Doug and Rob are great guys. We worked mainly with Doug on the purchase of a treadmill, Inspire Smith Cage System and free weights. Doug was super patient as we considered numerous options. He must have put together half a dozen quotes on different equipment alternatives. He also allowed us to spend a few hours working out over several days until we made our decision. We work out five times a week and are very pleased with all our equipment. Doug sold us a system about 10 years earlier but we still shopped around for the best deal. Dougs price was a little higher than some of the other systems that we found but the service Doug provides made the decision easy.

Rob was amazing! Super nice guy and excellent follow up. They had a long delivery time because of what we needed being back ordered but ended up delivering it almost a month sooner than originally anticipated. Great customer service and delivery. Very happy with our purchase and will be coming back here for any future home gym needs. Thanks Rob!

Rob is a nice guy. I looked online all morning & couldnt find weights I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Found some nice ones here. My weights were ready for pick-up when I arrived.

I purchased a brand new Precor elliptical from California Home Fitness. I was told the machine would arrive in 2 weeks. Delivery took more than 4 weeks. The machine arrived broken. I was told that a service company would fix it. The service company came and the technician told me I would have a new console within a few weeks. A month passed. I called the repair company, and they told me that the technician didnt get the entire serial number off the machine, so no parts had been ordered. Yet they failed to inform me of this. From start to finish (and I still have a broken machine), this has been incredibly poor quality and service.

Another zero today after finding out that their installer who put in the Inspire system came to put in a new cable to replace the broken one. I handed him the box from the installer with 2 cables in it. He was so nasty about coming to repair the frayed cable that he blamed us for everything. He said the manufacturer sent us the wrong cable and he left. Unfortunately he didnt look in the box closely enough because THE RIGHT CABLE WAS BENEATH THE FIRST CABLE.Doug said it was our problem now. DONT buy from this store. They just want your money and they dont care if you buy a lemon.

We have purchased two machines from them and would gladly do business again with them. They sell mid to high quality exercise equipment that has held up well over time. The staff was professional, well informed, and helpful.
