Ron was very helpful in my making my choice He was obviously very knowledgeable and expertly described different choices. When I explained where I lived and what I wanted he seem to hone right in and what I was trying to describe and showed me exactly what I wanted. I love the experience of walking into the Niagara Falls Custom Carpet Center Store. I am greeted cordially by the wonderful Manager they have running this store. The Manager (Ron Emerson) when i inquired about the size, quality, effectiveness and longevity of the many different carpet displays that were available in this store, he had no problem answering each and every one of my questions with the knowledge and professionalism unforseen in this day and age.

I am extremely satisfied with my choice to purchase a carpet from Custom Carpet Centers. From the salesman(Ron) who assisted me in choosing a carpet, to the carpet installation process. Very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant!

Manager Ron is great to work with. Finished bathroom floor looks wonderful. Two reasons this is not a 5 star review. 1. It look awhile before the installation could occur after payment was made. 2. Incorrect product was provided the first time around which made for an inconvenience; I’m waiting for refund for return of unopened box of product. I’ll be completely satisfied when that happens in two weeks!

My husband and I were first time DIYers for flooring. Going to Custom Carpet Center was a fantastic experience for us from the very start- all thanks to the store manager, Ron. When picking out flooring for our living room and surrounding rooms, he demonstrated differences between various product types and lines- including installing and durability pros and cons. He referred us to apps that would help us visualize different flooring in our home, and called the installers to get specific tips for us for when we were gearing up to do the install. He worked with us on price matching, and the whole while I felt like he had our best interests at heart- not something we experienced at the other flooring stores we stopped at. Even if the product is not something they stock in the store (in samples, etc.), theyll get it for you. Our floor has been great since we installed it a couple months ago- as weve got a lot of remodeling going on, its really put the durability to the test! Now that were remodeling our kitchen I went back and ordered flooring again with Ron- again an excellent experience.

Custom carpet centers has done several flooring jobs in my home and the end results are always beautiful. — Store manager and satisfied customer.

Dont go here if you need installation. Im sure just ordering materials is fine here, but it seems they use many different subcontractors to do the install and its a gamble how its going to do. I picked the flooring in the showroom and paid $35 for the initial measure. The store manager said Dave is the installer and hell be calling me to schedule a time to come and measure. When I dropped off the samples the manager said hed remind Dave to call me... nothing... Its been a week and a half and still no call. Ive hired a different flooring company for my project.

The most frustrating experience I have ever had with any home improvement project. Lack of communication between the sales, installation and accounts department was a nightmare. No one ever returned our calls. The order had to be changed to a lesser quality flooring and no new pricing was ever given. We still had to pay the original contract price. Scheduling installation was only acheived by threating to sue. Will never use this company again for ANYTHING!

So many issues, where to begin. First we brought in our deposit check of 5 thousand. They said the order would be placed in the next day or 2. The very next day some unforseen problems arose in the sale of our house and we were suddenly not sure if we needed the flooring. I called immediately to see if it was possible to hold off on ordering and possibly get our check back. They said it wouldnt be a problem they would put a hold on the order since nothing had been shipped yet and if we needed they would return the check.Come to find out... They then went (The next day) and cashed our check. A couple weeks later this gs worked out with the house so we told them to go ahead with the order. Weeks then went by. We were told at the beginning our material wouldnt take more than 2 or 3 weeks. It took much longer. And at this point we were in our new house sitting in lawn chairs and sleeping on air mattress waiting for new floors before moving in our furniture.I called several times and every Time I called Id get different answers. One lady would tell me everything was there. Someone else would then tell me they were waiting on stuff to arrive still. No one really knew and each time they said the manager (J.C.) would call me right back and he never did. When I eventually did get ahold of JC from calling them over and over, he said the soonest they could get an installer over would be another 3 weeks! After venting my frustration at him and asking why my money was taken immediately, even though the order wasnt put in until several weeks later he finally decided he could get some guys out within the week.But then began the process of knickle and diming me at every turn. Usually when you spend 10 thousand dollars with a company (which was the total amount) they dont then tack on little extra charges for every little thing. They at least throw in a little somthing no charge. I still got charged for old carpet removal ($150) and when an installer had to leave and return 2 days later I got charged again for him to come back!Also, the manager JC, was difficult to deal with. We got into a back and forth about the whole thing and he quickly got a very condescending tone with me which only made me angrier.Now we get to the actual quality of work. TERRIBLE. Each crew that came looked like they were on work release from prison. The living room grout looks like an amateur did it, holes everywhere and very uneven looking. And they didnt even bother bringing room transition pieces, so I had to go to home depot and get transitions and do it myself. I paid enough to get a final product not have to finish it myself.I should really be only giving one star

Works with coustomers, they do contract out.. Installers correct any problems.

They were over 5 hours late and ended up having to expand a 1 day job to a 2 day job
