Great selection, friendly staff.

I really like this brandy! The employees seemed really nice the only rude people were some of the teen girls shopping there. They seemed to have a wide selection of clothes and Newport clothes too. It was organized for the most part but it was hard as a short person to reach some of the things stacked in the middle of the tables. I also wish there were more of the sticks to reach things that were higher up because there was a shirt I wanted but I couldn’t reach it. I wish I could go back to this location soon!

Here is what I have to say, and whether you like it or not isnt my issue. ive been to a few brandy stores and of all of them, these girls are the nicest and the most helpful. the comments saying that they are rude, aint it, theyre super sweet girls. i dont even fit into all of their clothes, but i dont think that people should be mad at their sizing. yall aint complaining about lane bryant, why should you be mad at brandys sizing? also miss gurl you cannot be leaving a bad review due to their customers- youre doing a review on the STORE. anyways 100/10

I always love brandy! I loved this location and their clothes but sometimes the layout of the clothes could be better. Everything is stacked on tables so sometimes you really have to look at the table to see everything since its not all displayed on a hanger. But the plus side is that you don’t have to deal with a lot of annoying hangers in the dressing room.

This applies to teenager more. I kind of like the vintage modern prints on the t shirts.One size fits all but I dont think Id fit in any.Ill change my rating if I prove the items are durable.I expect not for the price.

Very nice place for shopping

The store was super pretty and had a great selection. The staff was very, very kind when I went there. The store is in a beautiful outdoor mall and is worth a visit!

Love this store but since it’s so popular so many people are in there And it’s such a small store so it’s such a hassle to get through people but other than that I love it

When I went to the store the staff was super friendly, but the customers were mostly teenage girls who were not nice at all. Overall the is amazing and trending but the people who were shopping were really rude, this experience just happened with me so feel free to check the store out.

I love Brandy Melville clothes, but recently my experience with the store was horrible! The music was way too loud, like too loud for me to even hold a conversation with my friends, who were shopping with me. This makes shopping in the store an unenjoyable experience!! I understand that the store has recently changed management and they want the music to be loud, but TURN IT DOWN!! This isn’t hot topic. Relax.

V fun funky and fresh. it was just an all around swaggy place. of course my entire wardrobe being brandy, i feel pretty dope when wearing it. v good experience 10/10.

Frustrating experience. Drove several hours just to go to this store only to find out they were closed (during normal store hours) for a private sorority party. I feel that private events should be held after normal business hours so that regular mall shoppers are not inconvenienced. Call before you go to make sure they are open. Love the clothes just not this shopping experience.

I went to Brandy in fashion island, the tax was so overpriced, when I told them I didn’t have enough money, they laughed and walked away. Don’t shop here!!

Worst customer service I have ever gotten. The cashier glared at me as I was checking out. Have been to multiple brandy Melville locations & have never received good customer service, but this one takes the cake for absolute worst.

The store is good and also rude sometimes i have no problems sometimes i feel uncomfortable.
