Always clean, they accept a lot of trades, and have lots to choose from. Staff is great, and know me by name, even though I only come in once or twice a month. Very friendly and helpful!

This location has been fabulous during the pandemic. In the spring I purchased a couple of the bundles they offered and they were delivered when they said they would be. Selection in them was fabulous and they did a great job at putting together cute outfits for us. I have recently done a few curbside pick ups (3 in less than 2 weeks) since they are not allowed to be open besides curbside and it has been a great experience... easy, fast and organized. I have been to the St.Catharines location but prefer the NF store. I find the clothing quality is much better here and the store is more organized and tidy. The girls have also been SUPER helpful if Im looking for something specific or just in general. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Found everything I was looking for and for a steal! The store was very clean and the staff were super nice! Ive been here numerous times and I plan to go back ! The prices cant be beat, and the quality is usually very good! I highly recommend this store !

This place was absolutely disgusting . Everything was everywhere. A complete mess. Looked like a disaster. The workers were very ignorant as we walked through the front door . They didnt say hello,didnt look at us,didnt ask if they could help us with anything. That right there,is a red light for us.Another thing,we found a pair of pjs for a baby,the price tag still on, & reg price was $7.00 & once upon a child was selling it for $10.00. Thats ridiculous. I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw that. The nerve of those ignorant little girls who price the items. We will NOT be returning to the niagara falls store EVER AGAIN

I ordered one of the Spring Bundles for curbside pick up and I am SO happy with my purchase! I was a bit nervous because I wasnt sure about sizing and if I would like the items, but its everything I would have picked out myself. Their response time to my inquiry was extremely fast and they listened to all my requests. Ive always been a big fan of OUAC and Im happy to remain a customer while the stores are closed.

The selection at the store is excellent. If you need baby clothes this is the place to go.

I love this place so much!! All the clothing is second hand but in brand new condition, for a way lower price. I go here for all my kids needs and always hit up their sales, which are all the time. I highly recommend this to all parents that need to save cost or dont mind buying second hand. I am never disappointed!

This has got to be the WORST store in Ontario. Every single employee is snotty and rude. I have had great experiences at the St. Catharines location. Every single visit to the Niagara Falls location is unpleasant. Will never visit NF OUAC ever again. I hope this location gets boarded up.

Difficult to find outfits, and they dont bother to clean the shoes/boots before putting them out. Definitely not my preferred method for getting second-hand clothing.

So upset...looked at the website & it said it was opened. Went through everything, packed everything, got everything in car & came all the way here. AND THEY ARE CLOSED!!!! They should put that on their website! Not open

Took in a large bag of name brand clothing. Was told to take it home and wash it as it had been in storage which I understood and did. Even washed the large cloth bag. Went back and they still wouldnt take anything after telling me what they would take after being washed. I find it a little hard to believe freshly washed items smell like smoke. I will not be back. $10.00 for a size 5 boys jeans is a little much anyways.

Love the new renovations. It really makes a difference in the shopping experience. Prices are sometimes far too inflated for a used clothing store. $13.00 for a pair of childrens jeans is pretty steep. Otherwise the sales are good.

I like supporting small businesses in my area ...but I haven’t bought clothes in a while because the prices are getting a bit ridiculous. $5 for a 2T shirt? I just spent $33.60 at old navy for 8 items brand new.I have only found good sales on toddler swimsuits and shoes

If you are smart... You dont pay full price for kids toys and clothes.

Dropped in randomly after a different OUAC told me my buy would be two hour, store took me right away got my buy done in less than ten minutes. The staff was nice. The store was beyond nice, super organize and clean. Best location I have seen my far! Keep up the good work :D

Great prices and often have really great sales. Sometimes selection of toddler boys clothes is pretty small, but they buy what people bring in, so I dont think theres much they can do about that. Clothing, equipment and toys have been carefully inspected, so you can be confident that everything is in really great condition.

So much better then it used to be. Much cleaner and there room in between the rows.

Great place good prices

The store smelled like smokers, cat pee and cheap fabric softeners. I felt nauseous and also felt like I had a layer of dirt and grime on my body. I barely wanyed wanted to touch anything. Much less buy something.😷🍀✌ they need to have a room for non smoking homes.

The staff is extremely friendly here! They were kind enough to set me up in a chair behind the counter facing away from the store so I could feed my son who was extremely fussy while we were there! It was so much appreciated!

I had gone to once upon a child to sell a brand new jolly jumper. And was given 4 dollars for it. Also the worker told me it had no value because of a water stain that was on washable fabric. (I didnt notice it before hand) I thought I would have at least got 10-15 dollars.

Prices are pretty good. Lots of selection. Clothes are in usually excellent condition. Friendly staff.

I didnt purchase anything but received 40 dollars for a few pairs of lightly used jeans. Definitely worth taking in some childrens clothing to see if you can make a few bucks .

Went to return a pair of pants today because they were improperly marked and didn’t fit my son. I was told I couldn’t return them because they were final sale which would be fine if they were the size I thought I was buying. Be sure to check the tag on the inside of the clothing item because they don’t know how to properly tag items and you will be told you are wrong. They staff have been very unfriendly anytime I’ve gone to the Niagara Falls location.

The staff here are always rude. You are never greeted when you come through the door; whether or not they have customers cashing through. No one ever asks if you need help or if youre finding everything okay. They are usually too busy talking to themselves about personal things. The toy aisle is an absolute disaster which is frustrating. The store is packed full with great merchandise and we continue to support this store despite the staff as I live down the street. Most of our big ticket items are from here and weve saved hundreds of dollars.

Overpriced for used clothing. On good sales you can find clothing for children brand new for around the same price.

Hit or miss. Can get some great deals and awesome sales. But only worth it when its sale time. Service can be horrible.

Sometimes it can be very busy and because of the tight aisles it can be hard to get around in here especially with a stroller or children. The staff are nice and I can usually find what I need. The toy section is a complete mess and you have to dig through everything, this I dont really love.

Staff seem miserable every time Ive been to this location :/ not sure what their deal is but zero customer service. You can spend a while shopping as sizes get mixed up so i look in one size up and down (im sure this is by customers and staff). Clothing is priced fair but not cheap - its good quality and cheaper then new however I get way better deals buying direct from other parents on facebook buy and sell groups. I do like picking individual items so I will return to OUAC but Ive decided to drive a bit further to a different location.Ive only purchased from this store never sold.

Its a good clothing store free for kids clothes, its honestly a hit or miss with finding certain things youre looking for... The prices are usually good for the clothing and usually in really good condition considering it second-hand.

A bit over priced for previously used merchandise. Very select selection of rain gear but good luck finding shoes in the correct size as the bins are not well organized.

Once upon a child is a great place to bring your childrens toys, clothes, exersaucers etc... Once yoir kids grow out of them. You make a littlecash which is a bonus and they sell the items at very reasonable prices. They are very selective with clothing making sure there are no stains. The staff has always been nice and helpful. They also sell used carriera and amber teething necklaces as well.
