This location is incredibly slow, both check out and the print, copy, mail, and ship counter. The Qless check in kiosk is a joke and estimates times that are no where near being correct.

I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. I called as requested and was told to wait. I waited 20 minutes and no one came out, so I went in to ask what was going on. The person behind the printer counter told me that they didnt have anyone there to do the work that I had an appointment for. He was rude and told me that I was SOL. I went back out of the store and brought back in the appointment verification. They made me wait another 10 minutes while the man called the store manager who told him that I had missed the appointment, so too bad. After being told that I had been waiting for nearly a half an hour and showing up early for the appointment, the store manager said too bad, they didnt have anyone there to do the work. I understand that mix-ups happen, but being rude, totally unhelpful and just plain indifferent is not the way to handle it. Ive now spent an hour of my life that Ill never get back dealing with incredibly poor customer service. If you have an alternative to the Office Depot in Newnan, use it.

Awesome retail store in Newnan, GA. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The store is well stocked with products and easily navigated for consumers easy. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store has shopping carts for use as well. There is a spot to use for loading your purchases also. Overall, I love shopping in this store in Ashley Park Mall. Awesomeness.

I came to office depot in order to buy boxes for shipping and shipping tape. Both items I found quickly as they were easily found and accessible. The young lady that helped me check out had to be the nicest person I met that we can if not that month. Thank you for a great selection of products that I needed and wonderful customer service.

If you can, at all costs, please avoid using this store’s print and copy department. For this store to be the only of its kind that services this large of a market you guys really need a larger server. Emails not coming through from customers is beyond unprofessional. I am not blaming the employees because they are very nice however, the company needs to address this. I saw the notifications for my documents pop up on the screen with my own eyes; as well as the store employee. However, when she went to search the inbox for the emails, they were not available. I have used this service in the past so I know exactly how to send a document to this store by email. They are even saved in my contacts as this is a service that is not foreign to me. I hope corporate reads this. And anyone else, save yourself a trip. Use your computer at home or visit one of the local libraries.

The store had the worst customer service ever. They were not professional and not willing to help.

6 customers standing in line to checkout and the clerk is on the phone answering an incoming call. Cant checkout the customer and talk to someone at the same time. She scanned my items and left me hanging until I had to loudly ask for the amount of my purchase so I could pay and avoid further delay. I call that very poor customer service!

Worse service ever today. Print area was busy and after waiting 22 minutes I was told they could not print on my paper that they have been printing on for months. Manager looks like he fresh out of elementary school and couldnt say anything just looked stupid. Then he gave me a wrong phone number for corporate. Waste of life!

Too many people working and walking around to be waiting in line as long as I did. There was one woman who was actually helpful - but she was one out of 6 workers that walked past me and other customers and said NOTHING.

Large and spacious. Many different office furniture variety. Helpful staff.

Horrible. Wouldnt give a star. Place online order night before which the store said they were in stock with the item. Go to pick up order next day like the confirmation said and they dont have the item. They said they do not have my item in stock that it was in the negative with that item. (Then how can you place an order of that item of that store?) Manager on duty goes to look comes back with a similar item. Starts to tell me heres the item that I order but I tell her its not at all the item that I order. Showed her my confirmation email with the picture of my item and tell her my mother bought the same item that I am ordering but still tells me this is it because of the sku item number(but its not at all the item. Doesnt even apologize for the mixed up of everything. Ive been in retail for over 10 years I still always apologized to my customers.) End up canceling order. Wont order or purchase from again.

Ask staff if you need help but they probably already helping you

Consistently make the mistake of coming to this store and thinking that Ill get good service or what I need. The manager is the absolute worst and they evidently have store policies that dont match up with printed corporate policies and had to kinda kick up a stick for them to do there job of refunding me $8. Terrible customer service in ever dept. would love to talk to the gm. Terrible store. Order online. Kristen was the newest dude cashier who when I spoke to told me I was wrong about my opinion about there lazy manager whove Ive dealt with unfortunatley more than once.

The woman behind the counter was rude & short with me. On top of that she processed my order in the most expensive way possible. I had some items laminated she did them all individually which cost me about $18. I had done some there before & the clerk showed me my other options, which this one did not. Anyway the 1st visit I did them all together on a large sheet and it ran about 5 to 6 dollars. So zero stars for this visit.

There has Tech support inside the store. They are good sale associates.

This does not relate to the Newnan store staff is awesome. I ordered a Dell laptop online with no problem money taken off the card and everything. I get a call from office depot customer service stating my card was not approved by my bank. The lady tells me the bank denied my card. I tell the lady that my card was prepaid and I put money on the card. I told the lady the money was already deducted from my account and I was not giving them another card to me the same transaction twice. She countinued to tell me that there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to a supervisor she proceeded to tell me that the supervisor would tell me the same thing she said. I told her I didnt care I wanted to speak to them any ways. While on hold for 10 minutes I call the card I used and the lady told me the amount from office depot was pending and it was taken off the card. The supervioser finally gets on the phone and tells me that they never took out any money and that my computer I order was out of stock. Really!! So I was allowed to order a computer that was out of stock and did not state it on the screen when I ordered. Office depot customer service is horrible none of the reps listen and they hate for you to talk to the supervisor. Rant over

I dont usually write reviews.. But i thought that this employee deserved a job well done! I always come in this office depot because its my home store. However, today i came in the store to use the computer to print and i saw a sign that said We are no longer offering personal use of our computers. All printing must be submitted thru email I was sadden by it because i was having complications with my computer that morning. I walked away and an associate named Edgwinna ask why the long face and i had expressed to her that i really needed to get some things printed. She immediately said thats no problem. Wheres your phone we can figure it out right here. Long story short she really helped me out and was extremely polite! I love great customer service!! This is why i shop at this location!

They printed about 250 wedding programs in under an hour. We needed them ASAP as one of the wedding party members forgot to being them to the ceremony!!

Employees at the business services are rude and act as though you are interrupting their day. Ive been to this location 2times for services and they are always rude!

The only issues that I had today were: #1-No one offered to assist me, as I know I looked thoroughly confused, shopping for the practice that I manage & #2-saw many people in Office Depot attire, standing around, doing nothing yet let a line form at check out, as only one cashier was open.
