Kim is an amazing tailor and wonderful person! Her work is fabulous and she provides the best customer service I’ve ever received. She tailored my wedding dress and it fits like a glove. She also made me a veil and it’s more beautiful than anything you’d find in a store. You won’t leave her shop without a treat and she always remembers you. Absolutely adore her and recommend 110%!

Kim is amazing! My husband has taken in suits for tailoring and is always happy with the results. She is affordable and quick. Its always a pleasure to drop off or pick up, I enjoy our conversations. Kim is friendly and has great snacks for her customers. I highly recommend you give her a try for your next wardrobe alteration.

Kim did the most amazing job on both a dress I had for a formal wedding, as well as my daughters prom gown. She pays attention to the details of a proper fit. She is always busy, so I recommend making sure you leave her enough time to get the job done. I have three sets of curtains to pick up that she had hemmed to fit the odd shaped windows of my house... They were far more reasonable than having them custom-made.

Had a pants clasp repaired and another hemmed. Both done well. Kim was very friendly and did quality work.

I love Kim. She is very kind and generous. She always gives treats whenever I go there. So I don’t know why some people think she is rude. The way she speaks might make people she is rude but let’s remember she is from a different country. She always takes her time to chat with me and returns my stuff on time.

Kim is an excellent tailor. She was recommended by a high end department store for hemming four pair of designer jeans. She took the time to ask me what type of shoes I will wear them with, have me try them on and pin them. When I picked them up, the quality of her work was immaculate - just as good as the original hems from the garment factory. Kim knows styles well and pays attention to detail. As one who likes to wear designer jeans, I am really glad to have found an excellent tailor.

She nice but kinda have attatude

I had a dress that I needed the length cut for a wedding I was in. The dress was ended up being done a couple days before the wedding. And I’m not so sure she even did anything to it! I was tripping on it all night long in my 4in heels. Other girls that had their dress done by her had the same issue. And what she charges for such simple job is ridiculous! $57 for hem! And is rude!

I brought a vintage fur coat to Kim on 8/17 to have a seam repaired and the buttons replaced. Kim explained she was backed up and that it would be two weeks, which I was fine with. I brought two more vintage pieces to her a week later, with the understanding that all of it would be ready mid-September. When I first went to pick it all up, around September 10th, she apologized and said to come back in a few days. I did. Nothing was ready. This happened five times. Finally, yesterday, I went to pick up my clothes and she said none of it was there. She said it was at her house because it wasnt finished. I told her to bring it all back and I would pick it up. Today, 10/1, I went to pick up my clothes and it was all there - but NONE of the work was done. Not one thing. Dont bother going there. Ever.

DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN FOR ANY SERVICES. She has refused to return my curtains after more than a year and a half with always a sob story and lies. She tries to place blame on the customer for not picking up items when having them a year you get frustrated and dont want to deal with her. She will repeatedly tell you to come another day and time to get your product and further delay your pick up. I cant even say how her quality of work is because she will not show me her progress stating my items are at her home shop being altered. It was a big job, and even though I seen other negative reviews I took a chance because I dont always believe reviews are always fair. I believe in small business and local businesses. I wanted to give her a chance. Im very sad and sorry that I did.

Kim is fantastic! Everything is done with such seamless detail. Never disappoints and always gives treats to the kids.

Nice lady

I had to pick 1 star in order to post this review, but she doesnt even deserve that. This is the worst seamstress I have ever been to. She is so unprofessional. I took 3 pairs of pants to her over 2 weeks ago and she has told me to come back 4 times because they werent done. The last time I went there she said she gave them to someone else to do (which she gave me no indication that she sends clothing out to other people to alter) and that they had not returned my pants back to her yet. When I asked her to place the call to the person she supposedly sent my pants to while I was standing there, she refused and told me to come back the next day. I am not sure if she sells these garments or if she is just completely incompetent. I have yet to be reimbursed or gotten my clothing back. She is awful. NO ONE GO TO HER!

If I could give her o stars I would. She was so rude and it was very expensive to shorten 1 dress. Apparently it was 50 like I know a place at NY where the shorten 1 dress for 5

I called to get an estimate on how much an alteration would be for my daughter’s formal dress and the owner was extremely rude and hung up on me. I’m thankful after reading the other reviews on this site that I didn’t let this woman touch my daughter’s dress.
