Love this store! Was looking for comfortable, well made, and original clothing for my daughter and Talia was a welcome surprise. Maddie helped me pick out several items after listening carefully to my descriptions of my daughter’s preferences. The customer service was excellent and the best I have experienced at fashion island. I highly recommend the store. My daughter loved everything I bought and it fit perfectly. Thank you Maddie!

Beautiful store and beautiful products. If you are the owner and have the opportunity to read this, I would suggest you train your workers who are only on their cell phones complaining about having to wake up at 5am, school, and their personal lives. I purchased several items in support of your store but I would suggest a chat with the employees if they are not interested in being at work, maybe take a day off and re-evaluate the impact of their presentation, conversations, and action while at work in your store. It would help us as buyers to want to buy more. Thanks

Love shopping here via text and Instagram. Great customer service and love their sales! I have bought items from Talia for many years and they never disappoint. My favorite is her T by Talia collection. Such a great store!

The entire time, 3 employees talked to one another rather than interacting and helping customers. Customers were told where the fitting rooms including myself. Picked out 5 dresses to try on which 3 worked, but the store didn’t deserve my business. You can decide for yourself if business are hurting because of service or economy.

Talias selection of merchandise is carefully curated. I love how she has her own designs among other brands. Everything I have purchased from the store have honestly become my favorite pieces in my wardrobe. Talias prices are amazing for the quality you receive! Everything truly looks more expensive. While the merchandise is great, it is stores customer service that sets them apart. They are very helpful, kind, and FUN!!! I highly recommend.

Similar experience as reviewers below. I ordered workout pants several months ago and after trying them on the second time they got two small holes. I wanted to take them in to a store and waits to do so but thanks to covid that didn’t happen. I finally got a chance to text and when I did was told I’m out of luck due to their return policy. I totally understand however this is a defective product. When I asked if Talia would stand behind her product, since it was defective, or if this was worth losing a customer, they stopped responding! So, terrible customer service and obviously a bad product. Really unfortunate for a small business to treat customers this way.

Unique and charming boutique! And what phenomenal prices! Like Talia always says It just LOOKS expensive! Dont miss Talias own designs mixed in and around the store. Super fun stuff! She just opened another one in the Spectrum too.

What a disappointment of a store... sold me damaged sale items that I didn’t see the damage until arriving home. Refused to exchange them due to policy that wasn’t disclosed. Last time shopping there.

Best store in fashion island! I buy gifts here for all the girls in my life. All the women I know love Talia’s style and prices. The store has a great atmosphere and vibe, plus it’s close to great restaurants and department stores. Check this store out and you will keep coming back, I promise!

Awful customer service. For the prices they charge, you would think they would have better customer service.

They get shipments wrong all the time and cant get a refund for the wrong stuff they send

Nice stuff but be careful. They have ambiguous pricing - a lot of things are just marked by pen so make sure what comes up on the register is what was marked on what you’re buying. We would of been overcharged by 15 bucks if we didn’t double check before swiping.

Poor customer service. Been a long time customer and they will not return my texts to order additional items even though I spend a lot of money there.

Bad customer service. Owner was not helpful. I like to support small businesses, but won’t be buying from them again. Wish they took care of their customers.
