This is the second time I have brought a vehicle in for repair. Both times I have received excellent quality of work and customer service. I wont go anywhere else. The staff is professional and went above and beyond both times. I highly recommend them. And thats a hard thing as I am very critical. This is a business I hope never goes away as it would be hard to find a business of this quality of work, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Overall very happy with the service received from this body shop. Maria, was very helpful throughout the entire process and went out of her way to make everything effortless.

Was called two days after I dropped it off to discuss the cost and time estimate. When the time estimate was too long, I advised I would like to pick up my car and bring it back when they have the parts in and are ready to work on it. I was then told that my car was already dismantled and could not be returned to me. I was then asked to approve the estimate and work. What choice do I have at that point? Youre saying you cant put my car back together and let me take it. That was not good business and probably not legal.

Recently I was rear-ended and took my car to caliber collision. Im extremely satisfied with their customer service and work. If you have any kind of collision damage this is the place you want to go! Your vehicle will turn out amazing and their customer service is unsurpassed. Please take your car here you wont regret it!

Replace my dented bumper in one day. The entire process was very fast and uncomplicated.

I cannot recommend this facility enough. I was rear ended and need repairs. They took me in promptly and was notified with hours that the estimate was already sent to insurance for approval. By the next day, I received a message stating my truck would be ready within the week. This was a major relief as my dealings with prior body shops required lengthy stays. Vehicle was down when promised and was returned to me like new (fully detailed). Great service and a very nice facilty/location. Highly recommend.

Verified parts to repair truck were available b4 they took it apart. Because of their forethought I was able to go on 2 camping trips. They communicated with me during the wait on the statusOnce parts were in and truck was dropped off, they communicated on the progress of the repair. They treated my vehicle like it was their own . They have pride of workmanship. From front office to garage, everybody was wonderful.

I was told it would take close to 7 days, then I received a call from George on the 4th day to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I have as very satisfied with the work on the bumper and paint. I didnt expect my car to be washed and cleaned. Thank you, I am very satisfied with the service. The calls with the update are really appreciated.

I was recommended to Caliber collision, Norco. After my car was sideswiped. Upon arrival my file was already started, I was welcomed and checked in like a VIP. With constant updates throughout the repair process. I am 100% satisfied with their customer service and the repair. Job well done to all team members. My 2004 Ford F250 was stolen from in front of my house, the criminals used a screw driver to access the driver side door and used it to start the truck. The staff were very professional and at the same time made me feel at home. After getting my approximate repair damage cost I was informed it would take just a few days. I received daily text messages from Caliber Collision on the progress of my repair and let me say that was great! I didnt have to guess or wonder they kept me up to date-- In just a few days I picked up my car and I was amazed!! Not only did they repair the damage - They cleaned and vacuumed my whole car! We were impressed with the customer communication which was frequent letting us know the status of our truck repairs. The staff is friendly and competent. When we went to pick it up, our truck was washed (even looked like they waxed it) and the repair work was excellent. We highly recommend Caliber Collision

Dealing with the accident was enough of a hassle for me and I wasnt looking forward to all of the round-and-round with the insurance company and the repair shop. To my surprise Caliber Collision didnt give me any of the hassle I dreaded. The car looks great and you cant tell it was in an accident.What really impressed me was the way they handled an issue that came up after the initial repairs had been made. The AC was making a funny sound and the alignment seemed a bit off. I took the car back, and again with no hassle, they fixed the problems right away.You hope never to need a collision repair shop but if you do, take it to these guys.

No matter what the size of your vehicle damage quick and curteous service was given without compromising the integrity of your vehicle. Norco was my location for 15 years. But I need to find another location due to a change of management.
