Better than average car wash. Ive had better experience with higher end drive thru self car washes with high quality vacuums. The guy vacuuming my truck scratched up the rear bumper when vacuuming. I had ZERO scratches on the rear bumper prior to this car wash. Very upset about that.(two stars over three due to the damage to my rear bumper.)

WARNING NEVER USE!!!Brought my brand new car in for a basic car wash…It took an HOUR for a Basic Car Wash!!!& the worst was, THEY CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD!!!& then said I brought it in that way so I asked for proof which they have cameras all over the place & they still could not show me a cracked windshield…They then told me to get off their property… #goFmyselfNEVER USE THIS CARWASH….

While the car looked good, it didnt smell good. What ever chemicals they used to clean are very unpleasant. It took days for the smell to go away.

The only place that touches and details my G wagon is the car spa. All of their workers are polite, hard working, and detailed at what they do. Great place to get your car cleaned

I dont have time to give my opinion on many places. I only take the time to write when I feel a business is truly exceptional, hence this review. Ill be as simple and straightforward as possible.Get. Your. Vehicle. Cleaned. Here.It looks waxed even when you get the basic wash.When you pull in, there are at least 6 exotics worth a few years salary getting treatment. Weekend mornings are like a car show.They take care of the details, and will go above and beyond to fix that one scratch/blemish that only you see, but feel sticks out like a sore thumb.If you are a car enthusiast, you will be a client for life, and will refuse to go anywhere else.If you care about your car, and want it to look new again, youll stop by whenever youre relatively near.If you just need a quick hose down and someone to pluck your kids cheetos out of the back seat, just add $6 to your next tank of gas and run it through the automatic.

Always a great job. This place has an incredible staff always consistent. theyre very fast and efficient and the prices are affordable. The inside waiting area is always clean and the bathrooms are always clean. I highly recommend this great little spa for a quick car wash

Such nice hardworking team. If you give them respect you get respect in return. They pay very close attention to detail and treat your baby like it is one of the $200,000 cars it is sitting next to. Love this place! Everyday is like a car show here.

I paid $100 ($99) for the second most expensive wash they have... I went for lunch and left the car there thinking that was more than enough time... When I came back 1.5 hours later, the car wasn’t ready and I pointed out to the guy the car was still dirty! The front window still had bird poop on it when they gave it back to me and there was still dirt spots all over the car.. the guy said “these are water spots we can’t do anything about” and the “wax I paid for doesn’t clean, it just makes it shiny...” and when I touched these “water spots” with my finger they came off right away. My 12 year old brother would do a better job for $10..I live down the street and will never come back.HORRIBLE JOB!

Even with a basic wash they pay so much attention to detail. Great job

Detailing services were good not great price was good

I have a Sprinter Van, and had it washed at the spa and I paid extra money for being a van and paid extra for Armerall on all the plastics stuff. I am very unhappy with the job. They missed spots allover my van. Drips and runs. Looks pathetic. Bugs still on the mirrors. Spots on the windows. I would of asked them to do it wright but my wife took it there to be the awesome wife she is but overlooked the bad job because she needed to get beck to work.

This is the only place I can find in all of Newport that does a thorough cleaning for an honest dollar. Im OCD and very picky about how clean is clean and they get that here! If you want a car that will impress everyone, including yourself go here!

So lazy MF if they don’t like this job GTFO from business, I payed for full car wash but what I have after ? I need once show them where is not vacuumed they not wiped dashboard, they not clean glasses at all. And this is normal ? You are customers never check what are you paying for and not check after if it’s done for you for your money!

I always go for the basic wash and vacuum ($35-$40) and its great value.Staff are friendly and courteous and theyve always done an excellent job.

Best Car wash in CA. The only one I trust not to put dings in my car and to get it washed right. Even if you get their cheapest service your car will look like new.

What a crooked place!!! I paid $180 for a Show Car Detail and after they finished the work I could still see dead bugs on my hood from driving from Las Vegas to Newport Beach. It was supposed to be washed and clay barred, but apparently they just ran it through the wash and called it a day. Avoid!!!
