John and his crew absolutely rock! John returned my call the same day when SEVERAL other fence companies never even returned my call. He is responsive, professional, and accommodating. I ordered a shed right after the install was scheduled and needed to postpone the fence install date and he worked with our needs surrounding the shed delivery. His crew was punctual, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful. We have awful terrain in our back yard, and they truly did a phenomenal job with the install and we couldnt be happier. Overall I give a 10 out of 10 for our experience and their professionalism. Will use this company again for any other fencing needs we may need.

John and crew did a fantastic job on opening and closing my fence for a pool installation. I wish I had originally had them put the fence up, they really do quality work and always return my calls. Going to have more repairs done by fencing unlimited due to shabby work by previous fence company. I highly recommend John.

I called John this morning and scheduled an appointment to check out our wooden gate to be repaired. He showed up very professional and on time!! He also gave us a very reasonable quote. I felt very confident in him doing the work.

Fencing Unlimited helped me out of a desperate situation. I bought an aluminum fence from a warehouse at the recommendation of a handy man I hired to install it on top of a 6 retaining wall. The handy man did not take proper measurements, which resulted in pieces missing & partial improper installation by him. He eventually never showed up to finish the job. Alan from Fencing Unlimited performed what i would call a miracle. He was able to finish the job & correct the partial installation by my so called handy man. Alan was also able to get the missing parts for me. He did a lot of smart improvising. Alan and John kept in constant communication with me each time they came across a road block (and there were many, ) which they were able to correct. They were very professional, courteous and paid attention to my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Pryor Fencing did an excellent job on my fence, it looks great and Alan worked quickly and went the extra mile to do a quality job by checking post measurements, swapping poorly milled plats for good ones at Home Depot, and cleaning up dirt and trash at the end of the job. The scalloped edge is perfect, and the gates are so well constructed you couldnt tell they are gates except for the hinges and latches.The whole crew were very courteous and communicative. I highly recommend Pryor Fencing.

Do not let the first impression fool you. When I scheduled my first appointment with John he was late but he was very kind. No big deal, i thought, he had mud on his truck and he told me he had gotten stuck. We stood outside of my home and talked about plans for the fence. I explained to him that I lived in a HOA neighborhood and would need a drawing of the fence and he assured me that he does that for EVERY customer and wouldnt be a problem. I also told him I needed to have the drawing sent within 3 weeks so it could be approved but would could work with him on the actual install of the fence. A week later I asked him for an update to which he told me that he lost the measurements and asked to remeasure, to which i said yes and asked for a time frame to which he told me one day. A week later i reached out a again simply asking if he would be able to complete the task because i was now being pushed for time. I told him that if he wasnt able to complete the project to just let me know, so i could hire someone else, no hard feelings. He responded saying that he sent it already. I checked my email, my spam, no email. He said he would resend the email. Every day for the next three days i reached out to him asking him to resend the email, once he did not reply, the second, he said not yet busy and the third he said he would send it but i never received the email with the drawing. Not only did he never get me as something as simple as the drawing, he constantly lied about having it and emailing it.

I paid to extend a section of my fence. The fence was replaced with about 70% new planks, 30% old wood that I was told was rotting.when I paid 100% of the price.

I decided to have a small fence and gate installed. John came out to provide an estimate. Estimate was a little high but I agreed. Supposed to install on the 20Th. That day came and went with no show, no call, no update. I texted him and asked where we were. Something about the welder. 9 days later, no update, no call no text. I’ve texted several times, they have been ignored. I’ve placed three calls, none have been returned. I guess I will hire someone who will actually keep the customer up to date and do the job.

Honest, fair, and excellent finished product. Combo fence of six foot, no climb horse fence and four foot, four plank fencing. Five acres and it looks fantastic.

Initial impression was great, Johns a nice guy and I thought I found the right person for the job- repairing a privacy fence which had 5 panels destroyed by the rains last December. I purchased the posts, 2 of which were 10 footers I wanted installed deeper I the ground to prevent this from happening again, as well as the concrete. I had originally planned on this being a DIY project, but after nearly a year going by and me not finding the time I decided to hire it out.Anyhow, we agreed upon a price. A few days later I get a text asking to pick up the check- John told me the job was completed. I decided to wait til I got home that night to check the work done first. Glad I did, not one of my new posts were used, and not a single bag of concrete was used. I contacted John with this info, and he told me the guys used concrete they had on their truck, and simply reinstalled the old posts, stood the panels up and nailed them back in place.Bottom line, I dug around every post and there was zero new concrete- took pics to prove! The fence was left wobbly, and crooked! I left John a message, cordially, letting him know the circumstances and giving him the benefit of not knowing what his employees had done; however, its been almost a month now and Ive not heard back from him yet nor do I want to!!

So very disappointed in this companys customer service. Price was reasonable and work seemed decent, but from day one dealing with John was a nightmare. Scheduling conflicts, no-shows, ignored calls and texts. The day they were supposed to begin work on my fence - NO ONE SHOWED. No call, no show. I had to call and text twice for a response. Two days later they started. Then the city showed up and fined me because THEY HADNT GOTTEN A PERMIT. The city forced his guys to go home and get a permit. Another day delay. Then he ordered the wrong fence post caps and when that was corrected - he miscounted and was four short. He never corrected this issue and to this day not all my posts have caps. Drive gate was not installed well, hardware on two gates fell off within six months. I had to pay another company to come reinstall posts and tubes to keep drive gate in place, and reinstall gate hardware. Many boards along the top (we did a framed top fence look) curled as they dried. I understand that this can happen, but I have literally BEGGED John to come out and fix a few of them in the front (where it looks terrible) on MY dime. I have been calling and texting for 6-9 months and he makes appointments to come out and see me (which I arrange my schedule around) and no-shows. I am SO DONE. I have been asked several times who did my fence and I will NOT recommend this company. He should be ashamed of doing business this way.

After a $4850 job that was completed in December I am still trying to get them to send me a receipt for the amount of money I paid them for labor. His crew removed material worth $75 from the job site and the owner refuses to refund me even though he said to me personally he would. It is,the principle not the money. They need to replace 8 pickets that are cracked and they ignore my requests.Lack of communication between members of the crew and the owner John made the project an unpleasant experience for me. The fence did not pass inspection initially and I had to contact them many times to come and fix it. Give your business and money to someone else. Save yourself the agruvation. There are so many other better choices out there. I definitely dont recommend them.
