Its a decent dollar general. Clean and employees are nice. Also they brought in a self checkout to help with the lines, but they usually only have 1 lane open and the self checkout, would help if they left 2 lanes open for faster checkout times.

3 stars due to isle being too narrow, plus over stocking makes it a hectic atmosphere.Other than that Ive had good interactions w employees

I know the store and the girls are always nice. It is always supper busy there so there always trying to get truck put away but they do the best they can with the staff they have.

Dollar General is my favorite place to shop. They carry all my brands I use. I also love their brands too. I shop there at least once a week.

Can get a little crazy in there. Employees could be a little nicer but all in all its a good store. Im actually in family dollar more than this store. However they let maskless people in and wait on them. Makes it bad for people who are trying to stay safe

The trashy women that work there think they are exempt from the customer service part of their job description.

The employees that work here are some of the nicest people you can meet. For example Penny. I have other choices to shop at, but because of them Id much rather shop here.

Great cashier, but I can not stand to see people use self checkout, that might be ok if you paid your employees a living wage, say 18 a hour but you dont. I hope people constantly steal from you now.

Its ok, some of the clerks are great & others not so. Wish they would keep better stocked though.

Had tape I need for my back. After surgery I couldnt find a tape that wouldnt harm my skin. I tried what was there and it was a blessing.

Great place to go and pick up a few things. Friendly staff and the store has a good layout. Only thing is the isles and walkways are so narrow, when its busy it can be difficult to move around the store.

I wasnt through the whole store as I was going for a specific item, but lanes that went through were neat and clean. Was first visit at this store. The young man that checked me out was friendly.

My husband went to go return a bunch of clothes i bought yesterday. He had the receipt. She was going to scan the stuff and stopped then told him he had to go to the other store. What a racist. He was a black man returning all this stuff. Why would she make him go somewhere else? She acted like he stole it even though he had a receipt.

Great product selection but usually pretty busy...

It was your typical DG aisles blocked no clear definition of where the isles at the registers start so you dont know where to get in line at.

One of the employees I asked for something and she was like thats all we have. When i got to register I asked her about the item and she found it for me! The other one didnt take the time.

One of my fave stores to shop, and i LOVE that they open til 11PM! I probably stop there 3-4 times almost every week, whether its 1 items or 20 items i need. Ive been checked out by every one that works there, and theyre all nice enough. They do run out of some things that take a lil too long to restock, but rarely.

They let me return a product I mistakenly picked up and I appreciate it because Giant Eagle would NOT let me return a product because of the VIRUS neither package was opened and very easily could have been wiped with disinfectant!!!

One stop show for many things. Even a decent cold food section.

Prices are fair, customer service is really good. Meat prices a little more than I can handle. So I dont buy any. Overall good although stocking should be done on overnight.

This is the most ghetto DG Ive ever been to in my life. There is clutter, racks, and messes everywhere throughout the store that no one seems to put away for months at a time. For over a year, Ive been frequenting here and it is ALWAYS like this. The manager is always outside smoking and theres one old lady who follows people through the store like theyre thieves. Im not shopping here anymore.

Everyone there treat my son and I very well, theyre friendly, polite, and always working hard!!!

This is the one on Robbins Ave. The management are some of the rudest people i have ever met in my life!!! They dont want to help you with anything act like you are bothering them when their registers ring something up wrong and you want your money back. Then they follow you around the store like you are trying to steal from them Im a mother of 3 grown boys I always have a car full of products when I leave there and have never been rude to anyone there even though I should have been. I have complained but it goes in one of her ears and out the other she let her manager stand behind her and yell at me for a second at one point and I wasnt even yelling very unprofessional. I have never seen a smile on anyones face but the cashiers that are not managers you can tell who are the managers are they literally hang out in a clique together whispering Ive seen them making fun of customers how they still have jobs is beyond me Im still blown away by that fact. I go out of my way now to my favorite one in Pine Tree Plaza in Niles they are awesome up there Michelle and Patty the managers are great. They treat you with respect. You have a problem they go out of their way to solve it. So avoid the one on Robbins at all costs. I go there if I dont have a choice and cant get to the other one and its a NIGHTMARE EVERYTIME!!!!!!
