5 Star service!It’s always a pleasure doing business with Elegante! We have done business with a couple of other companies due to customer relations but for myself I will always come back here. During renovations and remodeling there are so many different parts it can be pretty challenging to keep up and staying ahead of everyone is even more of a challenge. These guys take the stress of that off of me because they call me once they know what we are want I don’t have to worry about much else except picking a product and scheduling times. They take care of the rest!On one of my visits I just didn’t see anything standing out at me for what I was trying to achieve and they were kind enough to send me to their wear house and of course we nailed it and I dearly love my kitchen counters that are granite but look like a quartz with some beautiful mix of creams and blues!Very happy I found these guys!!

Hands Down Best Place for Granite!My review may go a bit long so Ill give you the long and short right off. Run, dont walk, to Elegante for you granite project! I cant tell you how great this company is to work with!My project was new kitchen countertops. I got quotes from all the companies in Newnan. Elegante wasnt the most expensive, nor was it the least expensive, they were right in the sweet spot. Hannah was a dream to work with. She sent me pictures of the slabs I had to choose from in the type of granite I wanted (Andino White). I had chosen a sink prior to contracting with Elegante and there were some issues with it (its a very deep sink) and the faucet I had chosen (wide barrel). Hannah, Cecil and Christy worked with me tirelessly to make sure that it would all work together perfectly. There had to be a seem cut in the top for transport and installation. I was worried about how that would look. I can barely see it (Ill attach a pic, I dare you to find it)! Cecil chose the best place for the seam, and the layout he did of the countertops on our slab preserved all the most beautiful details of our particular piece.The gentlemen that installed the tops were fantastic! They paid attention to every little detail from making sure it was perfectly level to making the lovely invisible seam. Even the caulking they did was beautiful! Most guys just slap on caulk and I have to go back and redo it, but NOT these guys! Also, there was a small rough spot on one of the edges that I had noticed but wasnt going to mention. They found it on their final inspection and smoothed it out! I never said a word. They were absolutely the best! Last thing they asked me before leaving was Do you have a broom? What? He was going to sweep my floor! I told them I got it and sent them on their way. That blew me away. People usually dont care (there was nothing to sweep anyway).The moral of this story is if you are looking for high quality craftmanship, meticulous attention to detail, superior customer service and very competitive pricing, Elegante WILL provide!FABULOUS!  AGAIN!!!I needed a new countertop for my teeny tiny hall bathroom. I didnt bother looking anywhere other than Elegante since they had just done such a beautiful job (what I mean is FABULOUS!) with my kitchen countertops.  I worked with Hannah again (shes so lovely).  I had no idea what kind of stone I wanted in there.  She spent a good bit of time walking me through all of their remnants and explaining the differences in the stone.  We found some Volga Blue just barely peeking out and that ended up being the winner. Thankfully, Hannah found a piece suitable for my project because I wasnt going anywhere else for granite.My bathroom project was a little different in that I wanted the countertop to extend over the toilet to the shower.  Vicente came out to do the template again (he templated my kitchen) and made a recommendation that changed the whole look of the project.  He suggested the inside corner radius from the cabinet to the toilet extension be made larger.  Well, that changed the whole flow and look of the top.  Instead of being boxy, it now flows just beautifully (its the little things that make the difference)!  I would never have thought of that! Thanks Vicente!The gentlemen that did the install were GREAT as usual.  There was a bit of interior cutting to the cabinet (I had modified the cabinet) they had to do to allow the sink to fit.  They knocked that out no problem and cleaned up the sawdust after.  They did another fabulous job with the caulk (Im a caulk freak).  I couldnt be happier.  They were getting ready to go and asked me would I like my kitchen countertops sealed again?  What?  Yes please!  They are such nice guys (polite, friendly, helpful).  Its always a pleasure to have them in my home.Ill be back for granite for my Master Bath in about six months. Elegante does indeed Rock My World!.

They were so easy to work with, got the job done super fast! They always followed up and called when they said they were supposed to! The countertops look amazing! You couldnt even see the seam behind the kitchen sink! It was incredible.

Super buying experience, great prices, and fantastic looking granite. Elegante was a 2-hour drive, but was well worth the effort. The stove cutout was 1/8 too small and they were able to fix the issue quickly. The tear out and install was all done in a very timely manner. Everyone arrived on time, too! We did have a glitch, likely just a communication error, on the faucet holes, but it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily to all. The counters and sink look great. Truly experts. The owners are so knowledgeable about granite, I dont think you could think of something to ask that they wouldnt know. They showed us their entire facility including the very clean space where they do their magic. They are not at all pushy in trying to sell you something, but when you decide, they are fast and the end product is beautiful. Really nice people.

They sent a worker to do a template for our granite counter tops who was very rude and unprofessional. When we addressed our concerns with our sales person, the owner, who refused to give his name, yelled out in the background over the phone that he refused to do any business with us and would not sell us the granite because we called his worker rude. He refused to even listen to any of our concerns or work to resolve the situation. So this cost us a ton of wasted time and now we have to start the process all over again. I dont understand how they have any business if this is how they operate.

Several companies priced out our project and we decided to use Elegante for our kitchen remodel. They were wonderful to work with. Cherry in the showroom is very helpful and knowledgeable. The installation team was great too. I would recommend them to anyone and I plan on using them again.

We purchased kitchen counter tops and sink from this company. They have a large selection to choose from. The counter tops were measured from the company with high teck equipment. However, when our new refrigerator arrived is was 36 wide, this is a standard size. They did not cut the counter tops to fit for the new refrigerator. Now we have to cut a hole in the well to fit the refrig or order a custom refrig. I think this is a family owned business - and the family does not make mistakes. The installers did a good job installing, however I didnt know when they put the dark sealer on the counters it turned the white to gray. That was disappointing. that is something I HAVE to live with. But the refrigerator is the biggest disappointment of all. I didnt know I had to inform the person measuring to allow for the refrigerator!! We are both retired and just wanted to treat our self to a beautiful kitchen. Be careful when buying from this company.

I hired Elegante Surfaces (ES) trusting that they would do a custom job like they advertised, but that proved to be false. The countertops they installed in my kitchen were not completely as I ordered and some of the seams were incomplete. While reporting the issues about the countertops ES agreed to come back to correct the issues, but then refused while making belligerent remarks. They are now suing me and placed a lien on my house for not paying them the rest of the money. NO ONE should PAY a company who is not willing to complete the task per contractual agreement.

Very good experience. Great quality countertop. Quick delivery time. Cooktop didnt fit correctly so they had to come back to grind it to make it fit. Very timely in coming back to fit. Do not do business with unless you are okay being yelled at. I cant review their product, I never got that far. Customer service was terrible. Criticized me and threatened me.
