Great place to work. Benefits are well worth it and the pay is the best Ive encountered. The rotational shift allows me to schedule appointments and not use my personal time or miss a day from work. I will truly miss working there

I promise you can do a 34 hour restart at this place if a truck is in front of you.

I worked there for 15 years as a maintenance mechanic, no job is perfect but this one gave me a good income, great benefits and a good retirement. I did not start as a temp. the shift work they have now is about the worst you can think of. Unless you are salaried you will work 12 hours from 7pm to 7am, Three days on, two days off, tow days on, three days off. It is fine on day shift but do not expect that.

If I could give 0 stars I would no matter how much you break your neck for the company and going hard at work day in and day out they will do you dirty. I previously worked at continental and when I started working back last week I was hired through another temp agency they asked if I worked there before I said yes and after 1 week of work they terminated me from my position as I was getting ready to come in for my next shift. I have never seen a company so unprofessional that would not have something like this done through the HR office. In conclusion if you want to work for a crooked company that will make you give your all and then some; and at the end of the day stab you in the back and not even sit down to tell you then continental is the place for you to be and you might just get a text message that youve been terminated as well sometimes they wont even call to tell you.

Great company and people. I started as a Manpower temp and did my full one year contract and now Im a full time salaried employee working for Prototype Services. My Boss and teammates were well instructive and well mannered. I plan on being here for many years to come.

Plant is shutting down by 2024 and still making employees pay back any tuition reimbursement if they do not stay for 2 years not knowing if they will even have a job for two years. Pathetic company morals.

J. Johnson stated that he, as a seasoned temp of many businesses, was not satisfied with the training he received at Continental. Often times, the level of training is contengient on the cognitive capability of each individual. Take that for what it is worth.As for the alarming statement that someone was racist, a look into Mr. Johnsons other reviews would indicate that he may have been looking into a mirror when making such a bold claim. In every review, he lists race and fat density of the person who has wronged him at each job.Cream of the crop.As for Continental, Ive been here 20 years. If I can make it that long without driving a company into the ground, they must be doing pretty good.

No training when you are a temp and beware of manager Tracy he is a lier and racist will terminate you if he is angry all facts!
