I rediscovered Walmart during covid when most of my favorite stores were closed. Large selection of cosmetics, mens clothing and women intimates. Lately got futon under $200 available at the store, easy to assemble. Very helpful customer service.

Now I remember y I hate Walmarts. Terrible parking, unhelpful staff, never well stocked & rude shoppers. Also those commercials stating u sav more there then other stores, LIES! I end up over paying for many items, besides Target price matches & is so much better.

It was great....the employees at this Walmart actually work and arent standing around on their phones doing nothing. When u ask for something they actually help and take u to the area u need to be in or around to find what ur looking for. I like all the assyrians that work there. Good vibes! Good people, great food! Lol

One of the best walmart in chicagoland is clean and not to crawling around. And have garden center.

Shopping for the winter clothes I find out that the in Addison store its well-organized and full of clothes which I cant say about that Chicago stores. The self Service registers should have a bigger shopping bags. The most important thing is that in that difficult time everybody wearing mask and keeping the social distance in this store. The most I like - the store was not overcrowded.

What can I say, its Wal-Mart. Do I expect a greeter to genuinely greet me or perhaps a tour? Its Wal-Mart. They have everything you need pretty much and their prices are cheaper than Target. Be ready to see some characters though. Good luck finding a close parking spot. Park far, get some exercise! Avoid door dents (win win).

The staff here has always helped me with any questions I have had. The food are isn’t as big as some other Walmart’s just some frozen aisles and some dry and can goods. All and all a pretty nice one to shop at.

I have been going here a few times but recently they have made so many changes that i love. First off the self check out registers are so quick and convenient. Second off, they never use to carry my califia brand milk here and now they do. They also changed their fabric and crafts all in one area so its much easier to find stuff rather than going the opposite side. Staff is also friendly

Brought my girl here thinking it could make things right when Goose Island on 1000 w division was closed. But dam why does all the seafood jump out the bread crumbs and the sauce taste like expired milk. And no thank you for the tip. Yea 50$ for what I can do at home with more flavor is what I should have done at a better price...

The Panera Bread in Glenview was filthy dirty. All the tables and floors. I took my food to the car.

Totally disgusting and,Outright nasty!!!!!!!!!This young boy who was working there was wearing very tight pants with his underwear completely showing. What I couldnt understand was he did this intentionally! His belt was placed in this position for what reason I couldnt tell you. Ive seen young hoodlums do this before like its some kind of fashion statement. The worst part was the skid marks in his underwear! I even tried to give him a pull up and it became a racial thing somehow because I said something and nobody else did so somehow I became the bad guy!Avoid the Location if at all possible!

Worst Auto Shop managment ever:1. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE WHAT SO EVER.2. DELIVERY ITEM PARTIALLY.3. CUSTOMER SERVICE DEATH SLOW.Arrived at 7:45 am waited 3 hour to change 1tire and oil change and had make multiple trip to pick the other tire.Respect your time your self dont use their auto service.

Check out was somewhat backed up and deodorant is in a REALLY weird spot... should be with body care... literally myself and TWO other people were searching SIMULTANEOUSLY for where on earth the deodorant was located! It must happen often, couldnt be just a coincidence. The hwalth/beauty/personal care area should likely be reorganized.Outside of that, we came for fishing gear and got it. Mission accomplished.

Very Crowded; narrow aisles; longest lines Ive seen in a Walmart. Nothing leisurely or even nice about this trip. Strictly utilitarian. Getting into my car felt like entering a little haven. I was a bit surprised to make it out of the parking lot with only minor drama.

Great experience. Bought a lot of stuff on our vacation for the trip home. Unfortunately when I went into the Colorado Springs, CO store I was escourted out when I went in to change and into what I bought at this location and brush my teeth. This place- friendly. Wish they all could be so.

I used to go to this Walmart all the time until they made the one on McCormick and Touhy. This Walmart is okay and the staff was nice and helpful.

The staff was helpful, this store was clean and also the staff was very professional.

It doesnt have poultry or fresh groceries which was a down side for me but their new self check out stations are epic and very fast self service. Their customer service is good unlike usual grocery stores especially Mohamed the customer host was very helpful, I was having trouble finding an item due to the rennovations and he helped me look up which isle it was in.

This Walmart is testing a cashierless experience. All checkouts are automated and self scanning with a couple of cashiers there to assist with any challenges. An employee confessed to me that there are a lot of issues with the system and that customers are complaining.However, I know this is the way of the future, allowing Walmart to continue having competitive prices, and I had no issues with this new system.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised on seeing this transition so soon. The COVID environment has allowed the human element to take measures to ensure the safety and survival of everyone (both customers and employees).

Called to inquire about tires, got hung up on. Called again, placed on hold for 10 minutes. Went into store, no line, waited 20 minutes for a woman to get off the phone. Then she took another call while I stood there waiting. Dont go here, at least not to the auto center. RUDE and unprofessional!

This Walmart is easy to see and it has a large parking lot but it gets busy specially during the weekend. Regardless I was able to find gift bags and cards easy and inexpensive. The checkout was fast and the lady at the register was polite. Overall I liked this Walmart better than the other ones Ive been. They also have a restaurant inside. Play area like arcade and vision center.

This Walmart location is mediocre for me. Although the lines usually go quick, I feel like organization can be improved. At the same time, I feel like I often struggle to find anyone around to help unless Its within the micro department.On top of all of that, I was very disappointed when I had to wait 25 minutes while a customer service worker completed my tax exemption form for work. Every other place I have been to I have had no trouble with completing tax exemption, but at this location, I was made to wait over 25 minutes as she went to the back to make a copy. I was starting to think she wasnt coming back and the wait was a little upsetting.Overall, overlooking the disappointment of a long wait for the form, I think the Walmart is fairly clean, staff is nice, and I usually find what I need there, thats why it is still getting a 4 star review.

Remodeled store - very nice. New isle signs - huge improvement. Check-out process - a nightmare! All self checkouts - no staff at registers, only staff there to help if problem. I dont remember completing an employee application to work at Walmart! Would like to know how many employees lost their jobs???

The supervisor at Walmart Niles, Ms. Madonna, was very friendly and courteous in handling my questions and needs. Kudos Walmart Niles!!Unlike the supervisor and staf at the next door Walmart Superstore east of this location. Rude and unhelpful. How can 2 stores under 1 company be different in policy enforcement? Management-wise, something aint right at the Lincolnwood/Touhy branch. More training on customer satisfaction, you guys!!

Need a Christmas tree -decoration, ornaments stop at Walmart --huge selection at unbeatable pricesas always. Some of the items are one time use but you cant expect much from Chinese product....prices will jump higher after Tariff Man finishes with them.

I did Grocery pickup during this pandemic to reduce my exposure (thank you employees for the work you do!) and I’m so happy I did. From ordering to scheduling pickup and packing my car everything was great. When they don’t have an item you wanted you have the option to have the shopper substitute with the next best item and this is how I’ve come to find that I love the “Deli Style Tuna” pack!!Thanks, Walmart of Beville Rd.

Just to let you know how great the woman were who assisted me at the self service check out line. One of the workers Hana was a huge help. I was purchasing discounted items from Easter and only full price was coming up. The discounts were processed in the system yet the signs by the items indicated the prices. Also as a senior citizen I find the néw check out system confusing! Lots of entries were roped off in yellow and you really needed a person to direct you to the correct entry. This was very confusing for costumers. Hana assisted me in getting through the maze of entries. I miss cashier lines and greatly appreciated her helping me check out the rest of the items!

Worst service at check outs! Cashiers standing there either yelling at you or watching you like your stealing or just chatting with others. Worst training or management Ive ever seen!!! Its all self checkout now and why they even have cashiers is beyond me cuz they do not help at all. Literally leaning on counters talking to each other. Dont even direct traffic as far as which is cash or credit payments... no hand sanitation at all either you touch the same scan gun everyone else does and theres no hand sanitizer or anything. For a suburban location up north youd figure they would care more. But not at all. Will not return to this location

Not the greatest prices or selection. Quality of goods stocked is not terribly high and it seems like they get sent the cheap version of everything. One thing that annoyed me in particular is that they dont carry Deans chocolate milk. I dont know how you dont stock such a big name brand like that. Overall not recommend go to Costco or Jewel, dont waste your time here.

Its strange you enter a Time Warp so basically wherever you are once you enter that Walmart it takes you to another dimension I guess Walmart or nothing exists outside of it and then once you leave you put back to where you originally started from

Comparing this Walmart to the other Walmart down Touhy, this one is the worst. Ive never had a pleasant experience with a customer service rep. That review is on Yelp.This review just wanted to point out that their instore pickup service is the worst. Never ordered from a store where you had to wait almost 24hrs for pickup. And for 2 small items that are the same. What a fail. 😂I continue to let myself down by trying this Walmart every now and then only because this one is more convenient than the other Walmart based on location.Update @4:39I get an email at 12:01pm saying my order has been delayed and to not come to the store for pickup. So while its 1pm and Im done with the gym ready to get my order thats not ready and a few blocks away. I go to Target thats across the street. Easy money, and I see that Target will guarantee my order in a 2 hour window; good to know. Walmart ik indicated itll be ready same day which it wasnt. Unless it means withing 24 hours since it was ready after 3pm. 2 hours shy of being 24 hours.

Why are all Walmarts eliminating cashier checkouts. I feel this is discrimination against elderly people, using handicapped carts and old dinosaurs like me who still pay by check, which self-service checkouts cant process. This move STINKS. A lot of people feel the same as I do. WalMart was always my go-to store of choice, but no more. You have effectively made me want to look elsewhere. Nice going, WalMart.!!.

Love walmart. Especially the superstore near my house. When it was built I TIMED how long it would tale me to drive home from there. Exactly 60 seconds. I only had to illegally drive down a one way street. once. The Wendys in the same mall gives me free coffee whether I buy something or not. Thanks to Starbucks the retail businesses dont know which way is up.

Had issues to return wrong items sent from an online order and had to call Walmart support 4x to resolve and go back in!

Associates were not helpful with finding an electronic they had in stock. They disappeared for 10-15 minutes trying to find someone to correct the price. Gift cards wouldnt read on the electronics register.The manager that had to override the price was very helpful and made the experience a positive one.

Great WalMart but the parking lot could have a better layout/bigger for all the traffic that comes in and out of this location.

As usual Walmart has awful customer service and to top it off this location has eliminated cashiers. So if you want to purchase one of two things, its fine. But if you want to buy a bunch of groceries just keep in mind that you have to ring everything up on your own.

Tried to call for help after a fraudulent charge. I had already taken care of all the cancelling and talking to the bank. I was just trying to let them know that these people make still try to come and pick up. The person the phone kept cutting me off and would not listen to me.

This is and has been the worse WalMart that I have ever been to. From the confusing big blue area painted on the outside right of the store that reads Pick Up which is actually nowhere near the pick up area of the store which is in the back of the store with no large signage to direct you to the employees speed-walking into customers without even an excuse me. I dont know how in all of the years that it has been here, that there has been no improvement. Take the extra 5-6 minutes and drive to the WalMart further down Touhy near McCormick Blvd.
