Worst service ever, was told if I get the vehicle there by 9:30 am, hour and and a half max and out the door… wrong, wrong, wrong. A total of 3 1/2 hours later finally done to replace 2 tires, absolutely pathetic, and this is after contacting them the day before with all information needed. The “Manager” Jonathen and counter guy santos totally incompetent, they will say and promise anything to get you there to sell tires or service, BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! FYI Jonathen, you have just bought your pep boys location a ton of bad advertisement

I had a wonderful experience. The workers were very helpful. Jonathon and Ricardo M. were able to explain everything that was being done to my car as well as explain other services that my car needs. I was very impressed with the speed that I received my service, I was in and out in less than an hour! I was offered a great deal on tires and on an oil change. I will definitely be returning in the future for more services.

Never ever ever ever EVER go here. I had the worst experience at pep boys ever. I went in to get my a/c checked and when i got it back it was even worse than what it was before. I had to go in another TWO times before the finally actually fixed the problem. Some of the employees were understanding and nice but a few of them gave awful service and even the third time i got my car back, my simple request to fix the passenger light had not been completed and I had to wait another 25 minutes until my car was fully fixed.

Manager Jonathan unprofessional. Went in for an oil change and came back with a check engine light. I have a diagnostic machine that read that it was a sensor from the engine oil. When I spoke to the so called manager who wasn’t even there when we went in for oil change, he argued that check engine light was on before the oil was changed. The invoice never mentioned a check engine light. I think he needs to be re trained on customer service. Very unhappy how the situation was handled.

Love Pepboys It’s sad that all the pep boys have close their retail side they only maintain a full-service garage now but this Covid thing is changed a lot of businesses wish they would bring it back but I understand

I was having troubles with my truck when down in Nogales Arizona on a deer hunt I called them they got me in got my problem fixed I was back on the road to enjoy my supposed to be stress-free weekend

Best experience while buying tires! While visiting from out of town we realized we were driving on bad tiresthats when I called some places but the customer service we received over the phone made us stop looking and we head straight there. About 2 hrs later we are back on the road heading home.

They are shutting down the parts side of the business and only doing service from now on. Auto parts are already cleared out, only a few shelves of tools, fluids and miscellaneous items left.

More than a great experience, the customer service is of first level, many products and the best brands, accesories and autoparts you need!

Usually like it. This was the first time to the one in Nogales and most likely the last. The Struts needed to be replaced but got an estimate of $2291.00 because they claimed I needed that much to replace the struts. All I could do was laugh when they gave me the estimate. The guy asked why I didnt wanna do the repair and I tried to explain, nicely that the car wasnt even worth half of what they wanted to fix the struts. The parts were just 880 but the labor would be 1300.00 this was in February of 2013.

Great service but a little slow...

Not first time here it was great. But the second time they got my appointment time and date wrong. I waited for over an hour while I thought they were fixing my problem and then was told they were too busy to get to it that day. I then came back and the time for my appointment was wrong again. If it doesnt get fixed properly this time I will never come back. Not going back

Dropped my car off and they said it would take 1 hour, I show up 2 hours later and they said it would be another 45 minutes!! I won’t be coming back to this Pep Boys

My experience is always nothing but excellent when Aida Samaniego takes care of my service dept needs. I a;ways bring in my vehicles and need to get in and out as soon as possible. Aida always seems to be the one to get me back on the road in the shortest amount of time. Working with her has never been less than great. Broke down earlier & came here to get the battery checked. Turns out I needed a new one. They got it replaced in no time & checked the air pressure in all my tires before I left.

Good place, only the last time I went I was not treated very well .....

I went in for an oil change they ended up breaking the oil pan, after i played for a new one they broke my cv axle and claim that they fixed it. I went baxck the following week got charged another 400 for the part and laber. One week latrer I got the car back it still had the same problem. I took it to another mechanic and he said that they didnt replace the part. They just took my money.They never gave it backI went for an oil change and they broke the tray where the oil goes. They charged me for the tray. Since they fixed that, they returned the car to me. They returned me with the cv axle broken and they also soldered a part that was broken. I came back and they charged me 400 for a new one and for labor. The car was returned to me after a week and with the same problem. I went with another mechanic and he said that they left it the same. They just took my money. They never returned it to me.
