I ordered something online, got the wrong item. Spent an hour going with the metro to the nearest joe fresh but they didn’t want to accept the return because it’s not the same thing I ordered. So I called customer service, wasted a lot of my precious time and am promised that the $8 won’t be deducted. Yet here we are, I was charged the $8 return fee. What terrible company communication

Small, calm and clean shop, right next to the metro (Parc station). You can find nice and comfy t-shirts under $10, if you watch out for sales.

I like Joe fresh for its wide size range. They make night clothes for great prices for all sizes and for the whole family what more could you ask for. A large sales section? They got that too.

They have some great deals at the moment, but changing rooms are closed. And the male cashier was shockingly rude, yelling at the (calm, polite, few) customers to line up in a different direction, and yelling aggressively again when we didnt understand exactly what he wanted.

Joe Fresh sells cheap low quality basic clothing while presenting them as good quality - you might find something that will last you a long time here, but dont expect the quality to be high at all.This outlet does have more range than youd find with a typical store-in-store Joe Fresh (like youd find in the middle of a Provigo for example), but still a pretty small selection for kids clothing.The most interesting thing about this Joe Fresh is that its in the old Canadian Pacific Railways Park Avenue station/Jean-Talon station - a lovely old art-deco building.

WORST LOCATION EVER. Staff is always on the phone (personal call clearly) today a girl who was working in the kids section was yapping on the phone in creole and wasnt even remotely bothered that I asked her 3 times where certain things were located. She just pointed and was completely careless. Didnt help me one bit.Then I asked a thin dark haired girl at the cash if she had something in another size and she answers me I dont know. NICE! IF YOU DONT KNOW, WHO DOES??!!! DONT YOU WORK HERE??? ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION, INCOMPETENT AND LAZY LAZY STAFF. Dont waste your time.

Coming here is such a waste of time, particularly if you come for mens clothes. The prices for basic things is good and the quality of the merchandise is acceptable, but it is always poorly stocked, the assortment of clothes is next to nothing, not worth the trip, go to Old Navy or elsewhere.

The quality of the service here has improved a lot.

I was there last last week, I dont try tops when I buy.I bought a couple of tops when I got home I tried it on and it smell like somebody wore already .Its smells Cumin spicy .I will never go back and shop there again.

I have always loved this store, until today. I bought several items a week ago for a discount, but when I got home I realized that two items (shirts) had been billed without the discount. so today I am ironed for a readjustment of the prices. the cashier (a lady in her late forties) scans my two items. instead of paying me back, she tells me that she cant find the code for one of the two shirts and that I have to pay for it because it doesnt appear on my bill. surprised by the situation and disappointed with the indecency of this cashier I was out of my mind, I did not know what to think of this person? fortunately another younger and very polite cashier took over and called a superior who was also very courteous and understanding. I was reimbursed but deeply hurt.

The key to the sale is the location and they chose a vibrant crossroads of the city to settle. Near the station, they have a lot of visitors.Once inside, however, you are dropped leash. On the floor, sellers do not know their collection or do not even accost you.

Little choice for such a large store space.Always the same old specials with old-fashioned patterns, and the rest of the clothes are at a high price for a very average quality of clothing.Otherwise, the location in this old station is worth a look!

Unacceptable service, garment bought December 15 at full price and December 30 I find that the item dropped 30% when I left for the agent told me that the delay is 14 days so this is too much late for me and nothing has been done for me, 0 service I will never buy at joe fresh ... jspr have an answer from your home office
