I wish I could give these guys more stars!!! This is by far the best card shop in the area. Jake and the staff are extremely knowledgeable on their products and are very patient while you make your decision. If I was a local to the area, this would definitely be my local game store!!! Tons of space and lots of inventory to choose from.

New customer who signed up for the loyalty program last week. The program offers a 10% discount which expires after a week.Returned 3 days before expiration and spent more money than normal because of the discount.There was a mistake during checkout and the 10% was not taken off the total I paid. When I pointed this out, the manager would not credit or refund the amount.Happy to update this review if the $8.56 I lost today is credited or refunded.

Spacious and plenty of product! Guaranteed youll find anything youre looking for!

Brought in a $1500 collection with 20 mego dolls at retail value of 300+ bucks, a autographed photo of kiss selling for 400 on ebay, and at least 15 other items as well as a comic sketch that they sold me a year earlier for 150. I also brought a set of 4 figures that they currently have at the shop for 100 bucks a piece. They offered me 200 bucks for the entire lot and said they couldnt offer more. Sellers beware, do not waste your energy at this shop. Stopped buying collectables when they started scalping neca figures for double the price when they just started hitting shelves. There is a reason theyre merchandise has not changed much in the years Ive been going because everything is so over priced it is not funny. Long time customer, no more.

Ive always enjoyed going up there to play Friday night magic, even if I cant win. Everyone there is super nice and I always learn something new with magic when I go up there.

Pretty much everything that isnt trading card related is marked up insanely high. There was a Gundam model kit that was $150 in the store, but was actually only $40 on Amazon. If you go to this store, I would check the prices of things online before you buy. (I cant comment on the price of the comics, since I dont know how much those normally cost)

The place is kind of an unorganized mess...Im pretty sure there were 4 people working there, just hanging out. The store was a mess. But, the place is still pretty awesome!! Loads of potential!! I have always had such a good experience at heroes will all of their employees except the Assistant Manager. He always gave me vibes like he was displeased and miserable at his job on top of he would follow me around the store like i stole something. Well ive spent a ton of money in this store and I felt some type of way about it. Well today i was in the store and he walked up to the manager and whispered in his ear and they both turned directly at me as if I had done something wrong..i make way to much money and work way to hard to try any kind of funny buisness, and i chose your store to buy my comics, trades, etc. Needless to say i will take my hard earned money elsewhere. Gonna miss this shop but will not miss that asst. Manager. And for future reference if you got something to say, maybe you should speak up, but dont follow me around like im some damn criminal.

A little muggy from the heat, so I could see extensive playtesting there could get uncomfortable. The staff were great though and the stock was massive!

This is a great store with friendly, helpful staff and plenty of space and game tables. However, their selection is quite limited. They have a wide collection of comics and memorabilia, but are lacking in tabletop kit (maps, miniatures, dice, etc.), and have a limited number of R.P.G books/compendiums. If youre looking for comics or card games they got you covered, but as for tabletop and R.P.G games you will have to find another sorce.

Been coming to this store for about a year now and its the best card shop I have ever been to. Staff is also very helpful and friendly.

I came in yesterday to buy some Funko pop. The guy that worked there was excellent. He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Will definitely be back!

Great place to play yugioh magic pokemon and all other games

Really love the size and different Fandom they support. I wish it was just a little more organized. But I feel like it is something they are working on because everytime I go in its better than the last time.

Literally has everything. Call ahead if looking or pokemon boosters. Great selection of collectibles and pops as far as the eye can see. Big space with plenty of tables to play whatever your heart desires.

I was spending 3 weeks in Peachtree for business and happened upon this diamond in the rough. As soon as I walked in and inquired about MtG cards I was shown a decent selection, and was introduced to several people playing commander. Within an hour we were laughing and joking, I felt as if this was my hometown game store. Jake was a great guy and was always ready to talk me into buying product. The other guys behind the counter were always ready to answer questions and help with requests.All in all this place was amazing. It has a nice relaxed and laid back atmosphere that just puts you at ease. And the player, the MtG ones I interacted with, were friendly and inclusive. When I am back in this area I will make it a priority to visit this shop for my gaming needs.

The staff here are very rude and arrogant they sell cards at full inflated market cost of N/m when every single one I was interested in was damaged when I pulled out of sleeves to inspect they only have one employee that knows anything about pokemon and if hes not there ud be better off talking to a robot about them at least then u wouldnt get attitude I offered 22 bucks for a card they had listed for 23 as nm and the holo had surface scratches and back had Whiting and they would not budge not ONE FREAKING DOLLAR do not give this place any of ur business they crooks straight up and they arent even the least bit friendly about it 🤦‍♂️

Heroes is always a great experience for me! They are a complete comic book store! They have about 20,000 books right on the floor. There selection is INCREDIBLE! I have not seen many Golden Age books but they have all the Silver, Bronze, Copper, and current books than you can SHAKE A STICK AT! And if GAMING IS YOUR THING, then then that is right up there alley as well. It really is a SUPER STORE! The only thing they lack are figurines, but the MOTHER- STORE has that covered.

I came here with my uncle and I have to say I wish I lived closer to this place. It had such a great vibe to it. The prices were fair, it had such a great selection of MTG singles. The employees werent annoying asking questions or if they could help or anything. If I needed help theyd come over, and if I looked stumped or nervous about asking theyd ask if they could help. People should come to these places more so they dont close down, because it was awesome.

Great place for socializing with others who share the same interests as you. A ton of interesting things to see and buy. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly helping you with whatever you need.

Awesome Shop!! Has a very huge selection of new, old, and graded comics books. I really good selection of figures, pops, and statues. They also have tons of card game decks and themes to cover all your gaming needs. I come almost 2 times a month from 45 miles away just to visit them.

A place for all your comic and card play needs! (No, I wasnt paid to say that...) The store is laid out well, well lit, and the employees are always so kind. They have tables set up for MTG (which I havent played in almost 25 years) and maybe Pokemon. Lets just say that there are tables set up for card games. Check them out when you get a chance!

This place is huge! It has so many comics...and not just DC and Marvel they have tons of Indies too. Plus they have tons of back issues. They have a lot of action figures and pop vinyls. They also have a huge gaming area. I recommend this place.

Ive havent gone to many other card shops, but from the ones that I have been to, I can honestly say that Heroes is by far the best. From the people that go there weekly to the ones that work there, everyone is very nice and willing to help with whatever you may need. The selection of both cards and comics is some of the best and the prices are just as good. To anyone who may want to find a shop to go to and just have fun and hang out, Heroes is definitely a great option.

This is absolutely the best card shop I have ever been to. The people here are so very friendly, helpful, and fun to be around. The staff, while very knowledgeable, are also hard workers and will find you what you need to the best of their abilities. You are never short on fun here during the weekend. Because a group of Yugioh players show up on Fridays just to hang out, they even set up a second tournament for us to enjoy ourselves in. Rachel is probably the best person to have behind the counter here as well. Shes knowledgeable, nice, and funny. She works hard to assist everyone. This shop is worth a visit for sure. BBS

I wont be doing business here after today. The store has good mtg singles for fair prices, and FNMs are enjoyable. However, if you look at all the negative reviews, what is the common factor? Bad service, indifferent employees. After purchasing two collector boosters for $60 and noticing they were french, I called Josh and asked what could be done. I explained one was open and know open product cant be returned, but wanted to exchange the other. He said that was ok, so I thanked him.Today I come in and he says no. He says he thought it was okay but his boss said no. I explained we live an hour away in decatur as I did on the phone. Nope, sorry. I ask to speak to his boss, so he calls him. To be fair, I did get store credit, but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. If you dont know, ask first. Honor your word to customers.

The people that work there arent very welcoming and theyre boring. They need to have people working there that people friendly and welcome the customers. The prices needs to go down some. That place looks great buy thats only great about the whole place.

Heroes is the best shop in Newnan. They have a great selection of comics, figures, cards, and more. And the bigger location is so much better to hold all the stuff they have! The singles are very fairly priced, and they also buy cards without ripping anyone off. The staff is great. They are all very helpful and nice, and I especially appreciate Rachel for always helping me with anything I need when I walk in. Did I mention the community is awesome? Ive never been to a shop with such a friendly community of players. Tournaments are fun and friendly. I love Heroes!

The guy working there was rude. I had planned on making a large purchase but after talking with the guy a few times I decided that they didn’t need my money and left. I wasn’t a regular so it was as if I was a bother.

Lots of comics, card games and figures. Had what I needed so no complaints.

Employees are so important to the overall impression of a business. Not that the employees are terrible here. But, they are barely functional. When I arrived, I was the ONLY customer in the entire large facility. Strange enough, no one was interested in me. The employee was busy playing a game with a large number of their friends. Maybe they were customers. But NOT ONE had purchased ANYTHING. Other than fast food. I did see several fast food bags around them. At one point, someone finally looked up and asked if I needed help. (After about a half hour of me looking around). And I got nothing as I finished looking around and finally left.The selection is okay. Good, but not great. Especially for a place of this size. The prices are really high on some items too. Theres trying to make a profit, and then theres scalping/price gouging. While not the worst Ive seen, the prices are close to the later on the scale.There are other better places in this area that are more interested in me than they are their game-and where my dollar can go a lot further. I will probably just take my business there in the future.

The shop has always been a fun place and helpful one at that for the 9 years I’ve been frequenting it. I started playing there when I was 7 and have always felt welcome by all who work there. The people there like Tim when I first started playing MTG being so helpful and helping me find players to learn the game and befriend. Also now with Rachel who has done the same for my younger brother who has taken up Pokémon. To just them all making sure if they didn’t have something at the moment they would get what we were looking for in. Heroes has been a great experience in my life and thank them for be so great.Other reviews that are posting 1 Star and leaving non-constructive feedback especially when it’s their only review under a new account should not be taken seriously (especially when their goal is to tout a competing business).

The store has greatly improved since I first reviewed it a year ago. The staff is friendly and always says hello. They have board game and role-playing game nights. Lots of comics, cards, figures, and its all fairly priced. I am glad that I came back and gave the store a second chance. Nothing but good experiences since!

Really cool spot to check out, wish there was a little more Pokemon and Yugioh stuff (especially cards) but thats just a personal preference. There were a couple DnD games going on and there seems to be ample tables for TCG players

I went to Heroes today with my 6 year old daughter. This was her first time at a comic book store, and she was going to pick out her first comics. The store just changed hands, and the new owners were in there moving things around. I told them what we were there for, and they immediately directed us to the kids section. My daughter was excited, got to pick out some cool stuff, and they also gave us a ton of free comics they had. Really good experience. We will be back for sure.

This place is simply home away from home for many on the south side. Every employee is always friendly and helpful, The prices are more than fair (a great deal even), and the player base for any game (Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, D&D, tabletops of all sorts) is always welcoming and happy to let you jump in. And on the busiest nights Rachel will greet you with a smile and any helpful advice needed. Would recommend anyone to drop by for 5 minutes or 5 hours.
