid them because of my consistently bad experiences: ✅. Never again.

This morning, I got the least expense car wash (Silver, $18.99), and they did a great job. Super thorough going over everything. I’m definitely coming here again.

They usually do a pretty good job cleaning the vehicle and dressing the tires; this time though, they did leave the windshield a bit dirty and forgot the air freshener. Kind of understandable on a busy day in the heat. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I will not be returning to this facility. The staff member that checks you in was very unprofessional. I had about 12 cars go into the car wash before he would even come and ask me what services I wanted. Another customer also complained and he asked them if they want to take over his job. He told me what did I expect for a Friday. Well I would expect the employee to first be professional and try your best to get the cars in order. Not get the cars that just now shown up through another line. I waited 30 mins to get checked in. Not to mention the employee would disappear quite often just to find him later taking a break with the cashier. I sat and watched several cars that came long after me get washed and dried while my vehicle is still being vacuumed.Do not come to this facility if you want to pay over priced washes and rude staff.

Pretty fast. Car was cleaned to satisfaction. Except when they wiped down the inside they didnt get the lower end of steering column.I did like the fact that it started raining right before I left so they honored a free was the next day.

Took my sedan here today. It seemed a little expensive to me, $21.99 for the cheapest car wash they had. The gentleman checking cars in was very unattentive. We sat there for five minutes while he looked at his phone and texted. We finally got out of the car and stood next to him and nothing, he continued to text lol. The man vacuuming couldnt open the trunk on the car in front of us so he shrugged his shoulders and didnt vaccuum the inside. I know this is low paying but come on people. Have a little pride in your job you perform.

Paid $27 for turbo wash. Wasn’t expecting perfection but some of the mistakes were contrable. Dust all around my interior speakers, side of tires still black spots, and more. Had to wipe it down myself with a towel, easily came off. Don’t believe I’m coming here again.

This carwash did an excellent job leaning my car. I am glad that I chose I came to this carwash as the made me feel welcome and comfortable that my car was going to come out clean and felt they offer 100% customer service. I would be coming back when I need a carwash.

Owner is rude. Didnt care I canceled my membership. Its always Super Busy, and thats the problem, he dont care if he loses clients, more will come. Quick Quack is faster. I can dry and vacuum. Owner has a crooked policy on your first visit to become a member. You have to pay full price for the 1st wash and then pay again to start your membership 2 to 3 days later when it is activated. Which makes no sense, but only to them by charging an extra approx. $63 . TWO BIG THUMBS DOWN.

Since the ownership changed a few years ago the customer service has disappeared and non existent.I was there last week for a wash and interior detail and I could clearly see the guy at the check-in line was over worked and overwhelmed and needed help with all the cars waiting. When I went inside a man and a woman were behind the cash register and busy talking. He glanced at me and grabbed my ticket and turned his back to me and continued talking to the woman. Once my credit card payment went through he turned back and gave me my receipt. I was surprised since I was spending nearly $70 in that visit and didnt even get a thank you. So I asked him why there are so many cars waiting in line to get in and nobody helping the guy in the front. He said they dont have enough help and all workers are busy, then he turned his back to me and continued his conversation with the woman behind the counter. In the past the managers whould be very friendly and welcome you to the facility and that was the reason I have been going there for many years. Not Anymore.

I have been here for many years but today I was extremely disappointed. First of all they are charging more for less. We were told for the gold there is no tire dressing. Then, since they were busy, there is not enough seating for a larger crowd to distance themselves. After a long wait, we took the vehicle home and after awhile, we went to open the back, it’s a SUV, the whole back end was not vacuumed and it was still dirty!!! Extremely disappointed!!!!

Well, it used to be a great place. Customer service was up the roof, from the ticket guys to the guys that clean and dry your car. After probably change of ownership, customer service is not good what so ever except the guys who give you your car keys whom are the nicest ones and do a good job. Prices went up too.... all I know is that Ill find another place.

First of all let me just say that what really bothers me about this place is that they keep your penny!! Every service price ends in .99 and when you pay cash they never give you that penny back. A penny isn’t much, but they are keeping everyone’s penny imagine! I’ve been here three times and I always have to ask for my penny. The man at the counter said people don’t want it back because of Covid, I said well it should be my choice not yours. The service is not that great, I think they take advantage because they are they only car wash in the area.

This was my first time going to this establishment. It took approximately 45 minutes for my car to be completed. Absolutely not acceptable for me. But I get why it took so long, not enough staff for the number of vehicles entering the car wash. Plus the staging area for cars be to be dried is somewhat small. But at the end of the day my car was clean. Someone needs to open and hand car wash in Eastvale if there isnt one already.

My family and I have used this car wash for over 30 years. I have many memories in my upbringing taken place here. It would be a sort of treat accompanying my mom, picking out greeting cards, snacks and drinks, and even accessorizing our vehicles as we watched the cars running through the wash... Really its disappointing thats its come to this. The quality of the services have not always been top-notch but in the past youd need only point out the problems for them to be addressed. We have been told our calls would be returned but its to a point where weve given up and are swearing off returning here. Theyve made enough money off of us and quite frankly that was the last thing holding us since theyve become so expensive.

I was there on Saturday I paid 90 dollars for a wax and other stuff needles to say when I left I had wax that was not cleaned off and the front mirrors was not cleaned right. I was highly disappointed and I trying calling and no one answered.

Service has lost its quality plus they raised prices. They didnt even completely wash the top of the cab. Very disappointed. And dont even try to blame it on COVID. Probably wont come back unless they drop the price back down to the level of quality I am now receiving.

So upset with Norco Hills Car Wash. I’ve been going to them for a while now and NEVER had an issue until today. I waited about 45 minutes before my car came out of the wash, which is not the reason I am mad. They were busy and I understood. I have a crack in my window that was not there prior to showing up.I had one guy tell me he is sorry and will get my information and will check the camera, which was extremely nice of him. Then another guy comes out saying no, we aren’t responsible for any damage done to the car. I said, can you still check the camera and he said no because regard he won’t do anything about it.I will no longer be coming here.

Car looks nice but they spray window cleaner on the whole vehicle after it sits in the sun to try and remove water spots. Window cleaner removed the wax from the paint.......that I just paid to have put on......

Took my mom’s car there to get washed and detailed and it was poorly done. I asked about certain spots on the inside and I was told they would take care of it and it wasn’t even touched! We had just traveled and there were bug splats all over and yes they did take care of the ones at eye level however it was like the lower parts were not touched. I purchased the premium wash and Sadly that is not what I got! It seemed like they just rushed through it to move on to the next car. I will not be going back there!

How this place has fallen from Grace. Not only in to an immediate up-sell, the guy has the audacity to tel me the former guy was doing things....no the other guy did not up-sell me and try to sell me the same thing for a higher price. The old attendant actually had better business practices with great customer service. They tried to sell me a detail for 150 when i got the exact same service down the street to car spa for 50 bucks. Nobody gave me a hassle there. This was my go to place but now i have to find somewhere better, maybe those wash at home people. We will see but this place is done with

Ive been trying to get ahold of the manager to cancel my membership that I went in physically signed the papers to cancel it in December and it has yet to be canceled in February Ive been calling almost every day and Ive heard nothing Im never coming back here again I would recommend to not get a membership here unless you want to be paying $50+ every month

Last time I tried to call that place for ask some questions. No ones pick up the calls.And then I was there at that place today. I tried to call that company while I was there in lobby. I took it as test and see the calls picked up or not. So disappointed.I did eye-witnessed That receptionist lady at front desk didn’t pick the calls at all while she sit at her front desk and using her cellphone. WOW.Even she was unfriendly to me because I am deaf (I don’t able to hear and speak).The wash hand on my truck is great but receptionist is no good.

I always tag along with my boyfriend when he gets his carwash and this is the only place he likes to go to. Theres several options for what types of services you may need. Prices run from $20 and above. Theres always a lot of people so the wait is typically over 30 minutes but they do a really good job with getting the whole car clean. Friendly environment and good customer service. We were recommended to go here and now we know why, this place does a really good job.

First and last time I go here. My car was not cleaned or washed for what I paid. It was still dirty inside. They used dirty towels to clean the window and mirrors. I will not recommend this place. Now a days is hard to find a good car wash.

The car wash is great, I take my car as well as my moms every week. The price is good and the staff are all extremely nice. Every now and then there are still spots on the car or they might forget scent, but obviously not every single time will be perfect. Its overall a great car wash! I would recommend it.

I do highly recommend this car wash, however I would pay attention to the details right after your vehicle is ready to drive away. My experience overall is very good otherwise I would nor be a loyal client. My Toyota Tacoma has a fiberglass shell and it usually looks great after each wash, but at one visit a could of years ago, I found my color chipped off in three spots along the flip down hatch of the shell. When I pointed it out they said it must be wear and tear. Just saying, the chips werent there before it was washed that day. Its not a huge deal but I think you need to be aware if theyre being too aggressive when toweling off especially around fiberglass.

I had spots on my car still and once I drove water splashed the side of my car. This isnt the first time. They are super nice but they opened 20 mins late due to technical difficulties and my wash showed. I still had stuff on the floor and I watched the guy wiping down my car throwing stuff out that should have been vacuumed. In between seats was not vaccumed. For a $60 wash I expect a decent vaccum and wipe down. My floor mats were not shampooed as manager had mentioned was a part of the special. I am going to a funeral and dont have time to return today. What a shame and waste of 40 dollars.

The outside of my car looks great the inside they didnt wipe down everything my cup holders are full of trash dirt and dust they didnt wipe that down I came here because I seen the reviews for really great and supposedly the best in town I was there waiting for over an hour and kind of disappointed I paid for this. Maybe my expectations of a car washer too much but I even tip the guy so all-in-all I paid 30 bucks for not so clean car, in which to me is completely pointless

Been coming here for years and so does my family. We mainly came back because Erik offered great customer service and it was always nice to have him help us out. The place can be crazy busy but he kept it flowing and took good care of us. I have been back 3 times since I haven’t seen Erik and it has been a disaster. Lines take way too long and the guys move so slow. Only one that has been helpful lately is Noal. Not sure what is going on or where Erik is, but customer service has gone down hill and our cars are not as clean as they used to be. I hope it gets better soon or will need to find somewhere else.

Very poor maintenance on machines. Every time multiple functions do not work at all in the washing stalls, doesnt spray wash or wax and theres never anyone working there to help.Only thing they have right is their only ones around

Got a car wash today and am very disappointed, I’m giving two stars only because of the friendly service and the nice outdoor lounge area. I paid for the platinum wash, 28 bucks, my car was clean...but not platinum clean. Exterior only partially dressed, interior was not dressed at all, and they forgot my air freshener. I was in a hurry so I didn’t complain but will not be going back.

I have a black car and purchased the VIP $50 per month. They are fast and I can come as often as needed. All the employee are well trained and friendly.My car always looks great in about 30 minutes. I have also had them detail inside and out of my cars. ttell price is fair and they did a great job.

Charged me extra because my jeep has bigger tires and needs to get driven through the carwash. No body drove the vehicle through the car wash. It went through just like any other car. So whats the extra 15 dollar charge for?

I have to say Im very disappointed. I came in for a car wash and at my first glance it looked great but once I got it into the sun I had a huge mark on my driver side door and on the back passenger door. I went back and the first guy I talked to was very rude and self-centered. For someone whos supposedly been working with cars for 25 years had no customer service. You dont accuse a customer of lying and trying to blame it on me saying that those scratches have been there when its a brand new car. my car didnt have any marks on it when it went through your car wash and it comes out with marks that is on you not me. But the owner came over and fixed the marks that where on my car he was very helpful. But due to the first guys interaction I will not be coming back

Ive always noticed the slew of clean cars leaving this car wash but never had time to go myself until yesterday. My SUV was in need of a serious wash so I splurged for the $50 package (received a discount and it cost me $50) which included inside and out. I must admit that upon arrival I was overwhelmed my the amount of signage and variety of packages, but one of the workers helped me figure out what to get.I was surprised at how fast the vacuum part went because when I turned around my vehicle was gone headed toward the wash. After my vehicle was washed it took the guys about 45+ minutes to wipe down and dry. When they were done I inspected my SUV and it appeared to have not been vacuumed, the crevices hadnt been blown by their pressure hose (to remove leaves) and some areas of the wipe down were missed. They did do a good job cleaning the back seats and did vacuum and blow the crevices once I mentioned it. After that they rushed me out of there (probably so I didnt point out any other misses). After I got home I noticed they left a towel and sponge in my car and forgot to add my free scent. Im not sure if I was expecting too much but for a $50 car wash package I was a little disappointed. I expect someone to do at least as good a job that I would do at home when Im paying for a car wash. I may give them one more chance to redeem themselves. If so, next time Ill get a cheaper package as I didnt see the value in the $50.

Have been coming here for years as it is close to home. My main complaint is that I am charged as an oversized vehicle and I have a small SUV. My car was in line next to a full size sedan and it makes no sense that I am being charged extra when clearly there is less to wash on.my car than the sedan. The guy that used to write up the tickets is gone and in my discussion he was being blamed for them losing money. Cant believe that. Today, after my car came through, it sat in the sun for nearly 20 minutes before someone started to dry it. Nor sure If I will be back...

If there was an option to put no star id do it. I asked for the $34.99 hot wax on top of their platinum wash which was priced at $28.99. The inside of my car was never wiped down. Still dust all over my dash, center console. Horrible. Only reason I went there is the usual place I go to is far and this one is the closes to me. Never will I go back there again. Wish I could post images of my interior.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a car wash. Their terrible Got the platinum dont ever do that Its says they do interior dressing they didnt do that. New car smell. Didnt do that. Terrible job on my interior. Dont go there really bad place.

That was the first time and last time I went there, spoke to the person in charge that I had some gum on the passenger side, because of the heat it spread all over the door the guy said that it will come of with the soap, my car was washed and since it was on the passenger side did not bother to check out, when I got home I noticed I big scratch where the gum was, I did not go back at the moment because the place was already closed, it was a Sunday, I went back Tuesday and complain and the attendant told me I had to be back when the person that I first spoke to. This is best car wash in the Riverside area, they actually take their time to clean your car properly and not just rush you vehicle out the door like other hand car washes in the area. It is technically located innorci but worth the extra drive to have your car cleaned properly!

The best carwash in Corona. My cars are dark grey or black and this crew never misses a spot. Great service from professional and friendly staff.The crew captain is courteous and appreciative, always makes you feel welcome.

Went on a Sunday morning. It took 40 min. When they called me for my mini van they gave it back to me with all the back seats flipped down. I did not bring it in like that. This is also the second time they did not vacuum the back cargo area.
