The line was wrapped around the building and it took me 55 minutes to get inside. The staff was nice but the whole process could have been managed better. For the prices that people are dropping this ham better be the best Ive ever had.

They were out of hams for Easter. I had a reservation for an 8-10 lb bone in ham. After waiting almost an hour, I received 2 smaller hams for $97. I tried to use my $6 coupon and was told it was a misprint and they would only be able to take $5 off. I now have less meat, more bone, and it cost me more money!!! And I was one of the lucky ones...

The sandwich and chips was good, Soda was not good because they didnt have any fizz in it. Other thanks that customer service was great.

I mean its honey baked ham 😆 its the best ham ever of course its a 5 star easily. We always get one for Thanksgiving and Christmas but occasionally otherwise.

Last year my wife and I reserved a 1/4 ham 10 days in advance. We went at 10:00 a.m. on 12/24 to pick it up, stood in line 30 minutes and they were completely sold out of the 1/4 hams!! We wound up having to purchase a $55 one (that was with a discount because they didnt honor our reservation). Poor management at this place. Going to Fayetteville this year. Its worth the drive to avoid this kind of incompetence

We love Honeybaked! We have a discount card for BOGO sandwiches. We had two sandwiches, 2 sides, and one drink for less than $13. The sandwiches are awesome! My favorite is the Tavern Club with ham, turkey, bacon and cheddar cheese. It comes on what bread, but I always ask to swap for a croissant. Our favorite side is the bacon broccoli bliss salad. Yummy! I forgot to take a picture before we ate. Sorry!

Me and my family decided to venture out tonight and try something new, weve never tried it so decided why the heck not. . Well let me just say first the staff was AMAZING so fast, and so friendly and the food.. The food was delicious we all (my husband, myself and my two kids ages 10 and 3) all got the Tavern club and loved it! Shockingly my 3yr old ate it so that was a BIG win for me! The pricing was decent as well we were given a $50 GC for the holiday and we were able ti get 4 meals(sandwhich, drink and chips) and a pack of their presliced Ham to take home all for that price!Definitely a GREAT first impression and we will be back!

Frozen ham and turkey for $126. This place has went down hill. Not the honey baked store that you think you are getting.

We had ham sandwiches for lunch and they were good. I like that they had other food items you can buy in the dining area. The staff was very friendly.

Terrible customer service and a severe need of adult super vision for employees. Unless you put your order in online for pick up, plan on your dinner or event to encounter a disappointment. This is not the level of customer service you would expect to encounter in Newnan Georgia...

Ordered and picked up my ham, was very disappointed when dinner was served. Honey baked ham, i expected some glaze on the ham. There was no glaze anywhere on the ham. What I paid for it I would have loved to get one that was prepared probably. A waste of money and my time. I hope at least some of your customers were satisfied. I wasnt.1/1/18.

Placed an order for a Thanksgiving ham. Went to pick it up and the line is wrapped around to the back of the building. Why have reservations if I have a two hour or more wait. Yes 2 hour wait not a typo. 80.00 to 100.00 is way to expensive to pay then wait in line forever. 17.00 dollars at Kroger for a 10 pound ham and no wait . The hams are good but not good enough for that line.

Clean, fast, good customer service

I went into the store today and got my lunch to go, and the service was exceptional. The lady at the cash register was very nice and inviting. My food was amazing as well!! Thank you!

The cashier was constantly touching her face and mouth and scratching her scalp at the register. She took our order and handled our money and neglected to put on gloves while dishing out the soup! Yuck. The customer service here is poor. No hello or thank you or acknowledgement. The food prep is dangerous. Hygiene is poor here. Order was prepared incorrectly but it was to go so I didnt realize until we got home. The sandwiches were poorly constructed and very poorly wrapped. I will not come here again and Im taking my receipt to a manager for a refund. Also there was no health inspection posted anywhere.

The only ham on the table 5 times a year, the Newnan location is top shelf real hospitality better than the neighbors.

I called this store from Pigeon Forge, Tenn. when we were leaving to come home. I wanted to pay for a ham and turkey and pick it up on the way to LaGrange. I called at 9:30 this morning. I was told they could not reserve hams. I get here and I could not get a quarter ham because they were all reserved. This is a huge store and they had a huge supply of hams. I know they didnt reserve all the quarter hams in four hours. I will take my bussiness somewhere else from now on.

I used to love coming to this Honey Baked Ham, but there’s alot that has changed recently and I hope it gets resolved soon.Not only me, but my whole family LOVED the Potato Salad that used to be served here, but it has recently changed and it is BLAND - tastes like salted mashed potatoes.The service has become very mediocre. You used to be greeted upon arrival, ESPECIALLY when it was slow. Now, not a peep until you get to the counter, and they’re either finished casually talking to the person in the back, or just realizing you’re there because they were on the phone or not paying attention.The customer service edicate has lost it’s touch here - it’s either too slow, or too much in a hurry and forgetting side items or special requests.The sandwiches are still very well put together though. Can at least say they look like the photo!

That was a disorganized mess, only three people in front of us but ordering took 20 minutes. Soup was lukewarm, cobb salad had no egg.

The food was good, it was just kind of awkwardly quiet. Very peaceful, if you like that kind of thing.

We love the boneless ham from here and the sugar crust is a good touch. Its not the cheapest place but their product is good and consistent.

The worst customer service ever! They need to train their employees with customer service. Called to make a reservation on a ham and the lady who answered was rude and condescending. A simple question... Is your 7-9lb ham the smallest one you have? ... Her Answer? Are you talking to me? ..... My answer... Yes... Repeated the question and she answered so rudely. .... Who do you think I was speaking too? Santa Claus? Would never use them again.

This restaurant deserves no stars. Honestly, this is the rudest place I have ever been to. Half way through our meal we were asked to LEAVE because, they were closing early and no one wanted to wait on us to finish our food. Never have I had that happen and never will I recommend this establishment to any one else. Staff was beyond rude and the food wasnt even that good. Never again.

I love HoneyBaked ham. Last year we are three in 5 days. This year was an entirely different story. First off we ordered the ham and my daughter still had to wait in line for almost an hour. They couldn’t find the order and as I work in medicine I could not be reached. She had the confirmation email - still no cigar. After almost an hour the finally brought us the ham. We ordered the largest bone in ham. The ham was $89 and looked great. We opened the next day (Thanksgiving). The ham had about 3 inches deep of crust, the rest of the ham was crust less. That is the signature reason for purchasing a HoneyBaked ham. The ham was very fatty as well. We still have a half gallon ziplock bag of ham leftover. It has been 6 days. To recap last year we are three hams in a week this year we haven’t finished one. Quality was poor - I may just order through Publix next year.

Due to illness I was not able to cook Christmas dinner so we bought a large ham and sides from HoneyBaked Ham at Ashley Park. Big mistake. Will never make this mistake again. The ham was $75! Had I known, I would have told hubby to get one at BJs. It was dry, too sweet, tasteless, and sliced VERY thin. Bland, dull, terrible! The sides were awful too. The mashed potatoes were wallpaper paste! YUCK! The other au gratin potatoes were dry, as was the mac and cheese, but the green bean casserole was soupy! The only thing almost edible was the sweet potato souffle. Ten of us picked at the food and then threw the leftovers away. $150 meal wasted! Never again! No matter how ill I am, I will buy a ham from BJs or Kroger or Publix ---anywhere is better than Honeybaked Ham--- and if I cannot cook, we will stick to Stouffers frozen mac-and-cheese and frozen sides! MUCH better than anything from Honeybaked Ham, which was absolutely so horrible it truly was not edible, and a complete waste of money! Never again!
