My experience with Georgia Lawn has always been for service. In the past year or so I have brought in Weed Trimmers and Chainsaws 4 times. The way their 2 cycle service works is that they have a person come in 1 day per week to handle the service. In my experience 3 of the 4 times the person did not come in on schedule or at all. I have also had an experience where the parts were on delay (due to the pandemic). They never bother to call or update me on the delay. I have to follow back up with them. The people I talk to are generally nice but have no sense of urgency to get things fixed. As a residential customer I can sometimes afford to wait weeks, sometimes I cannot. I cannot imagine how this goes over with their customers that need their equipment for their income. Their response is typically not our fault. While this may be true I cannot rely on getting service from them in a reasonable timeframe.
I pulled in at 5:50 right before close to buy an edger. The fellow from Manchester (I didnt get his name) was super helpful and I was on my way in 15 minutes. Their prices on Echo equipment are about $20 less than the exact same models at Home Depot, so its good to support a small business AND save money. Thanks for the hat!

My husband took a Big Dog mower that has less than 40 hours on it to have new blades put on it to this business. We purchased it from them less than a year ago. He brought the mower home cranked it to back off trailer, drove it to backyard to continue mowing. Shut it down and now it will not start. Called the business they told me somehow my 74 year old husband had to push it on the trailer and bring it to them. Funny there was no problem cranking mower before they worked on it. Never buy from them.
Was short on time, swung by to drop off three chainsaws for service.After a few minutes of calling out and a couple of friendly waves, I realized nobody - including the guy sitting in the chair in the service office - much cared if I stayed or not. So I left.

Most importantly, the company has stood behind every service completed during this period. I went but on my way home from work today and wanted to buy a lawnmower, I went by and no one seemed interested in helping me, so I just looked around and left, still need a mower, guess I will get on somewhere else,

I’ve been going to Georgia Lawn now for almost 5 years. Started when I just needed service on an edger. I was fairly new to the area and was looking for a place to service my equipment as needed. So I asked a few of my neighbors where to go. That I was looking for two things. They are honesty and quality of repair. Each said the same thing Georgia Lawn. When I went, met Al in the service department. We had a good talk.Since then they’ve serviced all my equipment. In addition I purchased a Big Dog mower. On two occasions I had problems with mower and they were both handled under warranty without any problem. On another occasion with my chain saw I was given an estimate on repair which I approved. However upon picking it up was told that they found a minor problem that was causing what created what was believed to be the bigger problem. That saved me almost $100.00 over initial estimate I’d already approved. Hats off to Al and his service crew for their honesty and great work! Businesses like this today are not easily found. Unorganized, disrespectful and horrible service. Not surprised to see griffin location closed down as more customers they chase away. Owner of business is more concerned with racing his project cars on weekend than helping clients.

Couldn’t ask for an easier buying experience. I filled the paperwork out online, they called me 20 minutes later and said the lawnmower was ready for us to pick up. Went to pick it up on a Saturday morning and it took all of 10 minutes. The people there are extremely nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely be return customers going forward. Thank you GLE!

Went there today to look at a Husky battery powered trimmer. These Husqvarna tools are AWESOME. And so was Phil...super guy, very helpful, very friendly., very knowledgeable. Didnt rush me at all even after closing time. Cant say enough good things about him! Thank you Phil!!!

Left home this morning with my wife with the intentions of buying a mower. Went to Georgia Lawn Equipment and found a mower we were interested in and looked at it and talked about it. Kept thinking that an employee would come over to help and answer questions, but they went about their business as if we were not there. After a while I got disgusted and we left and went to Lowes and bought a mower. May be wrong, but I think it is the duty of the retailer of offer help rather than me having to go and ask for help!

Great store. My son has purchased numerious devices from them over the years and is very pleased with the equipment and the service. He takes his blades in for sharpening even, because they do a great job and deserve the business.
I called ahead and got the price of 2 belts. I go to pay for them the woman that talks funny told me almost 30.00 higher than quoted on the phone. So as she was fixing the price she said well he screwed that up! The time before that I took a husqvarna weed eater in there with a broken shaft. Took 7 weeks to get it back. My husband went and picked it up was 180.00 and had a used shaft that cost 10.00. I took my weed eater and receipt and threw me a red headed fit. My weed eater had all this new stuff I never ask for. And didnt run worth anything. Ran fine before I took it there. Took about 30 minutes of fussing with them. Oh u was double charged for labor and we will see if we can get it running better but u got to leave it here our guy is gone for the day took it and never been back with stuff to be worked on. Now dont even buy belts. These people are all shady. Got to watch them or u will b giving them money u dont really have and they will never say a word

Insane customer service! I originally purchased my hustler raptor SD from Lowes earlier this year. I walked in with a broken mower under warranty. It didnt matter I didnt purchase from them. They took care of me that evening and I drove home with my mower repaired! I did not pay a dime. I love it! They just earned my loyalty for life! Thank you!

Took my machine there for repair. They call me Monday & told me it was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and waited in the shop for a while and waited and waited, finally I told them I was kind of in a hurry & I need it the machine. So the problem was that they could not find my machine. So they asked me to come to the back & help them identify my machine, they had dozens of machines, but not mine. Finally in the distance I see a man pulling a lawn mower, Could it be mine? Yes it was. This guy was one of the techs there, he had taken the machine home for the weekend so he can mow his grass. How convenient & unprofessional is that. The owner said he was sorry, but did not offered any compensation. I got charged full price. I was not even able to mow my grass with that machine because they did not fix it right. They charged me to replace the air filter, I check the filter and I was a new filter but not the right filter. They pushed the wrong filter in place and even had to bend the corners to make go in. Very bad management & his crew is not well selected. I rather buy a new machine before taking it here again. I just dont want to deal with this company again. Save your self a headache!!!
These guys are criminals. They charged me for work that was never completed. Came in for routine service that they never completed. Picked the mower up 2 weeks later with black oil and the same oil filter on it. They are liars and cheats. Dont waste any time/money here because they will charge you money and return your mower in the same condition that you dropped it off.
I bought a lawnmower here and had it serviced after the first year. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have not been to their store in Newnan but the reviews are good as well.

Granted I came at or near the time they close (I was there at 4:30 pm they close at 5:00 pm), but no one was interested in either talking to me or selling me a lawnmower to replace the one that was stolen. Also no one EVER returned my calls asking about serial numbers on the lawn mower that was stolen (they replaced the engine). So I will go to another place to purchase the lawn mower with the Insurance check I have. Too bad folks, learn some customer service.

I called their location in Griffin GA. I had a small lawnmower tire 9x3.50-4NHS that I needed changed. Guy on the phone had an attitude when I asked him how much to change the tire. I already have it off the mower. First he said he couldnt do it because he had to order the tire. I told him I already have the new one just need to change it on the rim. He then says TAKE IT TO ONE OF THE TIRE SHOPS. Hes not gonna change it. Worst customer service ever. Never calling there again. Now headed to Campbells Equipment in Forest Park where they appreciate and value their customers.

There aren’t enough negative stars. The maintenance guy who works on the equipment is a complete arse and the manger isn’t any better. Take your equipment anywhere accept this place. They’ll give you a bad attitude and keep your equipment for months at a time before fixing it.
They were very rude. Took 20 mins for someone to even acknowledge me. They charge $35 even if you have a Walmart warranty reference #. They do not deserve anyones business! I wish I could give no stars.
CALLED POLICE ON ME!!!WONT STAND BEHIND EQUIPMENT OR WARRANTY!!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POS MOWER EVER!BIGDOG MOWERWARRANTY? WHAT A JOKE!Transmission went out the FIRST time WITH ONLY 50 HRS on it.They gave me a new tire they couldnt plug. Sounds good? HahaTransmission goes out again WITH ONLY 10 HRS on it! Kept it for a week and didnt do anything because Warren the owner an Al the mechanic DID NOT BELIEVE ME!I HAD TO GO THERE AGAIN AND BABY SET AL until he figured out the mower was BROKEN AGAIN!2 WEEKS LATER! I had to call them to see WTH IS GOING ON!Al told me it was ready to come get it. Cool? NAH! Al calls back 10 minutes later and said I couldnt get my mower, because there is an outstanding bill for the tire they gave. I go there and THE OWNER (WARREN) CALLED THE POLICE, they are waiting on me AND GAVE ME A TRESPASS WARNING.NO BS! THEY WONT STAND BEHIND THEYRE EQUIPMENT AND WARRANTY!GA LAWN IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS

I was the only customer at the counter, yet was made to feel unimportant. Was there for a couple of low dollar warranty replacement parts. When I questioned a parts diagram, I was made to feel to be stupid. I had the parts with me but he didnt really look at them. Just overall, very rude
