Brought some custom parts in to be painted to match a rare color (a pearl/flake) on my H-D street glide. Not only was the work impeccable, the color match was spot on. Estes communicated throughout the process and was helpful in tracking down the paint. Happy to find someone that understands somethings are more than just bolts and metal to some of us. Nick and his team did an amazing job on my truck. I went in for an estimate after being told it was totaled or it would take weeks to get it back around town. Finally found a place to service my 2003 Honda CRV that is honest. I found that John goes over my vehicle extensively and that he only recommends what needs to be done and does not recommend un-necessary services. I take my vehicle in at least twice a year for its check up and if it needs something needs to be done he will tell me and if not he says all is okay. If I hear an unusual noise I have him check it out and he solves the problem. He has always been reasonable in pricing and does not take advantage, just because I am a woman. I am so glad I found John Clay Automotive and my Honda is too.
