Dan was very unwilling to listen to my issue with their confusing pricing policy. 2 different prices displayed on an item that was purchased & he said that per retail law, it was my responsibility to look at all of the prices on display & determine which is the correct price of the item I want to purchase. I asked him for the statute number for the law he was referring to & he said he didnt know it nor did he have the time to get it for me. He also said it was Home Depots policy for the consumer to locate the correct price of the item no matter where the item is located. So I asked him if I found an item in the opposite end of the store, if it was still my responsibility to come find the correct lable for the correct price & he said yes. I asked him for his last name & he said all he has to provide me was the name on his apron which is Dan. I asked him for his district mangers phone number & he told me to call headquarters. He proceeded to call his general manager on his phone but I didnt want to waste my time anymore. Attached is a photo of Dan. I guess Im be going to Tucson if I have to go into a Home Depot.

I was all and about the store looking for bolt. All of a Sudden comes a gentleman, employee with a big smile and asking if he could be of any help. Im sorry I didnt get his name he deserves a praise as he was very attentive. Thank you❤❤

Cheerful staff despite a Covid-empty store. Exceptional service. A staffer in Gardening insisted on carrying a large but torn bag of potting mix all the way to my distant car.

Horrible customer service!!!!... Soo disorganized.. Employees have no idea what they are doing .. No experience in any type of construction, pluming, electric..etc.. No help what so ever. Have to go there its only one in town but they need to work and not stand around talking to each other.. My husband always has to lift hevy materials by himself while employees walk by and stare at him dont offer to help!!!.. There is probably 3 people in that whole store that are helpful.

No service asked for assistance and was ignored. As usual this store is a nightmare when it comes to customer service. I know I dealt with the totally incompetent assistant manager and saw with my own eyes how untrained he is which infects the whole store and town. Will never spend in this town again

Home depot does not allow patrons over 60 years old in their store In Hermosillo.Staff with the exception of two wheelchair bound employees are rude..The two associates in wheelchairs are very nice..

Horrible experience had a couple items plus a bag of screws in the package on the selve with hundreds of others went to checkout cashier said I cant buy the screws not listed or something. Dont put things out that arent for sale for some reason

Way to expensive. Price inflammation is to to much.1/2 OSB use to sell at $16 its now $44. 2x4x10 are $11 when they were $7. Yikes. Other than that 👌🏾

Not very helpful, need more ppl to help customersNeed to be honest, Flooring department told me on phone I could schedule a measure tomorrow and have it installed in 2 weeks. Talked to Both a man and woman working IN FLOORING....., both said same......got my husband up to go help me pick carpet, waited 30 minutes to talk to the workers.....the first thing she said is oh no we cant measure for a month......big mistake 2600 sq ft house will get carpet elsewhere. Dont lie .....

The nogales az, store is very poor runned,takes me half a day to sort through lumber,, my company used to spend tens of thousands a year,,its more efficient to go to Lowes now,,

Norma in the paint department was so helpful. She went the extra mile to help us out today. She was very professional and was able to assist us and other customers at the same time without making us or them feel ignored. She has changed the way I look at this store. I have shopped at this store at least once a week and every time has been a struggle to find someone to assist you. Thank you Norma and I hope you are recognized for your hard work.

The employees working in the carpet section was very helpful. The man secured a carpet and helped to put it in our vehicle..This kind of service makes a person want to return. We also had a good experience with a young man in the door latch section...

The home depot in Nogales is ok. The products are there, sometimes im confronted with snobby attitudes or laziness from the employees.

This store is bad, everyone is doing nothing to help you at all. Today I was lucky enough to have a person who was able to let me know that the product I was looking for was in stock.

I like the Home Depot. Death could be more helpful Sunday music is too loud.

The employees need to speak English around English speaking customers. I was touched and a comment was made to me in Spanish. Completely inappropriate. Then when loading they loaded wrong and we had no idea what was going on because English was not being spoken. Finally a woman employee spoke to us in English.

Very impressed with the helpful friendly staff. This is not my normal store but I have noticed an uptick in the service there as well. Now, just hire a few more cashiers and minimize those self checkout stations.

We do all our home improvement shopping here. Its a great chain store. Selection is good.

Nobody cares if you are inside of the store, no one asked for help, I was walking around looking for some information and if an associate is near doesnt matter and keep doing whatever they are doing. They need more customer service.

Home Depot still has a pretty good selection of everything and they are having a lot of sales for Black Friday. Theyre open from around 6 or 7 a.m. to about 9 p.m. .

Trying to get help at this location is like pulling teeth. You could wander around the store for an hour and no associate will ask you if youve found what youre looking for. On top of not being helpful to their customers, they treat you as if your a problem when you ask the location of products. If you happen to find the space for the product youre looking for, chances are they dont have it on stock! Order online and avoid the employees theyre useless anyway.

We recently ordered countertops to be installed, and by the end-we wished we hadn’t. It felt like we were victims of a bait and switch sale. When we finally got the paperwork correct (after realizing the wrong material had been ordered), we were told we would be contacted the next week for measurement. We were also shown a laminated calendar that said the countertops would be installed by New Year’s. So, we paid our total cost up front and left. No one called about measurements. So...we called the store and we’re told by Pauline that we could not get measurements or installation that quickly. We finally received that information after calling several times and not getting promised return calls. Pauline blamed everything on the salesperson, even though it appeared Pauline was the one who ordered the jobs. Not sure who gave the salesperson the timeline calendar. It’s hard for me to believe that no one was aware of the true timelines when we ordered. Just be truthful and professional. Now we’re looking at an installation date for the end of January.

Ive been shopping at this Home Depot for at least 5 months now. 7/10 Ive been there, everytime its like ghost town, there is no one around to ask questions, it doesnt matter if your there at 10:00 am or at 5:00 pm.I was there 2 months ago, mentioned to a store manager why there is no soap in the mens restroom, he gave me the deer in the headlights look.I also notice almost from day one about the soap issue, I was telling myself back then, oh theyll get it fixed, NOT!!!!Oh well get someone on it right away. Two weeks ago, still no soap in the mens restroom, like Home Depot, WTF OVER???We mentioned to the Floor and Tile people that we wanted to get an estimate on some tile for our house. The called us asking when they could come over for the estimate, we mentioned to them we went with someone else. They said ok. Four months later and at least 20 phone calls later still calling asking the same question. I even spoke to manager on the phone, Oh well take care that right away. A month later still havent got the HINT!!!! Really horrible customer service alway around !!!!The customer service at the Home Depot up in Tucson is so much better, by far!!!

IN THIS CASE THOUGH, I WOULD COMPLETELY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE THE TIME TO DRIVE TO THE NEAREST TOWN TO US TO GET YOUR SUPPLIES. NOT ONLY WILL YOU PROBABLY GET HOME FASTER (SINCE IN OTHER STORES, NOT HERE IN TOWN, THE EMPLOYEES GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU) AND YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE.
