Niko was great at production management and responding in a timely manor. I cannot wait to do business with them again in the future.

I was contacted by Us Green Builders INC on April 2nd 2019 where they talked me into putting a new roof on my home here in Visalia, Ca. We agreed to tear off my old roof and repair anything necessary and put on a new roof that was guaranteed for 30 years. Nico gave me a price of $18,886.00 without ever seeing my roof in person and had me sign the work order via DocuSign. They sent a roofing crew out here the next day and began working on my roof. By saturday april 6th my roof was completly torn off, they left my air conditioning unit on the ground in my front yard put plastic on some of the roof decking and left. I called and left a few messages trying to find out when they were going to come back and complete my roof. I was not contacted by anyone until May 10th when the sales person Nico called me and told me that he was going to charge me an additional $20,000.00 to complete my roof because he didnt know how much work was involved with my roof. I told him I am a senior citizen and a Army Veteran and i cannot afford an additional $20,000. If we knew it would be that expensive we never would have signed up for the roof. I had to reach out to facebook and get some volunteers to help me get my air conditioner back onto my roof because we are reaching the mid 90s in temperature and its miserable inside the home and the company is not completing the roof like we agreed upon. I also have damage to my celling and insulation because we have had several rain storms since they tore off my roof and rain is coming into my attic and inside my home because the roof is not sealed.
