Finally got all the rings Ive ever gotten from my husband reset/resized!! The ladies at the Jared location in Newnan, GA did a fabulous job of getting all of them done and they are perfect. Between gaining weight over the years to finally losing those 225 extra pounds and keeping it off for almost 20 years, I can now wear my promise ring, engagement ring, wedding band and anniversary ring!! I am over the moon happy right now!! Thank you!!

I had a very personal experience and I was very satisfied with all my services. I bought an engagement and wedding ring. At different times. Everything was great.

Long time customer here and I have had many issues with this location, especially when I have to return a piece of jewelry for repair or to have it cleaned. It’s relatively easy for them to sell you pieces but if something goes awry with that piece then they don’t know what to do in my experience.Many of the employees don’t listen and try to overtalk you if you point out their mistakes. This last visit the employee started rambling about my email. It was completely out of the blue and didn’t fit the situation. I assume her trying to deflect? I was there to pick up 2 pieces I left for repair. One employee started helping us then the other asserted herself in and took over without fully understanding what was happening. We were supposed to look at the jewelry under the microscope to make sure it was up to par. Instead she just checked us out. When I pointed this out she started rambling trying to sound intelligent in front of the other customers. Then she started talking about email, as if that was the problem... our email. 😒Wait times are long as they try to figure out their policies or look up information if you have an issue with your product. Then they try to rush through your visit (thus making multiple errors) even though you may have been waiting a while. It’s a shame because there may be one employee there who is knowledgeable and kind but it’s overshadowed by the incompetence of the rest of the employees. I asked for her when I dropped off the jewelry for repair the last time and the employees trying to help didn’t know what to do. Sadly she was off that day. The one star is for that ONE competent employee, unfortunately she did not assist me on my last visits and I do mean “last”.

I visited this location not too long ago with my boyfriend to determine my ring size and just browse styles (fingers crossed he pops the question soon). The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions/provided information without trying to push an immediate sale. They gave my boyfriend and I a solid idea of what ring were looking for, and I have a feeling hell be back for another look. :)

Well, as a gay male couple, we never know which businesses are going to want our money. Not only did Gabriella make our experience hassle free, it was judgement free, and there was Z E R O pressure to but the upsell. Definitely impressed with the customer service and we will be back!

NO updates from the staff about the recent enquiry to reorder a different sized ring, which i bought was a bigger sized one. when asked they mentioned that they couldnt get a hold of the department and never called back with an update. really poor communication. i thought jared is a trust worthy jeweler but my experience says it all!

The employees are very nice at this location. Every time I go in Im always treated very warmly. They go out of their way to help me anyway they can. Truly a blessing. I would highly recommend this store. Thank you for all youve done with my precious jewelry. :)

I love this store

I have dealt with Jared for a few years now. Yet, today was exceptionally terrible. The woman I dealt with was extremely rude and was cussing the whole time during my routine service. I felt super uncomfortable and felt as if I was a burden to them. I don’t believe I will ever be buying from them again. I’m very disappointed.

The staff is always wonderful. Theyre thorough, efficient and helpful.

I just wanna say a HUGE thank you to Amanda!!! She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me and my fiance! I got the most jaw dropping wedding set and couldnt be more pleased with it! She was excellent at staying within our price range and listening to all of our questions!! My husband had my ring custom built from Jareds. It is garbage and absolutely heart breaking. The entire head has come off twice and a smaller diamond came out as well. Disguised and very disappointed!!! TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS you would expect way more!!!!

Nailah is by far the best person! She helped sooo much and was very knowledgeable. She helped us pick one of the most important pieces of jewelry of our lives! This is definitely my go to place for all gifts!

From the time I walked into the door the associates greeted me with a warm welcome. My associate who helped me was knowledgeable in the product I was interested in and I will be going back for my next purchase

That was the best shopping experience Ive ever had. My wife and girlfriend love the jewelry. The sales ladies where the reason l spent thousands of dollars. Only problem I had was they wouldnt give me a set of Crystals glasses.

All the employees are great. I came in asking about a necklace I found online - wasnt sure if it was available in store - it was to my delight.

The Sales person I spoke with was rude. I wont shop there.Customer service means a lot, when youre selling other people products or your own.

Great collection and staff. I had to wait about 15-20mins before someone could attend me but I guess thats ok? The person who was helping me was very nice and showed me all the rings within my budget that I had told him before we started looking at collection. They do try to sign you up(almost force you) for other value added services which was the only thing I didnt like but otherwise all good.

Honestly I rather go else where Newnan Locations has changed for the worst!! It seems every time I come in there’s a group of women chatting rather than helping customers coming through the door, not to mention I feel so unless and unwanted when I’m not spending money and it’s impossible for the employees to sell without a thousand other girls coming up to me trying to sell me things while I’m talking to one person!!!! I feel overwhelmed and rushed so I will not be coming back to this location!!!! I get it’s sales and people work of commission but this location lacks space and respect of both customers and employees when selling. Last but not least I don’t know what the guys name was who was helping me but he seemed very uneducated about his job and uninterested in having a conversation or talking at all while helping me he was very rude and lazy I would not recommend this location!!!!!!

Pretty disappointed in this Jared. They misspelled a word on the inside of a ring that I purchased there. The person who helped us wrote the word down correctly. But for some reason, someone in the lab misspelled it. I took the ring back to Texas with me. So we didnt go back to them to get it fixed. But Im very disappointed that we went with what we thought was a reputable company, in a season where we dont have time to be going back and forth to ring shops, and after paying $1,000, they didnt spell check a word before engraving the ring.

Like many others, I made the unfortunate decision to be a last minute Christmas shopper. I wanted a very specific piece, and I called EVERYWHERE trying to find it.Well, this location had it! At a great price to boot. Aracely helped me out tremendously, as well.Even with the last minute shopping crowd, and that power was out (not their fault) Aracely got me in and out quickly. Very pleasant experience.This location is an hour and half drive for me, and Ill be going back the next time I need something.Thank you!
