Gelato Paradiso gets busy, but that gives you more time to check out all their amazing flavors. I love coming to this gelato place because they have the option to do 3 to 4 flavors in one cup/cone . There is lots of flavors to choose from so its a great option to have multiple flavors in one cup. They serve large amounts of each flavor so its worth it! The flavors go quickly and they are constantly changing them out for fresh tubs of gelato. They have delicious affogatos, which are expresso and gelato. This place is a hidden gem worth the visit!

This is my first time having Gelato and let me tell you its much better than ice cream. Its so creamy. Gelato Paradiso is in the food court at Fashion Island between Five Guys and Wahoos.I went with the four flavor cup. My flavors were double chocolate hazelnut, chocolate chip, cookies and cream,and my bad I forgot the fourth flavor lol. The cup looks small but its packed full of creamy goodness. The employee said the ingredients are imported from Italy. I ate in the food court but there are seats outside by the shops.The employee was helpful describing the flavors since this is my first time. All COVID protocols are followed. I would definitely return, and visit their other locations.

It was good. Tasted the same as other locations but the ambiance isnt the same as walking through a beautiful speakeasy crazy close to the ocean like you can in Laguna at their location.

The best gelato in all of LA and Orange County! Ive tried countless gelato shops in LA and Orange County, and none of them even come close to the quality of Gelato Paradiso. I dont even have a second favorite gelato shop. Ive been to Italy twice and the gelato here is every bit as good as you will find in Italy. They actually import all of their ingredients from Italy, and it shows in the taste of their gelato.

The selection was amazing, great location. Nice music. The server was very curtious and patient to us, and didnt allow the next party to crowd or rush us when we visited today.

High quality ice cream and sorbets, such a pity they stop flavor tastings because of pandemics. Lemon, Raspberry and Mango flavors are delicious, I have to say though Vanilla always get me impressed.

Come and get your ice cream fix for 5 bucks. You can mix a few flavors in one cup so you can taste the few you want .Mango coconut and dulce all in one .It always bring a smile to my face when e you eat these awesome ice creams .the cups are packed with yummy ice cream .you may need help finishing one cup. And you can get gift cards. Love to buy a few 5$ gift cards and share with the kids out there who does t love a nice ice cream.

The workers were very rude. My family ran to get there before it closed and they closed nearly 5 minutes early. Nothing else in the mall was closing, but they closed everything up early and weren’t even nice about it. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I have never had problems at any other locations, except this one. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.

Portion size is good .. but overall the flavor was a bore .. I had two flavors, one berry and the caramel and both Flavors were non existent .. I was so disappointed. I love gelato so I’m always searching for a good one!

This place is nothing like it used to be. All the gelatos now have all sorts of gums, preservatives and corn syrup in them. Every time anyone in my family has one of them, we always get sick. Overrated!

This is the best sorbetto EVER! I am in love. Wonderful to have so many dairy free varieties. I tried about half of the sorbetto flavors during my stay in Newport Beach. Loved the guava, coconut and chocolate. Yummy! Plenty of seating in a nice indoor atrium area in food court of the Fashion Island Mall too.

Excellent! What a treat. My first time eating Gelato so I dont know if its typically this expensive, but it was $12 for 2 scoops/a pint. Very good tho!!

The gelato is amazing, I loved the sorbet. Too bad they have poor customer service. They closed early and flipped the lights off as we made eye contact and said they were closed even though they have the business hours posted till 9:30, all 3 employees were very disrespectful and lazy. Wish I could say I wanted to go again.

I wanted to gelato, so we came here, and boy oh boy! I was not disappointed. The gelato is so creamy and there are tons of flavor to choose from. I got the grande with 3-4 flavors, and it was the perfect size to share with my hubby.

Perfect ice cream but workers are very rude and unfriendly staff, specially the asian guy working there. I don’t recommend anyone to take their kids and family.

The gelato was the most delicious gelato I have ever tasted! The variaty of flavors is incredible, its impossible to choose a flavor. The price is great and the employees are really nice. I would honestly come any day to get gelato.

Excellent gelato and sorbet. Huge variety of flavors which are very good/dont taste fake or full of chemicals. They let you try flavors, and the large is a decent serving size for the price.

Creamiest and tasties gelato in the area. Some times I look for an excuse to go to Fasion Island just so I can get some of their gelato. It isnt in the most convent location (downstairs in the food court area) but it is worth the little bit of extra effort.

As you enter the back alley, there is a nice gelato shop that stands quietly.The staff are very friendly and have a homey atmosphere, and the tasting is done without any hassle.
