These guys are awesome!!! I have brought my vehicle to them a few times and they had always done a great job. They have always been open and honest about what needs to be done and what they feel comfortable doing in order to not waste money. They saved me a lot of money by not attempting to make something happen that they knew wouldnt be a lasting repair. Ill take my cars there from here on out.

My car splash shield started dragging on the floor today on my way home and I freaked out. I usually hate taking my car in to shops because of just general rudeness at every single one I’ve gone to, or just not properly explaining or being nice due to me being a young woman. Took my car here because they were the first of SIX places to answer the phone for me. I am completely blown away by their customer service and just overall friendliness. I felt comfortable, and like my car was in good hands. Not to mention the did such a good job and fixing my destruction. Will continue coming here from now on!

Everything that’s good about people exists here. My experience at A&E was surprisingly good, with an outstanding customer service attitude that I haven’t seen in the 25+ years in the area (for automotive shops) I’ve been to. In addition to the positive reviews for the work they do at A&E, I was willing to give them a try. I arrived to a line of people in the lobby, but decided to wait - watching the people quickly peel away from the lounge, I found myself alone and my vehicle in the shop, getting the service I needed done in a short time. The staff here not only can do the good work they do, but also have that down to earth, helpful and sincere attitude with their customers.

Spoke to a Chris, cool guy to speak with but business wise a bit pricey..$750 to change a water pump. Stating its hard to get to in the engine bay. Every where else is charging between $300 to $450.. Diagnostic was $50 but never recieved any report or anything to show what they checked. I told them coolant leaking and thats all they checked. I dont know the pricing for everything else but I suggested getting estimates from multiple locations before deciding on one.

Ed is a problem solver mechanical genius going above and beyond making sure your vehicle is safe and reliable before it leaves. Shout out to Chris and Robbie for being a huge help getting my vehicle in for a quick inspection or fix when needed also.Will recommend A&E to everyone

I have been working with these guys for years, what a great Team! Knowledgeable, courteous and good turn around times. They service both my personal vehicles and my work vehicle. They have never failed to get me back on the road in a timely manner. i recommend all of my friends and family to them.

By far the best auto repair shop I’ve ever worked with. They have helped me and other family members with numerous issues both large and small. In all cases they’ve been respectful, honest, quick, and very fairly priced. All the reviews that you think might be too good to be true are definitely legit based on my experience. Looking for an honest mechanic? You cant go wrong with these guys. They will diagnose your issue and repair it. They dont try to get you to do things that are not needed. I had a dead battery, I couldnt jump start it so I thought it was something more. They charged it overnight, looked over everything the next day when the car started right up and sent me on my way. They didnt try and sell me a new battery, starter, or and alternator. Give them a try.

Outstanding service, hands down the only place I will take my car in the future. I didnt feel like they were there to recommend different fixes and try to find additional problems than the one I brought it there for. Best shop I have been to in the area, and I have been to quite a few.I hope I never have to come here again, but knowing my car.. I will be back for more help soon..

Work is yet to be completed, but so far Im impressed. I brought my truck in to get elements of my suspension replaced. I had done my homework, bought the parts I wanted installed, and knew approximately how many hours it would take a professional to do the work. After a brief discussion with one of the mechanics, Ed, the owner, came out and sized up the job himself, indicating where things might be less but providing a conservative, fair estimate. His manner instilled confidence and I booked the job. In contrast, earlier I had gone to Leading Edge Automotive to have the same conversation and left with no intention of giving them my business. The owner hid in the back room, leaving his good-hearted front help, armed only with what the computer told her, to discuss the project with me. Their estimate was 60% higher than that of A&E. It seems that my search for a local, trustworthy mechanic is over - A&E for the win.

Since Ed is no longer in this establishment. Same name under new management! I DO NOT suggest this automotive repair shop.Ed could work on just about everything you could imagine.

Recommend to us by a friend. We have an old truck and didnt want to take it to a dealer. Couldnt get the gear shift to go back to park. Crazy, right? Took it to A&E to Ed I think his name was. Made an appointment. Left the truck. He called us back that afternoon and charge us EXACTLY $50. Cant thank them enough. Didnt know us from Adam. Honest people there. Well definitely take any vehicle we have there.

This used to be a good place to go for repairs. I used to recommend it to others all the time, but not any more. I WILL NOT go back. While the service may be sufficient, the customer service is worse than any I have seen. The lady in the office gets a big zero on personality, and friendliness. We had a car there several times trying to get them to fix an 02 sensor and get some other work done... each time they acted like they were too busy for us, and they really couldnt care less if we did business with them or not. Each time they basically blew us off, and then when the work was scheduled never called to tell us the parts were not in, and acted like it was our fault that we showed up there. My biggest problem is mainly with their office worker...she simply acts like she doesnt want to be there, you are an interruption, and she couldnt care less if you stay or, go...and to be honest, she acts like its better if you do go.

This is the ONLY place I will take my car. Seriously great guys that will never try to overcharge you or push you in any way.

Came here last year because my regular mechanic was booked for inspection for 2 weeks. I needed my inspection done right away so I googled and found these guys. I got there at 8am and was out of there by 845. It was in and out. Will def be coming back.
