I have called to book 3 separate time and no answer . Whats going on ?

I’ve had good experiences at multiple locations and they’re prices are competitive. It is a little hit or miss with who you get, so if you find someone you trust and like, i would recommend making sure to book with them again. I’ve had incredible people and I’ve also had people who aren’t great, so stick with the ones you like!

What can I say, waxing my bikini area is not something I look forward to every month, BUT the waxers here are truly great at what they do. Its a different type of wax here than Ive ever experienced, and it does come out that much better. And I have yet to come across another waxing place in Newport where I can get my Brazilian done for $42!!!

I bought a pass with this place and missed a couple appointments, so they put me on walk in basis only, which is fine as long as you can actually walk in and get a service done. I called ahead to make sure there was an open space to get my specific waxing job done and was informed that there were two waxers that werent busy and would be able to do it at 12:15. I got to the shop at 12:17 and was informed that there was no one able to do the service for me. I told the receptionist that I had just called and was informed there were two waxers available. Nope. They didnt want to do it, so I would have to wait till 12:45 for the next appt. Unfortunately, I have to be certain places at certain times and can not wait around for 30 minutes, especially when there were TWO employees that were not currently doing anything. I asked for my money back for the rest of the pass because they made it so difficult for me to even use it that I was currently a month over due. That is a month I paid for and did not get the service. Not because I didnt try, I actually tried to get in there 3 times, but because they made it almost impossible for me to be able to. I wanted to talk to the manager and was told I couldnt. So, I said I wanted to write a complaint. The receptionist was typing it up and I noticed a word that she typed out that upset me greatly. I then asked her to read to me what it was she just wrote. She refused to, stating that it was private and personal. I explained to her that if she is writing about an incident that has to do with me, then I have every right to have it read back to me to make sure she got everything correct. She told me no and then sent it. I asked her to tell me what she wrote about me, already knowing, and she refused again. Then she said her manager would get back to me. I told her she had better and the receptionist basically laughed in my face.This is what you will get when you go to this location. Rude receptionists, nasty things being written about you to the manager when you decide to complain, and wasted money. They are completely unprofessional and pretend they are more upper class than what they really are. They are basically a Great Clips, but for waxing. Except Great Clips probably has better customer service and a manager you can talk to if you are upset about anything.
