We have used this company for the last 18 years and have always had good service. Recently we scheduled a repair and even called the day of repair to verify and was told yes by the owner it was on schedule for that day. Not only did they not show up on the site but never called to reschedule, and would not answer the phone or return text messages. Finally had to call another vendor to get the job done. I can understand needing to reschedule, but not to return calls and to ignore a customer is the poorest of customer service. I do not know what may be going on with this company, but they have lost our business for good.
