If I could, I wouldnt give them any stars... Please please go to the Better Business Bureau and do a search on Lincare. Over 500 complaints/reviews and overall rating of 1.7 stars. Read some of them, theyll tell you everything you want to know about this company. My first inkling something wasnt right was when they would never call me back. My second red flag was this is a company that its reps do not have voice mail or email... What company in 2021 does not require their employees to have voice mail & email? Save yourself some stress... AVOID... I was lied to, ignored, and waited 3 months for a prescription cpap. I finally told them to CANCEL the order. Ill be finding another company to do business with.
Hi! I have had the same CPAP DME supply company for about 12 years who will remain nameless. I have just fired them and hired Lincare Newnan. Lincare Newnan has an in-house therapist named Miss Eddie. It is not hard to get an appointment with her. She is caring and knowledgeable. She set me up with a great mask. The front office ladies are sweet and answer the phones. You might get a voice mail upfront but hold on, a real person who works there will answer or call back shortly.They also are knowledgeable and help with insurance. I am very happy to be their customer!
Very difficult to deal with and slow to respond to patients. I would go with someone else.
Slow as Christmas to respond to your orders. Unfortunately the only medicare provider in the area.
