Very low stock..I shop there because its close.

Im an online shopper and had an order on 12/23/2020 that I completed around 6:30 am. It was an online order so a cashier has to assist. A Kroger employee by the name of Chris was at self checkout so I asked for assistance. Chris responded with, If it doesnt get really busy at self checkout Ill help you. Ive shopped early at other markets like Publix ( who always go above and beyond) and they dont hesitate to get on a register to assist customers. Chris eventually checked me out. I came back for another order shortly after on the same day, roughly 7:20 am and I needed assistance again. I asked Chris again, and this time instead of helping me, he said it would be a minute because he was only doing self checkout. I couldnt believe it. Self check wasnt busy, and I didnt have a large order, so Chris could have showed good customer service and checked me out. Instead I had to wait on another store employee. This is an example of laziness, poor customer service, and no regard for customers.

I was born and raised in Newnan but i have now move away. From time to time i come home to visit and on 9/20/20 i came home to visit and i had a friend with me and we decided to stop at this location and shop, let me just say that you all made me feel so proud of my home town!! Everyone was so kind, especially the young lady at the western union station, i didnt get her name but once again thanks for be patient with me!! The store was so clean and very well stocked and to the young employees that i saw keeping those shelves stocked GREAT JOB!!Thanks Kroger for all the Love i cant wait to come home again. ❤

I use the Kroger pharmacy club card and save hundreds of dollars a year on my prescriptions. Most of them are $6 for a 90 day supply! They are busy, but I dont mind waiting for those prices. The staff is always helpful.

This location has gone downhill in the past year . It is constantly out of stock.. there are usually only 2 registers open one being an express lane and a long line of people doing self check out. No Redbox. The pharmacy is run well its the only reason still shop here. Maybe management needs to pay a little more attention to customer service.

Worst Kroger I have been to only few staff are friendly during the day the place smells of sea food witch has it smelling really bad alot of the staff just stand in groups and look at customers horrible not all but the times I have been in their its what I have seen

This is literally the worst Kroger. Kroger Pick Up is useless here. Consistently leave stuff out.I will not be utilizing this Kroger. Use Newnan Crossing location as this place just disappoints.

This store has gone way down hill this past year. I can understand the pandemic can cause issues but how can the other Kroger’s not have same level of poor quality and customer care as this one? They are never stocked, I have to ask for an item and it’s usually in the back, that’s after the first person disappears and seeking out help from someone else. They don’t stock their shelves at all. Very disorganized and messy. Fruits and vegetables are wilted or old. Using the Kroger app for items to deliver and no communication on unavailable items to get a substitute. The quality in cleanliness and efficiency are highly lacking in this specific store.

I bought a piece of salmon and a piece of swordfish along with a couple of potatoes, some broccoli, a couple of lemons, butter and sour cream, And blackening seasoning for my fish. Every single item was wonderful. The fish came out perfect and was tender fresh and delicious. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and found a great piece of fish for me.

Our family loves shopping at this Kroger. The staff is always super friendly. Recently we have use their ClickList to shop. It has been such a time saver for us. They wave the $4.95 fee for your first three orders! Either way you choose you are sure to be happy with this location. I would highly recommend this store.

This is a great place for veggies flowers meats bread even a cooked hot meal. A clean store with good prices. Great parking the staff is very helpful on finding things you can not reach or find.

Easy quick, be advised wear a mask in store. It is NOT mandatory but recommended.

Been having a rough few days. I look forward to popcorn chicken from Kroger because it tastes so yummy. I went by today and they were out. My heart felt sad. I asked the young lady behind the counter and she said that she would have some ready for me in 4 minutes. She made my day. I didn’t get her name. It was around 3:00 pm. Just wanted management to know how wonderful this young lady was to me. Thank you

I shop here a few times a month. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The store is very well organized. They often run sales and money saving deal on many of my favorite products.The pharmacy is always very helpful, fast, and friendly. I would give five stars, however they have stopped stocking a few products that had been long time staples of my grocery list.

All of the employees here have a sour look on their faces. Noone is helpful at all. When talking to the manager about a cashier, he seemed disinterested and could care less. The cashiers name was Nikki Will never shop here again .

A nicely maintained Kroger. A little on the small size but well stocked. This stores layout has the non-gmo items consolidated which appears to be a legacy set up as compared to the larger stores.During my visit the check out line was 9 people deep with little obvious react by staff/management. Perhaps I was there during a shift change?Overall a pleasant visit to my favorite grocery chain.

This Kroger isnt the cream of the crop. They do have great employees who take time to help. Ive also noticed that the store has been looking better and better over the last few weeks. The prices are always good so as the cleanliness and layout improve this store will be very nice.

Kroger, where shopping is a disaster. Food is moldy or spoiled. The store is always dirty and equipment is broken. I really prefer not to get food poisoning or injured in my shopping experience. I tried to talk a manger, once, and he looked right at me and said he couldnt help and rushed off.

Didnt wait in line seem to move through pretty good. I go early so the crowd is small.

Called ghetto Kroger by my ex but its a decent Kroger. Pharmacy seems kind of slow, limited space so a lot isnt there fault. Nothing wrong with shopping here. Just is an older shopping center went here for years and its plenty safe.

I love shopping at Kroger, everyone there is friendly, kind at hard willing to help and ask if you need help I know from experience. Working in retail it can be hard dealing with some customer I even find my self at one time acting out but I had come to really no one working for the public deserve to be treated rudely I truly apologize on the behave of me and anyone whos acting out in this matter coming from my heart. I think I an awesome system to have disabled people working as well it gives them the opportunity to know even with their disability they can make a different matter fact I think they do better than some of us smiley facing, happy greeting never know what a person going through just a word can make a difference, from a staff thank for your hard work dont let nothing change that about Yall sincerely coming from me sign Patrick Cooley ps love yall God bless each one of you

This Kroger is a great grocery store with good quality food, friendly staff and is very clean. Most products are moderately priced. One issue is the store placing items in the weekly sales ad that are not on sale. These items are allegedly placed in the circular just to promote the fact the store carries that particular item.

Worst visit ever, deli staff were rude and disengaged. Left cart and walked out. No manager to talk to. Heading to Publix. Will never shop this store again. Manage a box box, if this were my store I would be ashamed of the customer service.

This is a extremely clean Krogers. The parking lot is very large and parking is free. There is alot of handicapped parking for this store. There is also a mens and womens restroom in this store. The staff at this Krogers is very friendly and helpful. This grocery store has a Krogers gas station with very competitive gas prices. This is an awesome grocery store to shop in at this time.

It was 6 oclock on Christmas Eve and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Super impressed! Parking lot was a bit crazy because its kind of small, but it is the night before Christmas!

Great shopping, deals and all the stuff you need. The pharmacy and deli are also very good at this location.

This is literally the nastiest kroger i have ever been to. The mannerisms were horrible from people. It wasnt clean. There were ants crawling all on the bread shelf. It was just filthy. Never going here again.

Love this Kroger. Its bit tiny but it has all the products I need. It has a decent sized healthy section and the people are always friendly.

I was there last Thursday between 10-12, and I was about to finish with self checkout when this lady came over and told me to use one of the lanes instead, really, I politely told her no and the entire time I was checking out she was right there watching me. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time, I have shopped at Kroger for 20 years and I have never been treated like that. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but you dont talk to a customer like that. Tried call for a manager after I got home to explain what happened but the lady on the phone said they could not find one, at least she was nice, I am considering going to publix after this altercation.

This is my favorite Kroger. Calendar, great employees, and the Click List is ON POINT!

Update 3/20/2019: I still have not received my refund!! Not a good experience with ordering for pick up. I guess the 8-9am pick up time slot was too early for them. First I get a phone call around 7:15am asking me to come at 8:45am, I get there waited about 10 minutes and they loaded my stuff and I went home. When I got home and opened my car half of what I ordered was missing including all my meats and vegetables and there were about 5 items I didn’t order and I asked for no substitution. I drive right back to the store and they say sorry here is all of your stuff and a discount of $15. At this point I am not happy and start going through the bags to make sure everything is there and I start seeing more substitutions, groceries poorly packed (heavy pack of chicken legs on top of eggs). What’s the point of saying I don’t wish to have any substitutes if they’re going to substitute anyways. I had to tell them to cancel the order and issue me a refund. Needless to say I won’t be ordering online from this store anymore, this was supposed to be a convenience and became a big inconvinience of my morning as I also have a doctor’s appointment.

The ladies in the deli was so rude. The lady in the deli that was making my sandwich didnt know what she was doing and they didnt have the ingredients to put in sandwich so I walked off and left sandwich. I went to complain to manager and he was so nonchalant and rude so I will be calling corporate.

10:45 pm and zero cashiers. Everyone must do their own check out. Long lines waiting for self checkout registers. Staff and employees grouped up standing around just watching. Never experienced this. I dont know if it is something new or what. Im not a usual late night shopper.

This is one of the older Krogers. Everyone is nice and helpful. The store feels dirty and is crowded.

Generally fast, generally friendly, often have deals that nowhere else does. (Also open late, a big plus for many.)

This location seems dated. Its been around for quite some time and they have definitely not done much with it. The produce section did recieve a recent upgrading but the produce itself could use some help most of the time, rotten and not fresh quite often. They do not have things that other locations have. Limited selection of bakery items sometimes. Meat and seafood is ok. It is Kroger and I do like their product but this location needs some help.

Georgia Residents are weird and angry.Customers come in mad and take it out on employees......This state needs growth and higher wages.....Georgia is stuck in the years when Martin Luther King jr was alive............and CANT move on or dont know how to move on, or just simply ignorant to change. I could see this......clearly. Sad.....

The morning staff is the worse. Ive had my groceries thrown after scanned, and have all kinds of disgusting acts.They need to be trained on how to treat people. Your job is customer service.

Can NEVER get assistance with taking my groceries out to car. There were 2 baggers at my check out talking while one carelessly bagged and carelessly loaded my cart...spent over $200 cash ( not EBT ) and no offer to help. Groceries were falling out / off my cart from the careless way they were carted. I have pointed this lack of courtesy out to managers on numerous occasions to no avail. I could shop elsewhere and do when I can. THIS is the most convenient store for me, but I hate the lack of customer service and the lack of concern from management.

The lesser of the two Krogers in Newnan. Often times they are out of the food I like. The lines are usually long due to only a couple cash registers open. They rely on the self checkout too much. If you need a money order or need to use western union, plan on waiting.

I witnessed a manager harass kids about the carts instead of speaking with their parents and when a child and his mother were playing with scooters (riding carts) he didnt mumble a word! All the workers are rude as hell and its never enough lines open. I had about 25 items and got in the express lane and the cashier told me I had to get in another line, keep in mind besides the U-scan she was the only lane open. I told her no because I had already stood in that damn line for 10 mins and I wasnt going anywhere. She sucked her teeth and complain about people not reading the signs. I politely told that old wench, that I read just fine but youre the only line open so suck it up and ring my groceries. She shouldve been mad at her manager for setting her up and not providing enough support. I hate this store and if I dont have to I wont come, Ill take my business to Publix!!!!
