The guys at Monaco are fantastic! About five years ago they put in the entertainment system in my home and last month they came in updated a few things. Larry was so helpful and patient teaching me how operate everything. Customer service is the name of the game with Monaco and I know I can call with a problem at anytime and Larry will help me right then and there. I highly recommend this company.

The technicians were extremely skilled, and although I was hesitant to spend what seemed like a huge amount on a theater system (this has been my dream for years), it is worth every cent. I had a very terrible experience dealing with Monaco Entertainment Solutions. They started out being professional and competitive when they were trying to get our business but as soon as we signed the contract things went downhill quickly. We hired them to do all of the Audio Video for our home. They up-sold us on things that we dont even need and equipment that is difficult to use without giving us a tutorial. Some of you techies may chalk that up to user error, but I assure you that we paid extra money for a 3D projector, screen, blu-ray player, and cables and we are not able to even view a 3D movie. Many of our Crestron remotes were left unprogramed and, therefore, unusable. They didnt do a final walk through or address any of the clarity issues that we are having with both the audio and video. They assured us we were getting top of the line products but they produced bottom of the barrel results. I do not even use the projector in our theater because it has too many problems to deal with. I have tried to contact them many times, but they refuse to answer my emails or return my calls. I see that there are some good reviews for this company, but I can assure you that was not my experience. This is the first time I have ever written a review, but I felt like I needed to warn people about this company. I have dealt with many contractors and subcontractors in my day and this experience was by far the least professional.
