I bought a gift at the Niles store, it was a early Xmas gift & told the clerk this when I bought it, she was very nice & explained that if I brought it back before Xmas & after the 60 day limit, I could still get a refund. I bought it back the other day & she said all I have to do is call customer service & they would called the store & ok this. Customer service told me Im sorry that the store gave u false information but you cant get a refund. You would think that the site & the customer service would be on the same track. BEWARE, customer service is not on your side, the creediness of that department is not as customer friendly as the store. Dont shop there please, go somewhere that you can get honesty instead of greed. If not, eventually you will also be out money

I don’t understand if you are smoker why smoke in front of the door when costumer about to go in. then after,the cashier just throw her cigarette on the side walk ! Btw the trash can with ashtray was next to her n not bother to put the cigarette there !
