Their clothes are pretty low quality, I bought a pair of shorts that fell apart quickly. The girls who work there are rude not only to their customers, but also to each other. Overall, a bad experience.

Worst customer service ever! The girls play rap music that has bad words! They don’t say hi or thank you! If you need a different size you need to get it your self! They are on the phone while people shop! The owner is Asian and doesn’t seem to care about the customer service! Downtown LA clothes marked at a high price

Cheaper quality then Forever 21, plus the employees are the rudest people youll come across. Disappointing, especially when the other boutiques in the area are just so friendly and lovely. Dont bother coming.
