I love this specific location and the employees on staff. They are so welcoming and informative. The place is kept really clean despite items being bare without packaging as well as items in containers. They havent lost quality of their products despite the changing times but even more impressively the demeanor of customer service has not wavered, they have tons of great recommendations and have helped suggest items for several age ranges that I was shopping for and that helped immensely.

This store is a must see if youre visiting Fashion Island. The customer service was incredible and the product selection was even better. Here are a few of our favorite finds from our visit.

The staff was really helpful and nice.

Back in the day, I was obsessed with Lush. I bought a ton of things I didnt need. Now, I go in quickly and buy what I want because the smell triggers migraines with the strong scents. I have tried many of their products. I wish I loved it all, but I have super sensitive skin as well, and I cant use everything. The eye make up caused rash on my eyelids, and some the scents often cause itching. Not their fault, its my skins fault.I stick with what I know is OK for me, and I do well. This Lush is a small one compared to some. The people working were friendly.

Friendly staff always willing to help and explain all the products. I love Lush and this is my favorite one to visit!

Everything is so unbelievably pretty!I would say theyre all perfect for gifts as well! I got the pretty flamingo bubble bath bomb, I just cant wait to try my bubble bath bars now!

Some great skin care products that are different than anything Ive seen. And I like the results after a couple weeks enough to return.

What a delightful experience we had at Lush. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable. He introduced us to products we were unfamiliar with and made great suggestions. Highly recommend this location.

A wealth of knowledge about the precise details of all their products. Some sales rep. I couldnt buy anything that visit but Im definitely planning on coming back when I can. 😁👍🏽

My goodness. The staff here is insanely kind. They are very knowledgeable about their products. I did not get the name of the woman that helped me which I regret. She was genuinely interested in making me happy. Fully explaining all the ingredients. Remembered that we have a family member with severe nut allergies too. She was so friendly and uplifting. Once we discovered the type of scent I liked she ran with it and offered me many other things that she thought Id like. I love lush!

Beautiful store. Clean and bright. New manager Bri is amazing! Every shower/bath has been a full experience ever since!👏👏👏

It would have been nice if the Lush store at Fashion Island would have put something about BEING CLOSED FOR RENOVATION on their website. I made a trip all the way from Long Beach only to find the store closed. Not good business practice Lush.

Great store and Andy who works there is awesome! First time visiting this store and I was there to just browse around but she went above and beyond with her customer service and even put together a sample of one of their products to take home. Thumbs up forsure 👍

Great store and well laid-out for easy to find products. The staff are all nice and (mostly) know what they’re talking about. All their products are vegan and cruelty-free. My favorites are the butterball bath bomb, sex bomb bath bomb, sand stone soap bar, twilight shower jelly, Seanik shampoo bar, sympathy for the skin lotion, & cup o’ coffee face mask. But honestly there’s so many things I haven’t tried, I really want to try them all!! Great for gifts for all types of people!

Loved it here, special shout out to Linda for her help! I have been a loyal and regular Lush customer for probably almost 8 years. Fashion Island isnt my regular location but I had been there a few times back in college and I was in OC for a wedding. The remodel here is great, so much more spacious than most Lush locations! In addition, I dont know if the commission pressure has changed in the Lush company or if this store has a super great culture, but when l met Linda and she helped me I felt no pressure at all as I have in the past at other locations. I only came in to cash in my 5 recycled pots for a fresh face mask not necessarily so shop too much and Linda enthusiastically assisted me and wanted to have a conversation about my skin care. I sort knew, being an experienced customer, I wanted the Brazened Honey face mask hehe ;P But Linda helped suggest a gentle cleanser for regular use that is like my usual Cerave called Ultradent and did a wonderful sample/demonstration on my hand. I told her my hand felt softer and nicer than after the mani I got for the wedding! I came back a couple hours after food later so my fresh face mask wouldnt sit in my car and she remembered me and fixed a sample of the Ultradent for me to try at home for my face. I honestly felt so happy and cheesy after this Lush visit and had a great bath that night exfoliating my face! Thank you Linda and Lush at Fashion Island! I hope to come back here soon :)

I am SO happy they have put another location closer to South County that is NOT near Disneyland. This is one of my favorite places to shop, and its a great place to get gifts for EVERYONE, including boyfriends, babies, moms, etc.They are known for their bath bombs, and at almost $7/piece, I was a little hesitant to go for it. I ended up buying the pink one with rose petals inside, and it was such a treat. It smelled so beautifully, turned the water pink, and the rose petals gave a nice little touch. I liked it so much, I went back and bought a few more for special occasions...The dragons egg bath bomb smells absolutely delightful!I am also addicted to their face masks. They are VERY inexpensive and work very well...and for all natural ingredients...they feel and smell great on your face!You wont be disappointed if you try Lush...everything Ive ever purchased has been awesome.
