Extraordinary gallery. Kind staff!
Nice gallery hosting exibitions of modern art. Convenient central location. Cool minimalist design. Free of charge.
Nice gallery, not a great amount of items there, so its good for a quick visit
Free and small, interesting modern art exhibition. Recommend.
Gary Tatintsian Gallery (Serebryanicheskaya Naberezhnaya, 19)Gary Tatintsian Gallery first opened in Chelsea, New York, and later in downtown Moscow with a focus on conceptual contemporary Western art, Russian avant-garde of the early 20th century, photography and design. The gallery has presented to the Russian public works by contemporary artists such as Damien Hirst, Joel-Peter Witkin, Tal R, Peter Halley, Yasumasa Morimura, Christopher Wool, Peter Doig, Daniel Richter, Jonathan Meese, Cecily Brown, Georg Baselitz, Chris Ofili, Tony Matelli and George Condo. The gallery’s photography projects have focused on inheritance of 20th-century art with shows by Weegee, Alexander Rodchenko,Laszlo Moholy-Nagy and Helmar Lerski. In September 2013, the gallery opened a new space in Moscow at Serebryanicheskaya Embankment, with a personal show by Anselm Reyle. Since that time, the gallery has held the exhibitions of such established artists as John Miller, Tony Matelli, Olaf Breuning (group show), Wim Delvoye (personal show in parallel with The Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts), Lee Ufan (one-man show) and Evgeny Chubarov (memorial show devoted to the artists 80th anniversary).
Interesting and free exhibitions, like.
They bring exceptional artists to Moscow
Naturally Naked.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to see the work of Chuck Close (and free of charge, too). I liked everything very much: beautiful rooms in a beautiful building in the center of Moscow. In previous reviews, there were many complaints about the intrusive attention of the security personnel. Perhaps it was lucky, but nothing like that happened. People are just doing their job, discreet and polite. At the last moment it turned out that there was no mask with me, but I did not have to return; even the organizers foresaw this. Masks and sanitizers are at the entrance. Thanks for work.
The location of the gallery on the embankment betrays intimacy and aloofness from the metropolis. High ceilings and naturally-lit rooms add dimension with delicate subtlety to the selected elements of the exhibition.
I really liked the gallery, not far from the Kitay Gorod metro station. Now there is an exhibition of Mat Collisow - Albion, inside you can watch a film about the artist and his art objects. Admission is free, the gallery is open from 12-20 Tue-Fri, on Saturday from 12-18. The gallery is closed on Sundays.
First visited this gallery and did not regret it!Although the place is not quite near the metro (1.1 km you need to go from the Kurskaya metro station), but when you go here, you will understand that the efforts are not in vain.I visited here an exhibition of contemporary artists Natural / Nude.I advise everyone to this gallery! For myself, I realized that I would wait for the next topic of the exhibition to return here again.
A lot of space and light
One of the best galleries in Moscow. Firstly, they bring the most relevant contemporary artists. Secondly, they manage to fill three small halls so that impressions last for a long time. Thirdly, it is always insanely interesting. In the few years I opened this place, I have never missed a single exhibition. It is a pity that there are long breaks in exhibition projects. By the way, admission is absolutely free. The guards are polite, which is rare, and the place is beautiful. Thanks you! A place that inspires.
A stunningly beautiful space for exhibitions and social events in Moscow))
The naturally naked exhibition runs until September 15, consists of 10 exhibits, admission is free. Art objects are interesting, attracting attention, nothing shocked me. Various styles are presented. The gallery itself is an excellent photolocation. Im glad I decided to visit this place.
Beautiful stylish modern place. I definitely recommend a visit regardless of the exhibition. A lot of air, a pleasant space. Conveniently located.
Very nice gallery! And most importantly for free😀
The gallery is amazing and the exhibition is wonderful. Question to the employees: why the guard allows himself to caricaturely depict kisses and smack his lips aloud, as well as call the girls with the help of “kitty-kitty-kitty”. Finally spoiled the mood and aftertaste from visiting.Ps: the visit was 08/31/19, the guard is the one who is younger
The gallery is just super! But the security is disgusting. They did not allow the visually impaired child to come closer to work. This guard followed us like a tail, constantly making remarks. Well, in general, spoiled the impression
At the moment, the gallery provides a unique opportunity to get acquainted with one of the most famous contemporary artists - Damien Hirst, the leader of Young British Artists. The exhibition presents one or more works from its main cycles (series). I recommend it to anyone interested in contemporary art. The exhibition is open until June 1, 2017. Admission is free.
The lighting is great.Spacious rooms with white walls. In the city center near the Zaryadye park.Free completely. And although there are few exhibits - yes, but they are all unusual and amazing. And from world famous masters! Now for example there you can see the famous sculptureSleepwalker (Lunatic) Tony Matelli ♥ ️
Atypical art space for Moscow, as well as the architecture of the building in which it is located. Recommended for visiting by all diversified and developing
Anyway, what kind of exhibition. The gallery is always informative and beautiful.
The gallery itself is not bad, but there is nothing at all in the district, even there is nowhere to drink coffee.
We got there for more than an hour. We barely found a double gisu ..... The result is closed, the change of installations😐 to say that they are upset, not to say anything ....
Interesting. For a change, a very ...
Favorite gallery. We often go there, always interesting exhibitions and friendly staff, as well as an interesting location, so it can be part of a walk.P.S.There is a place to charge the phone. There is no toilet.
This small gallery has a beautifully organized space. Very high ceilings. Each exhibition has a long aftertaste!
Beautiful place! If we take the criterion price-quality, a solid five. There are not many exhibits, but they are sometimes more interesting than in a museum of modern art, where the entrance is 500 rubles, for a minute. So be sure to go if you have time.
What can I say! Those who are raised in classical art - feel free to go past, into the garden
Fantastic and stylish place for art lovers. Free admission is a very nice bonus.
Not bad in principle. Sometimes wonderful exhibitions come across. 4 small rooms and a pleasant atmosphere
Great place to hang out with friends or a couple. The exhibition is small, but very non-standard! And not far from Chkalovskaya. Moreover, it is free for visitors.
Exhibitions are usually small, but you can get on really worthwhile ones!
It is a pity that there are few exhibits, but I liked everything very much 👍Spacious and clean
Contemporary gallery. There are often free exhibitions. It is very far from the metro. Better by car.
Not very convenient to get to, but the area is interesting. You rarely go into it just for a walk. The filling is interesting.
Very nice atmosphere
Was at Mat Collishaws solo exhibition. I liked the format very much when the exhibition is not overloaded with works. 3 halls and in each one would like to stay longer.
The gallery is simple but clean. Interesting exhibitions. Free admission. But you have to go from the metro 😊
Not a bad exhibition hall, but again his trouble is small
Great exhibitions. Free entry. Very nice place.
I liked the gallery: a well-organized exhibition space, a relaxed atmosphere, the exhibition was interesting. And besides, all this is absolutely free!
Awesome exhibitions that take place for free. The gallery building itself looks very delicious. Every time I travel to the capital I try to get into this gallery, which has become my favorite.
I never understood what the gallery owner makes money from ... The film Ozark and BreakingBad comes to mind :) If anything, my relatives know :)
Always interesting exhibitions. A great place to dive into art for a while in the middle of the day
Far from the metro, close to the waterfront, a small space, but the ceilings are high, well placed exhibitions
Sometimes there are interesting things .... overall respect... You can just walk in and have fun
You have to walk to the gallery. Found it quickly. The exhibition is interesting.
A small gallery. Difficult to park, no buffet
A strange exhibition in 3 halls of 10 exhibits. It did not make sense to go here through half of Moscow.
An interesting exhibition, but few works are on display ... Reproductions would add more
Very nice gallery, went to Hirst. But finding the way from the metro is not easy. Pointers would not hurt.
Interesting enough. But there are very few compositions.
Bright, juicy, optimistic pictures. I do not understand such a high art.
