Outstanding customer service! I needed 5 additional yards of topsoil on a Saturday afternoon (I had a Skid Steer rented for the day). Mulch and More worked me in and brought it even though they were fully booked. Great topsoil as well!

I went expecting to just get some mulch. Ended up getting Chick-Fil-A level customer service! Very professional staff, very knowledgeable about their products, and the young lady handing the transaction was so kind. Even offered an unsolicited 5% discount for being 55+ (also if you are Military). Great experience!

Absolute awesome they saved our project when our contractor under estimated material, We called first think in the morning and they made it here before the contractor arrived. And were on the opposite side of town from them. The young man that delivered it was so careful not to damage our yard,and the lady in the office was so nice and very helpful .

Wasted gas also went on monday and shows closed at 4pm and google shows open until 5pm

Went in to browse, was greeted and assisted within moments of parking. (Sam is completely awesome) As we had just come from the vets office we had our dog in tow, not a problem! Came away with some great ideas for future projects and all of the information I was looking for on our current. Will definitely be back!

We cant believe the awesome customer service that Mulch and More has. My husband went in there, got the info, pricing and DELIVERY all within an hour! Seems these days Customer Service has gone down hill. My husband has encountered so many businesses that act like he is wasting THEIR time...and Hes the customer. Mulch and More was professional, courteous and timely, cant ask for more!

Its a great place with amazing people and landscaping ideas. Great prices, way better than Lowes or Home Depot.

The guys that work the yard are great but the girls in the office are just flat unfriendly. Three trips in three weeks and always the same poor attitude inside. The folks outside nearly make up for it by being helpful and friendly but theres too many other options for their products to put up with the indifference.

Update your hours. Wasted gas and time going there on Saturday for yall to be closed.
