Great prices and service but lately they have been heavily understaffed. Had to wait 2 hours for an oil change.

Take to long for a trailer tire to be repaired an hour and a half with no customer in the service area,very disappointed with the service,the thech told me that couldnt repair the tire according to the policy i ask for a copy of the policy but the couldnt provide one.

It used to be a great place to take your vehicle for oil change and new tires. In my last three visits I received rude treatment from the employees. I wont take my vehicle there anymore until they fix those problems.

Terrible service. I have gone here for tires and oil change. When we had our oil changed, it took 2 hours. Then, when we got our car back they had left a greasy handprint on my front seat!We bought tires For the warranty, but it’s not worth it! I have waited 2 hours for a simple balance and they still haven’t started on it. Do not come here if you don’t want to spend all day.

Nothing special, service wise . Went in found the battery I needed. Nobody offered to help till I got to the register. Got outta there pretty quick, though.

The Mechanics do a good job. The Staff has little knowledge about vehicles or the business around them. For example: I had to point out the correct battery for my car, that was on the rack, all while the staff wasted time looking around.

Get service if you can get someone who speaks english! Have had to call over 35 & been transferred to a voicemail or put on hold for almost 30 than hung up on! Once you finally get a manager you receive answers and the help you need.

Worst service place, walked in 7 am and took half hour for them to warm up and even asked what wanted

Very bad, nobody tends, everyone just walks side to side. They enter and leave with a calm to walk. Just looking at the ground. Waiting for 15 minutes in front of the workshop without a nisiquera a good morning, well help you in a moment
