I ordered a congratulatory gift online to be delivered to my husband’s work the next day. I called the store on delivery day to find out an estimate on timing and when googling their phone number, saw all the poor reviews which made me nervous. When I called the shop the nicest person answered the phone and said she had just finished baking the cookies and the package would be out for delivery shortly. A couple of hours later my husband contacted me about the surprise saying it looked really nice and he and his coworkers had devoured everything and that it tasted great. We had a wonderful experience with this location!
Our office ordered balloons and cookies from the Niles location to be delivered today for our clients 100th birthday. They delivered the cookies but not the balloons. When we called to inquire the lady on the phone actually gave us an attitude. Didnt even apologize. She said, yeah...we are all out of balloons...but we were never advised when our order was placed. She seemed to think it was okay to only deliver half of what we ordered for this special occasion and had an attitude about it. Ridiculous customer service. We place numerous orders throughout the year for our clients but will never order from Niles again. Avoid at all costs. There are many other options out there.
I should have listened to the other reviews. Item was not delivered on time and the product presentation was terrible. Never ordering from this location again.
I placed a Father’s Day order for pick up at 5pm. Arrived at 5pm and the store was completely closed. I tried calling several times before 5pm, just to let them know I’m on my way. No one answered. They had clearly closed well before the advertised time and didn’t bother to let customers with pick up orders know!
I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement for my wife on behalf of my daughter. I picked it up on Saturday afternoon the day before Mother’s Day. The fruit used to make the arrangement was under ripe, green and flavorless the berries were sour. Additionally some of the pieces were so big that the skewers were bent over from the weight of the pieces. Also, the MOM cut out was missing, wasnt noticed until the arrangement was opened. I called first thing today to see if they would make it right and they won’t answer the phone. I have tried five times during normal business hours, I also called the corporate number four times and nobody answered the phone there either. Terrible customer service! We have ordered from edible arrangements on numerous occasions for parties etc. in the past and I’ve always had good luck. I will never order from this location ever again and would suggest that nobody else does either. For what they charge for a little bit of fruit on a stick they should be ashamed of themselves. With the number of negative reviews from this particular location one would think that their franchise would be taken away, the owner of this location clearly takes zero pride in the edible arrangement name.
After placing an order early in the day, I was told the order could not be completed until the next day because “we close at 5.”Very poor customer service, not courteous at all, and when asked to speak to the manager, was told she was on vacation. What a joke!
Like someone else on here Ive also been trying to call the store for the past 2 to 3 days and no one ever answers, I ordered something for my mother-in-law on May 10 and got an email confirmation and everything. I went to go pick it up and saw a note on the door saying they had closed early and had just closed for the day exactly when my order was supposed to be ready, I didn’t even get an email regarding my canceled order, I only realized after going back to my email and having to track my order and saw that it was cancelled. I was still charged, I have been trying to call so that I can see how long my refund will take or if I can have it made for another day, I’ve had edible arrangements in the past so although the slight delay was frustrating, I was still willing to have paid for a new one, but they never answer although I call throughout the day, I don’t want to re-order and have my card charged again, while my other canceled order hasn’t given me a refund nor has reached out to me. If there’s this little effort to pick up a phone, I can only imagine the little to no effort they make on the actual arrangements.
My son placed an order to be delivered today to his godmother for Mothers Day. The order was left on the front porch as no one was home at the time of delivery. During the order process, he provided her home, work and cell phone numbers. NOT ONE CALL WAS MADE TO HER - the order was just left on the front porch!!! I would like to speak a manager regarding this delivery ASAP. Ive called several times - no answer. Ive even tried to email - no response. This is ridiculous!
Do not order from Niles. Ordered a large, expensive arrangement to be delivered to my sister from Niles location. She sent me picture, I was shocked. Half the fruit was missing and was thrown together like a child did it. Looked like it was dropped and nothing like the picture of what I ordered. I called Niles, spoke to someone, was told to send email with pictures which I did. No response back whatsoever from them. Terrible arrangement, terrible customer service. Had same arrangement sent to another person from anothe location and it was perfect. Do not order from Niles if you want an Edible Arrangement that looks professional and as described in the advertisements.
I placed a nice sized order that was never delivered. I tried calling the store and nobody answered, as well as emailed without any response. If there was a delay I should have been notified immediately, but now they are closed for the day per their listed hours and my recipient never received their gift. Very disappointed and need to be refunded asap.
No consideration for people time. Place an order, call regarding the ETA. Was told they cannot give a time, nor are they sure if it would be delivered in the day it was request. All they wanted to do was refund my money. Which did not solve the problem. Instead of the manager talking the call that person had the worker to deal with it the problem.
I wish I had seen their bad reviews before I placed the order. I ordered a large arrangement worth $70, and when the recipient sent me a photo, it looked embarrassing. It had half the amount of fruit compared to what the website shows. Please save your money and the embarrassment. I do not recommend them at all.
Horrible experience!! I waited hours for my order and when i got it, half the fruit was missing and it looked NOTHING like the picture i ordered. Very disappointed and will not be ordering here again.
Just purchased a Valentines day order. Disappointed in their effort. Looks nothing like pictured on website. Strawberries were small. In general not worth $70. This is my first time with Edible arrangements and also my last. I can, without a doubt, make a better arrangement at 1/3 the cost. I dont mind spending the money but back it up with the quality!

Absolutely unprofessional! I placed an order for a delivery to my friend’s house for a birthday gift. There was supposed to be a balloon attached to the package but they never had one attached! When I called the store multiple times, no one answered. I even called the delivery number multiple times and left a voicemail, but no response! It’s ridiculous how they charged me for a balloon, which by the way was overly priced, and was never delivered!What a big disappointment! Never ordering from this location again!
Customer service needs improvement. Spoke to Sam and he was rude and impatient. There are better ways to speak to customers who spent money on services they expect to receive. They did end up delivering the gift basket, but I had to deal with an unpleasant employee....would have preferred to cancel my order.
The service was disorganized. I went to the location after getting confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. I get there the locations computers are down and they cannot locate my order and scramble to make my order that I got a conformation to pick up. The quality of the choclate covered strawberries were horrible. Did not have the strawberries for more than a day, and discovered a strawberries with mold on them. Will not.order from this location again
I called to place an arrangement for pick up and the young lady over the phone was extremely patient and respectful, had amazing customer service both over the phone and in store. She made sure I had the best experience with their service and by far I did! My arrangement was super fresh and looked perfect!! No complaints whatsoever.
I will never purchase from them again. I ordered on Monday and I was told it would be delivered early today. They are only a few miles away. Its after 2 and still has not been received. . I called and asked to speak to a manager and when one came on the phone, she actually refused to give me her name. . Its so unprofessional. I will make sure I Google and write everywhere I can. . They ruined Valentines Day.

The fruit and chocolate are delicious. The Caramel Chocolate Apple did not look like the photo. Pieces were randomly placed in the box. Maybe the apple was larger than the box allowed for?
The staff are SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. Ive never had a bad experience with their service. Id definitely recommend this store!
Placed an order on Valentines day at 3 A.M.Didnt have order delivered until the following day. Spoke to the manager and said the reason for the delay was the huge amount of orders they had, ok I understand. Was reassured that the arrangement to be delivered the following was going to be fresh. Unfortunately when it arrived the strawberries had mold, pineapple was noticeably old and even the grapes had mold. The worst possible way to deliver something, especially for Valentines day. Money was refunded but I wasnt looking for anything for free and nor edible anyways! I paid the money to receive quality fruit and have something nice for my wife. Never again will I order from this location again! Unfortunately i cant give this location a 0 star!
The store has very limited products to buy as a walk in purchase. The displayed items are empty or broken. I have ordered arrangements for them and have no complaints with those items.
Received my edible arrangement this morning for Valentines day. More than half of the strawberries were bad. I called and talked to the manager Maria and she claimed they were freshly made this morning. Which they mightve been made this morning, but they were not fresh strawberries or even good enough to eat. All she offered was to send a new arrangement the next day. I requested a refund and she said I would have to take it in. Terrible service. Never again will I refer edible arrangements to anyone!!!
They didn’t know how to honor their own promotional material. Got a door hanger for 20% off and the lady literally told me she can’t do it and said if I didn’t want to pay full price I could leave.

Horrible service. I scheduled an arrangement to be delivered one day, they claim I scheduled for another day, but even then, having to be delivered to an office, as they were aware, close to 3 pm they had not even started to prepare. Girl on the phone was useless, the manager Michelle, vindictive, did not want to reimburse the money and told me to call customer service, in an attempt to have the order ready and avoid cancellation. The owner according to her ordered her to do that to a customer, really?Never again with Niles branch, if it wasnt because finally customer service answered and canceled the order, she kept it going knowing the office would be closed by the time they got there. Get some honesty!!!
Never Answers the phone....on top of that the $20 I paid for shipping on a specific day, yet they never even delivered my gift and now want me to chase down a refund. Is it possible to give 0 Stars??

I feel that the prices are very high in small things, 12 strawberries with chocolate for $ 50 dollars please or that they were bathed in gold !!!! Besides, they dont accept walk-in, you only have to order online 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Ill never be back
